Description

The present invention supports, for example, a floor panel of a free access floor which is laid on a floor portion of a clean room, an office room, etc., and is configured by providing a space between the base floor surface formed by concrete placement. The present invention relates to a fixing mechanism that is used for supporting and fixing by means.

For example, in a conventional free access floor, when a floor panel such as a concrete panel whose thickness accuracy is not so good is used, as shown in FIG. When the head 48 of the bolt 45 with the head is pressed from above and fixed, the backlash of the panel may occur.

That is, among the four panels 40 in which the corners are simultaneously fixed by the heads 48 of the head-equipped bolts 45, the corners of the panel having the thinnest corners to be fixed are the above-mentioned heads. It cannot fix between the lower surface of the part 48, and the upper surface of a panel support part (panel support part 52a shown in FIG. 11). This is because the gap between the lower surface of the head portion 48 and the upper surface of the panel support portion is the same as the thickness of the corner portion of the other panel, the thickness of which is larger than the thinnest corner portion. Because.

For this reason, the corner of such a panel having the thinnest corner may have a so-called backlash that moves up and down between the lower surface of the head 48 and the upper surface of the panel support. was there. In order to solve such a problem, there is a conventional panel fixing mechanism configured as follows, for example.

As shown in FIG. 11, the head 48 of the head-attached bolt 45 that fixes the fixed pressing portion 40 a (the head contact portion) of the panel 40 is integrally formed with the same steel material as the male screw portion 46 at the center thereof. In addition, an inverted frustoconical small head 48a is arranged, and a large head 48b formed of a synthetic resin material having elasticity is arranged on the outer side of the radius of the small head 48a. It is configured to be integrated by adhesion or the like so as to surround the part.

The large head 48b that presses the lower surface in contact with the fixed pressing portion 40a of the floor panel 40 is formed of an elastic synthetic resin material, so that a person walks on the panel 40 or carries an object. It is possible to prevent the panel 40 from generating rattling noises, squeaking noises, etc. by absorbing the elastic deformation of the large head portion 48b due to the minute vertical displacement of the panel 40 that occurs when an object is placed. .

In addition, since the large head 48b is formed of a synthetic resin material having elasticity, when the large head 48b contacts and presses the fixed pressing portion 40a of the panel 40 to fix the panel 40, The elastic deformation of the large head portion 48b absorbs the difference in thickness of the fixed pressing portion 40a, thereby preventing rattling from occurring in any of the panels 40.

However, in such a conventional panel fixing mechanism, the male screw portion 46 of the head-attached bolt 45 is tightened in the P direction in FIG. 12 in the screw hole 52b of the upper boss portion 52c of the panel support portion 52a. Then, the large head 48b having elasticity receives a reaction force F from the fixed pressing portion 40a of the panel 40, and the peripheral end portion of the large head 48b projects upward (R direction) from the upper surface of the panel 40. The phenomenon of warping occurs.

As described above, when the peripheral end portion of the large head 48b of the bolt 45 with the head warps upward from the upper surface of the panel 40, the lower surface of the large head 48b makes the upper surface of the fixed pressing portion 40a of the panel 40 uniform. In addition to being unable to press, the part that warps upward protrudes upward from the floor surface of the free access floor, and the upper surface of the central portion of the head 48 (the upper surface of the small head 48a) is recessed below the floor surface. Therefore, the flatness of the free access floor is locally impaired.

As described above, when the lower surface of the large head 48b cannot press the upper surface of the fixed pressing portion 40a of the panel 40 uniformly, the large head 48b is uniformly in the vertical direction with respect to the upper surface of the fixed pressing portion 40a. The elastic deformation of the large head 48b is fixed to the small vertical displacement of the panel 40 that occurs when a person walks on the panel 40, carries an object, or places an object because the elastic deformation of the large head 48b is fixed. It becomes impossible to absorb uniformly with respect to the upper surface of the pressing part 40a.

For this reason, it becomes impossible to effectively prevent the rattling noise and the squeaking noise from being generated on the panel 40, and it becomes impossible to effectively absorb the difference in the thickness of the fixed pressing portion 40a of each panel 40. Therefore, there arises a problem that it becomes impossible to prevent the backlash from occurring in any of the panels 40.

Further, when the flattened portion is damaged by protruding upward from the floor surface of the free access floor, or when the upper surface of the central portion of the head 48 is lower than the floor surface and is recessed, the protrusion is lost. May get in the way, or when something moves, ride on the ledge and rattle the object, which may hinder the use of the free access floor.

Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention can prevent rattling noises, scratching noises, rattling, and the like from occurring in a planar member provided in an apparatus in which the planar part is formed, and the planar part of the apparatus. It is an object of the present invention to provide a fixing mechanism that can prevent the use of the device from being hindered.

As in the conventional example shown in FIG. 10, it goes without saying that the corners of the four panels 40 are arranged around the panel support leg 47 and can be fixed and supported together.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, on the side closer to the center of the arc forming the fixed pressing portion 40a of the concrete panel 40, there is an arc in the arc facing the outer peripheral surface of the upper boss portion 52c protruding upward from the panel support portion 52a. A peripheral surface 40b is formed, and a concave taper surface 40c facing the convex taper surface 49b of the buffer member 49 is formed on the side farthest from the center of the arc of the fixed pressing portion 40a.

5 to 7 are views showing the buffer member 49, FIG. 5 is a top view thereof, FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof, and FIG. 7 is a half sectional view of the buffer member 49 in FIG. As shown in FIG. 6, on the lower surface side of the buffer member 49, a plurality of annular elastic protrusions that are concentrically formed with a central hole 49g through which the male screw portion 56 of the bottle 55 with a head is inserted are different in diameter. A portion 49c is formed.

As shown in FIG. 7, a ring-shaped reinforcing member 51, which is formed of a steel material and has a shape in which a radial cross-section is bent in a U shape, is embedded in the wall thickness of the buffer member 49. It has been. In other words, the reinforcing member 51 includes a first plate portion 51 a disposed on the upper surface of the fixed pressing portion 40 a of the panel 40 so as to face a part of the buffer member 49, and a convex portion of the head portion 58 of the head-equipped bottle 55. The second plate portion 51 b is disposed below the tapered surface 58 a and is tapered along the concave tapered surface 49 a of the buffer member 49.

Such a reinforcing member 51 is positioned and arranged in the gap formed in the mold of the buffer member 49, and the reinforcing member 51 is restrained so as not to move, and then the reinforcing member 51 is placed in the mold. A fluid melted material that forms the buffer member 49 when it is solidified can be poured into the gap and molded.

In order to position and restrain the reinforcing member 51 in the gap formed in the mold of the buffer member 49 in this way, positions corresponding to the four holes 49e formed in the buffer member 49 shown in FIG. A pin (not shown) for positioning the reinforcing member 51 in the height direction is disposed in each of the reinforcing members 51, and the reinforcing member 51 is provided at each of the positions corresponding to the four holes 49f formed in the buffer member 49 shown in FIG. A positioning tool (not shown) for positioning in the radial direction is arranged.

For this reason, after molding the buffer member 49 made of an elastic synthetic resin material including the reinforcing member 51, the positioning pin (not shown) and the positioning tool (not shown) are removed. Within the wall thickness of 49, the four holes 49e and 49f are left behind.

According to the panel fixing mechanism 50 configured as described above, the ring-shaped reinforcing member 51, which is formed of a steel material and has a cross-sectionally bent shape, is formed inside the thickness of the buffer member 49. Since the lower surface of the buffer member 49 presses the upper surface of the fixed pressing portion 40a of the panel 40, the buffer member 49 is elastically deformed so that the buffer member 49 is warped by a reaction force from the fixed pressing portion 40a. It can be prevented from occurring. For this reason, the buffer member 49 can press the upper surface of the fixed pressing portion 40a uniformly.

Therefore, the elastic deformation of the elastic protrusion 49c of the buffer member 49 absorbs the minute vertical displacement of the panel 40 that occurs when a person walks on the panel 40, carries an object, or places an object. The panel 40 can be prevented from rattling or squeaking.

Further, the elastic deformation of the elastic protrusion 49c absorbs the difference in thickness of the fixed pressing portion 40a of each panel 40, thereby preventing the backlash from occurring in any of the panels 40.

Further, when the buffer member 49 presses the fixed pressing portion 40a of the panel 40 downward, the peripheral end portion of the buffer member 49 is warped due to the reaction force from the fixed pressing portion 40a and above the upper surface of the panel 40. Protruding can be prevented and the flatness of the upper surface of the free access floor can be prevented from being impaired.

For this reason, it is prevented that the part which warps upward protrudes from the floor of the free access floor and gets in the way, or when something moves, it rides on the protrusion and rattling occurs on the object. Therefore, the use of the floor surface of the free access floor can be prevented from being hindered.

8 and 9 are diagrams which are referred to for describing the fixing mechanism according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
In the first embodiment, the reinforcing member 51 is embedded in the wall thickness of the buffer member 49, whereas in the second embodiment, the reinforcing member 51 is the buffer member 49. The buffer member 49 is separated from the buffer member 49 without being embedded in the wall thickness of the buffer member 49, and between the concave taper surface 49 a of the buffer member 49 and the convex taper surface 58 a of the head portion 58, the tapered first The difference is that the two plate portions 51b are sandwiched.

The second plate portion 51b of the reinforcing member 51 may not be fixed (by bonding, welding, etc.) or integrally formed to either the buffer member 49 or the head portion 58 of the head-equipped bolt 55. The second plate portion 51b may be fixed or integrally formed only on the convex tapered surface 58a of the head portion 58.

In the second embodiment, a plurality of spot-like shapes as shown in FIG. 9 are used instead of the annular elastic protrusions 49c shown in FIG. 6 as in the first embodiment. This is different in that the elastic protrusions 49d are uniformly distributed and formed at unspecified positions.

According to the second embodiment having such a configuration, not only an effect similar to the effect in the first embodiment can be obtained, but also between the buffer member 49 and the head 58 of the bolt 55 with the head. Since the reinforcing member 51 that can freely rotate relative to each other is provided between the two, the shock-absorbing member 49 does not rotate even if the head 58 rotates when the male screw portion 56 of the bolt 55 with the head is fastened. It is possible.

For this reason, it is possible to avoid the plurality of elastic protrusions 49d formed by being uniformly distributed and arranged at the unspecified positions from rotating together with the head 58, and therefore, the plurality of elastic protrusions 49d. Can perform only the operation of being pressed in the vertical direction on the upper surface of the fixed pressing portion 40a of the panel 40. For this reason, the elastic protrusion 49d can sufficiently exhibit its function, and can prevent the shape from being crushed and broken as it rotates together with the head 58.

In the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, the case where the elastic projection 49c of the buffer member 49 is formed in an annular shape concentric with the center hole 49g has been described. May be formed in a spiral shape, or may be formed to extend in the radial direction (four directions) from the center hole 49g.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the case where the concrete panel 40 was used for the panel for free access floor was demonstrated, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention can be applied to any panels other than a concrete panel. Absent.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, while providing the male screw part 56 in the bolt 55 with a head, and providing the screw hole 52b in the adjustment stand 52, the male screw part was provided in the adjustment stand 52, and a head attachment was provided. A screw hole may be provided on the bolt 55 side (in this case, a nut instead of a bolt).

Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the panel for free access floors was fixed, if the same effect is acquired, it is not limited to the case of fixing the panel for free access floors, Free access The present invention can also be applied to the case of fixing a plate-like member other than the free access floor panel of a device other than the floor.
