Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a packaging member that lays on the bottom of a device and receives the load of the device when packaging the device such as an image forming apparatus.
Packaging members for transporting devices such as image forming apparatuses (printers, copiers, facsimiles, etc.) are known. In particular, the design of a packaging member that lays on the bottom of the device and receives the load of the device is important for safely transporting the device. In general, a predetermined shock-absorbing material is inserted into the packaging member at a position where the load of the device is received. In this case, the design of the position and size of the shock-absorbing material is important. Here, in the equipment packed in the packing member, the place where the load is applied may be different depending on the shape and weight even if the capacity to be packed is the same. For example, in a three-legged device and a four-legged device, since a load is applied to each leg, the position of the cushioning material that receives the load also differs. In addition, in equipment with the same width and depth but differing only in height (for example, equipment in which only the number of paper cassettes is different in a copying machine, etc.), only the weight changes. Must be set (changed). Furthermore, since there is a place where a load should not be applied depending on the device, it is necessary to arrange a cushioning material so as to avoid this.
Therefore, there is a problem that the packaging member must be designed exclusively for each device even if the devices have the same volume or bottom area. Dedicated design takes time to design and increases costs such as mold costs.
The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a packaging member that can be shared by different devices.
One aspect of a packaging member according to the present invention is a packaging member that is placed on the bottom of an apparatus and receives the load of the apparatus, and includes a rectangular tube body having a plurality of side surfaces formed by bending, and the rectangular tube body Is one side of a cross section of one of the two adjacent side surfaces that is bisected perpendicularly to the boundary line between the two side surfaces and whose bisected length is perpendicular to the boundary line of the rectangular tube A rectangular tube shape having a shorter at least one cut and a fold parallel to the boundary line from both ends of the cut to at least one end of the rectangular tube, and surrounded by the cut and the fold A cushioning body that is configured to be able to form a folded portion by selectively folding a part of the body inward, and that can slide the side surface of the rectangular tubular body inside the rectangular tubular body that is not formed with the folded portion. It is configured to be insertable. .
According to the packing member having the above configuration, the square cylindrical body is formed by bending a plurality of side surfaces, and the square cylindrical body is laid on the bottom of the device and receives the load of the device on the side surface of the square cylindrical body. This reduces the impact on the equipment when packing the equipment.
In any two side surfaces adjacent to the rectangular cylindrical body, it is bisected perpendicularly to the boundary line between the two side surfaces, and the bisected length is orthogonal to the boundary line of the rectangular cylindrical body At least one cut that is shorter than one side of the cross section is provided. In addition, a fold parallel to the boundary line of the two side surfaces is formed from both ends of the cut to at least one of the ends of the rectangular tube, and a part of the rectangular tube is selectively inward. The folded portion can be formed by folding. Then, a shock absorber that can slide on the side surface of the rectangular tube-like body is inserted into a place where the folding portion is not formed. Here, when the folding portion is formed, the folding portion functions as a stopper that restricts the movement of the buffer body. Thus, the installation location of the shock absorber can be selected depending on whether or not the folding portion is formed or where it is formed.
Therefore, a plurality of areas and positions in contact with the device are set by selectively folding a part of the rectangular tubular body inward by the cuts and creases provided in the rectangular tubular body, and the buffer body according to this is set. Since a plurality of installation locations can be set, one packing member can be shared for different devices.
Further, another aspect of the packaging member according to the present invention is a packaging member that lays on the bottom of the device and receives the load of the device, and includes a square cylindrical body that is formed by bending a plurality of side surfaces. The cylindrical body is bisected perpendicularly to the boundary line between the two side surfaces on any two adjacent side surfaces, and the bisected length is orthogonal to the boundary line of the rectangular cylindrical body Having at least two cuts that are shorter than one side of the cross section and parallel to each other, and folds that connect the ends of the two adjacent cuts in parallel to the boundary line, A part of a rectangular tube body surrounded by a fold line connecting two cuts is selectively folded inward, so that a folded part can be formed, and inside the rectangular tubular body where the folded part is not formed. A shock absorber that can slide on the side surface of a rectangular tube It is characterized in that the insertable configured.
According to the packing member having the above-described configuration, the square cylindrical body is formed by bending a plurality of side surfaces, and the square cylindrical body is laid on the bottom of the device to receive the load of the device on the side surface of the square cylindrical body. This reduces the impact on the equipment when packing the equipment.
In any two side surfaces adjacent to the rectangular cylindrical body, it is bisected perpendicularly to the boundary line between the two side surfaces, and the bisected length is orthogonal to the boundary line of the rectangular cylindrical body At least two cuts shorter than one side of the cross section are formed, and creases are formed at both ends of the adjacent cuts in which the ends are connected in parallel to the boundary line. As a result, it is possible to selectively fold a part of a rectangular tubular body surrounded by two adjacent cut lines and a fold line connecting the two cut lines to each other to form a folded portion. A buffer body that can slide on the side surface of the rectangular tube-like body is inserted through a portion where the folding portion is not formed.
Preferably, a plurality of the folded portions are provided at equal intervals.
In this case, since a plurality of folding portions are provided, it is possible to set a plurality of selectively folding portions of the rectangular tubular body. Therefore, the packaging member can be shared for more different devices. In addition, since the cuts are provided at equal intervals, the shape and size of the shock absorber inserted into the rectangular tube can be made the same, so that an increase in the cost of designing or manufacturing the shock absorber can be prevented.
Preferably, it comprises so that the baseplate which positions the said square cylindrical body may be comprised.
In this case, the position of the rectangular tubular body is determined in advance with respect to the outer box and the device by the bottom plate. Therefore, when packing the device, the folded portion of the rectangular tube-like body and the buffer insertion portion can be easily and accurately arranged at an appropriate position of the device.
Preferably, the rectangular cylindrical body and the bottom plate are folded and assembled from one cardboard sheet.
In this case, the rectangular tubular body and the bottom plate are formed by folding and assembling one cardboard sheet. Therefore, by assembling both the rectangular tube and the bottom plate from a single cardboard sheet, the manufacturing cost of the packaging member itself can be reduced. Further, when only the packing member is transported, the unfolded state can reduce the volume and reduce the transport cost.
According to the packaging member of the present invention, a plurality of areas and positions in contact with the device are set by selectively folding a part of the rectangular tube body inward by the cuts and folds provided in the rectangular tube member. In response to this, a plurality of buffer locations can be set, so that one packing member can be shared for different devices.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a packaging member according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a packaging member according to the first embodiment of the present invention. 2 is a side view in the X direction of the packaging member of FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the packaging member according to the present embodiment is a

In FIG. 1, the space between the
Here, the use state of the
In the present embodiment, the rectangular tube-shaped
Thus, after inserting the packing
After the installation of the device, a
In addition, it is good also as returning and using the packing
Here, the use state of the packing
The devices X and Y having the leg portions X1 and Y1 are both (generally) designed so that the load is applied most to each of the leg portions X1 and Y1. Therefore, the
Next, another example is shown. FIG. 5 is a transparent perspective view showing a third usage state of the packaging member of FIG. FIG. 6 is a transparent perspective view showing a fourth usage state of the packaging member of FIG. The devices Z and Z ′ installed on the
The device Z in FIG. 5 has an increased weight due to the height Zh being higher than the height Z′h of the device Z ′ in FIG. 6. Therefore, even if they have the same bottom surface, the load applied to the
In addition, when there is a place where a load should not be applied to a predetermined place, the square tube is placed on the portion where the place is located at the time of packing so that the place does not contact the side surfaces A and B of the square tube-
In the above-described embodiment, the
In this way, by providing a plurality of
Thus, the installation location of the
As described above, a part of the
Here, the manufacturing method of the
For this purpose, as shown in FIG. 7, cuts and folds are made in advance on one cardboard sheet 11 cut to a predetermined size. Then, a part of the corrugated cardboard sheet 11 is bent to form the rectangular
In this way, by assembling both the
In the present embodiment, the

Next, another aspect of the packaging member according to the present invention will be described. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the packing member in the second embodiment according to the present invention. The same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
