Description
The present invention relates to a buffer packaging material disposed inside a packaging box for packaging an article to be packaged, or a buffer for related members bundled in an apparatus main body, particularly a space created in an image forming apparatus main body. It relates to packaging materials.
Articles such as image forming apparatuses, household electric appliances, and functional members and electronic parts constituting them are usually packaged and shipped in a packaging box made of cardboard or the like. Many of the packaging boxes have a form in which an article to be packaged is completely accommodated in a cardboard box. In order to protect the package from impact during transportation, the package is often housed in a packaging box via a buffer packaging material.
When a plurality of items to be packaged are accommodated in a single packaging box, or a space is provided between the packaging box and the packaged item, a buffer packaging material is disposed inside the packaging box. The This shock-absorbing wrapping material provides a buffering action so that a plurality of items to be packaged in the packaging box do not collide with each other, or the packaged item does not move greatly due to the impact of the packaging box and collide with the inner wall. It is. In this way, the cushioning packaging material protects the articles to be packaged contained in the packaging box from damage.
The packaging material made of corrugated cardboard (buffer packaging material) described in Patent Document 1 forms a substantially cylindrical packaging material body from one rectangular plate-like member, and the portion where the side wall of the packaging material body is not provided Thus, a cut-and-raised portion extending from the upper surface toward the bottom surface is provided to form a portion corresponding to the side wall, and the upper surface and the bottom surface are connected to ensure strength. Since such a buffer wrapping material is composed of a single plate-like member, the resources used can be reduced, but the assembly and unpacking are complicated and difficult, and the cost and unpacking required for the assembly are also low. There is a risk that the labor required for the increase will increase.
In addition, the portion where the side wall of the packing material main body is not provided has only a cut and raised portion extending vertically at the substantially central portion thereof, so that a force is applied in a direction in which a load is applied to the cut and raised portion with respect to the entire packing material. In such a case, there is a high possibility that a problem that a sufficient buffer action cannot be obtained will occur. Further, when the force applied in that direction is increased, the cut-and-raised portion may be broken and the packaged item may be damaged. Therefore, it is necessary to configure a shock-absorbing packaging material in which workability related to assembly and unpacking is improved while sufficiently retaining the shock-absorbing performance with respect to the package.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in a shock-absorbing packaging material that is disposed inside a packaging box or used for related parts that are bundled in a space created in the device body, An object of the present invention is to provide a shock-absorbing wrapping material in which the workability related to assembly and unpacking is improved while maintaining sufficient performance.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a base material having a buffer portion formed adjacent to the bottom surface portion by bending upward two opposing sides of the rectangular plate-shaped member in the buffer packaging material. The base member is coupled from above to form a member housing space, and corresponds to two sides of the rectangular plate-shaped member perpendicular to the buffer portion, and the opposing portions are bent downward. A lid member having a side wall formed adjacent to the upper surface portion, and the lid member includes a protruding piece projecting downward through the bottom surface portion of the base member at the lowermost end of the side wall. It was.
Moreover, in the buffer packaging material having the above-described configuration, the lid member has the side wall fitted into a slit provided in the buffer portion and coupled to the base member.
Moreover, in the buffer packaging material having the above-described configuration, the buffer portion has a cylindrical shape.
Further, in the cushion packaging material having the above-described structure, the image forming apparatus provided with a paper discharge space having an upper portion and a lower portion and having an open portion at least on the front side of the main body is provided in the paper discharge space. And is detachable from the paper discharge space.
Further, in the buffer packaging material having the above-described configuration, at least a part of the buffer portion of the base member is in contact with the upper surface in the paper discharge space of the image forming apparatus, and the bottom surface portion is opposed to the contact portion. This part is in contact with the bottom surface in the paper discharge space.
According to the configuration of the present invention, the buffer packaging material has a base member having a buffer portion formed adjacent to the bottom surface portion by bending upward the two opposing sides of the rectangular plate member, and the base member. The upper portion of the rectangular plate-like member is bent downward at the opposite portions corresponding to the two sides perpendicular to the buffer portion. A cover member having a side wall formed adjacent thereto, and the cover member includes a protruding piece that protrudes downward through the bottom surface portion of the base member at the lowermost end of the side wall. The buffer packaging material having a rectangular parallelepiped shape can surround two sides of the member housing space by forming two opposing side surfaces with a base member and the other two opposing side surfaces with a lid member. Just join the lid It is possible to formed. Thereby, it is possible to easily assemble a cushioning packaging material with enhanced cushioning action. Further, when the cushioning packaging material is taken out from the packaging box and placed on the floor or desk, the protruding piece is pushed up and the lid member is automatically raised. Therefore, the effort which removes a cover member at the time of unpacking can be reduced. In this way, it is possible to obtain a shock-absorbing packaging material in which workability related to assembly and unpacking is improved while sufficiently retaining shock-absorbing performance.
Moreover, since the said side wall fits the slit provided in the said buffer part, and the said lid member decided to couple | bond with the said base member, the intensity | strength of the side wall of a lid member is made | formed regarding the buffering performance with respect to a to-be-packaged object. It can be further increased. Thereby, in the cushioning packaging material in which the workability related to assembly and unpacking is improved, the effect of protecting the package can be further improved.
Moreover, since the said buffer part was made into the cylinder shape, it is possible to form a more effective buffer part regarding the buffer performance with respect to a to-be-packaged object. Therefore, in the cushioning packaging material in which the workability related to assembly and unpacking is improved, it is possible to further improve the action of protecting the package.
Further, the cushioning packaging material of the present invention is built in the main body in a form having structures above and below, and in the paper discharge space of the image forming apparatus provided with a paper discharge space having an open portion at least on the front side of the main body. In the case of a so-called in-cylinder discharge type image forming apparatus, the sheet discharge space is used to form a cushioning packaging material. The stored related members can be packaged compactly while protecting them from impact during transportation. Therefore, in forming a shock-absorbing packaging material that can be disposed in the paper discharge space of the in-cylinder discharge-type image forming apparatus and can store related members therein, the buffer performance is sufficiently maintained, Furthermore, a cushioning packaging material with improved workability related to assembly and unpacking can be obtained.
In the cushion packaging material of the present invention, at least a part of the buffer portion of the base member abuts on an upper surface in the sheet discharge space of the image forming apparatus, and the bottom surface portion faces the abutting portion. Since the above-mentioned portion is in contact with the bottom surface in the paper discharge space, the buffer portion can prevent the downward displacement of the structure provided above the paper discharge space. As a result, the cushioning packaging material is effective in preventing damage to the image forming apparatus in addition to preventing damage to related members housed therein. Therefore, it is possible to further improve the cushioning performance of the cushioning packaging material in which the workability related to assembly and unpacking is improved.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, an

Subsequently, in addition to FIGS. 1 and 2, the buffer packaging material of the present invention, which is disposed in the in-body
Prior to the description of the buffer wrapping material, a detailed configuration of the in-body
As shown in FIG. 1, the in-body
As shown in FIG. 2, the in-body
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
As shown in FIG. 5, the
When the
At the
In this way, the
When the
As shown in FIG. 6, the
Corresponding to these locking
When the
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIG. 7, the

By folding the outer portion downward at the
As shown in FIG. 8, a
Further, a projecting
The
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, a through-
When the
Here, when the shock-absorbing
As described above, the
Moreover, since the
And since the
The shock-absorbing
Further, the
Next, the structure of the buffer packaging material according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 11 is a perspective view of the entire cushioning packaging material. Since the basic configuration of this embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as those of the first embodiment. The description is omitted.
The shock-absorbing
In this way, in forming the shock-absorbing
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the scope of the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be used in general cushioning packaging materials for packaging an article to be packaged.
