この発明は、段ボール・硬質紙等のシート材を折り曲げて組立て形成する緩衝体に関する。および、その緩衝体を介して、複写機・ファクシミリ・プリンタ・自動原稿搬送装置(ADF)などの機器を、段ボール箱等の箱内に梱包収納する機器梱包品に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、複写機・ファクシミリなどの機器は、搬入時等の運搬時に、例えば図6に示すように梱包していた。図中符号1が、機器である。機器1は、緩衝体2・3を介して段ボール箱4内に収納する。

緩衝体2・3としては、従来発泡材を多く用いていたが、近年ではリサイクル性や運搬保管時の簡便性などを考慮して、段ボール・硬質紙等のシート材を折り曲げて組立て形成したものを使用するようになってきている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、この種の緩衝体2・3の中には、緩衝体2のように奥行きaが小さいものがあり、例えば図5に示すように、段ボール箱4内に緩衝体2・3を入れて後、機器1を挿入するとき、矢示するように緩衝体2が倒れることがあり、梱包作業性が悪い問題があった。

緩衝体2の倒れを防止すべく、緩衝体2を段ボール箱4に接着することも考えられるが、コストアップとなり、また緩衝体2が箱4から分離できなくなるから、運搬や保管などの際に不便となり、コストアップとなる問題があった。

そこで、この発明の第1の目的は、シート材を折り曲げて組立て形成する緩衝体において、コストアップを招くことなく、緩衝体の倒れを防止して梱包作業性を向上することにある。

この発明の第2の目的は、そのような緩衝体において、緩衝体を構成する部品点数を1つとして、取り扱いを簡単とし、コストダウンを図るとともに、展開を可能として、場所を取らずに運搬や保管などを簡単とすることにある。

この発明の第3の目的は、そのような緩衝体により機器梱包品が大型化することを防止することにある。

この発明の第4の目的は、上記目的を達成した緩衝体を用いた機器梱包品を提供することにある。

そのため、請求項1に記載の発明は、

上面を構成する部分と、内面を構成する部分と、底面を構成する部分と、外面を構成する部分とを形成するとともに、

以下、図面を参照しつつ、この発明の実施の形態につき説明する。
図1には、機器の一例として自動原稿搬送装置を梱包する状態を示す。

図中符号10は、段ボール箱である。段ボール箱10の中には、緩衝体20・30を入れて後、それらの緩衝体20・30で位置決めして自動原稿搬送装置40を収納する。

自動原稿搬送装置40は、例えば複写機やファクシミリ上に設置して、読取原稿を自動的に読取位置へと順次送り込む装置である。

以上説明したとおり、図示例では、シート材を折り曲げて組立て形成する緩衝体20において、シート材に倒れ防止用のフラップFを外向きに突出して設けるから、図2中鎖線で示すように段ボール箱10内でそのフラップFで支えて緩衝体20が内向きに倒れることを防止し、緩衝体20の載置安定性を増し、自動原稿搬送装置40を梱包するときの梱包作業性を向上することができる。
