Abstract
【解決手段】 先端部に逆流防止バルブ2を設けたスクリュ3を正回転させて計量を行う計量主処理工程Saと、この計量主処理工程Saの終了後、逆流防止バルブ2を閉鎖するための計量後処理を行う計量後処理工程Sbとを含む計量工程における異常を監視するに際し、計量後処理工程Sbの終了後、スクリュ3を回転自由状態にして前進移動させる射出工程Siを行うとともに、この射出工程Siの開始からスクリュ3の回転量Rdを検出し、検出した回転量Rdが少なくとも予め設定した設定量Rsを越えたなら異常処理(S9)を行う。

Claims (7)
- 先端部に逆流防止バルブを設けたスクリュを正回転させて計量を行う計量主処理工程と、この計量主処理工程の終了後、前記逆流防止バルブを閉鎖するための計量後処理を行う計量後処理工程とを含む計量工程における異常を監視する射出成形機の異常監視方法において、前記計量後処理工程の終了後、前記スクリュを回転自由状態にして前進移動させる射出工程を行うとともに、この射出工程の開始から前記スクリュの回転量を検出し、検出した回転量が少なくとも予め設定した設定量を越えたなら異常処理を行うことを特徴とする射出成形機の異常監視方法。
- 前記回転量を前記スクリュの回転角度により検出する際に、前記設定量を0.05〜0.5〔゜〕の角度範囲から選定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の異常監視方法。
- 前記回転量は、前記スクリュを回転させるスクリュ回転用サーボモータに付設したロータリエンコーダから得るエンコーダパルスにより検出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の射出成形機の異常監視方法。
- 前記異常処理は、成形品を良否判別処理により不良品として処理することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の異常監視方法。
- 前記計量後処理工程では、前記計量主処理工程の終了後、前記スクリュを回転自由状態にして前進移動させるとともに、この前進移動時における前記スクリュの回転状態を監視し、前記スクリュの回転が停止状態になったなら前記スクリュを所定の逆回転量だけ逆回転させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の異常監視方法。
- 前記計量後処理工程には、前記スクリュを逆回転させた後、前記スクリュを所定ストロークだけ後退移動させるサックバック処理を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の異常監視方法。
- 前記射出工程では、トルクリミッタによりスクリュの回転に対するトルク制限を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の異常監視方法。
