Description

The present invention relates to a packing cushioning member formed of corrugated paper or the like.

When a product such as an electronic device is shipped from a factory or warehouse, it is stored in a packaging box together with a buffer member. Since the buffer member is interposed between the product and the packaging box, the product can be protected from shocks such as vibration and dropping during transportation. As the buffer member, a plastic foam material such as polystyrene is often used.

However, recently, instead of the plastic foam material, there is a tendency to use a paper cushioning member such as corrugated paper that is easy to recycle.

As a paper cushioning member, a flat corrugated cardboard is provided with a bellows-like cushioning shape by alternately performing mountain folds and valley folds a plurality of times (see Patent Document 1). In addition, there is also one that obtains a buffering function by bending each of the extending portions extending into the packaging box from both sides of the bottom surface portion and imparting an elastic deformation function to the extending portions (see Patent Document 2).

Further, there is a packaging box that is supported by a mounting plate on which a product is mounted by two leg plates (see Patent Document 3).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-203525 (paragraphs 0010 to 0020, FIG. 9, etc.) JP 2002-321726 A (paragraphs 0006 to 0017, FIG. 10, etc.) JP 2000-318764 A (paragraphs 0020 to 0029, FIG. 2 etc.)

However, the conventional paper cushioning member has an insufficient cushioning performance compared to the plastic foam cushioning material, despite the complicated structure.

In particular, the paper cushioning member disclosed in Patent Document 1 is poor in assembling workability and needs to be stored in the cushioning section itself, for example, it is necessary to repeat many times of mountain folding and valley folding to form the cushioning section. There is almost no function to fix the product in place.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a packing cushioning member that has both a sufficient cushioning function and a fixing function of an object to be packed while being easy to assemble with a simple structure.

The cushioning member for packing as one aspect of the present invention includes a bottom surface portion and first and second side surface portions that are respectively bent with respect to the bottom surface portion to form a storage space for an object to be packed inside them. A third side surface portion that is bent with respect to the second side surface portion and disposed inside the first side surface portion, and a first portion that is formed as an extension from the first and third side surface portions. And a second flap portion. The first and second flap portions can be bent inward elastically with respect to the first and third side portions, respectively, and the second flap portion is bent with respect to the third side portion. Is arranged between the first side surface portion and the first flap portion bent with respect to the first side surface portion.

Moreover, the packaging set containing the said buffer member and the packaging box which accommodates to-be-packaged goods with this comprises the other side surface of this invention.

In the cushioning member of the present invention, the first flap portion urges the object to be packed by its elastic restoring force, and the second flap portion attaches the first flap portion to the object to be packed by its elastic restoring force. Rush. By this combined urging force, a sufficient fixing effect and buffering effect for the packaged object can be obtained. In addition, by bending the first flap portion with respect to the first side surface portion, the second flap portion can be pushed by the first flap portion and bent with respect to the third side surface portion. Furthermore, if both the flap portions are bent in advance so as to hang over the storage space, the first and second packings and the first and It can be bent so as to enter between the third side surface portion.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to realize a packing cushioning member that has a simple structure and is easy to assemble, and that has both a sufficient cushioning function and a fixing function of an object to be packed.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a developed corrugated cardboard cushioning member 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the description of FIG. 1, “upper”, “lower”, “left”, and “right” correspond to up, down, left, and right in the orientation shown in this figure.

The shock-absorbing member 100 is composed of a piece of corrugated paper. The buffer member 100 includes a bottom surface portion 2 and four side surface portions 1a, 3, 5a, and 6a that are connected vertically and horizontally through a fold line (indicated by a one-dot chain line in the figure, and other fold lines are the same). Have

An intermediate bent portion 1b is connected to the first side surface portion 1a extending upward with respect to the bottom surface portion 2 via a folding line, and further to the intermediate bent portion 1b, the first flap portion 1c is connected to the upper portion. Are connected via a folding line. The 1st flap part 1c is formed as an extension part from the 1st side part 1a.

In addition, the second side surface portions 5a and 6a that are continuous to the left and right with respect to the bottom surface portion 2 are respectively connected to the third side surface portions 5b and 6b at the upper portion thereof via a fold line. Further, the left side third side surface portion 5b is connected to the second flap portion 5c on the left side via a folding line. On the other hand, the second flap portion 6c is connected to the third side surface portion 6b on the right side via a folding line on the right side. The second flap portions 5c and 6c are formed as extensions from the third side surface portions 5b and 6b, respectively.

In the following description, the left and right second flap portions 5c and 6c are referred to as a left flap 5c and a right flap 6c, respectively. Further, the first flap portion 1c is referred to as an inner flap 1c.

On the left and right sides of the fourth side surface portion 3 continuous downward with respect to the bottom surface portion 2, fifth side surface portions 4 a and 4 b are connected via folding lines.

FIG. 2 shows a state where the cushioning member 100 shown in FIG. 1 is assembled. In this figure, the first to fourth side surface portions 1a, 3, 5a, 6a are vertically bent with respect to the bottom surface portion 2, whereby a space for storing an object to be packed (the storage space). ) S is formed. At this time, the third side surface portions 5b and 6b are bent at a substantially right angle to the inside with respect to the second side surface portions 5a and 6a, respectively, and disposed inside the first side surface portion 1a. The second side surface portions 5a and 6a have a role of supporting the first side surface portion 1a so as not to fall inside.

In addition, the "inner side" here means the storage space S side surrounded by the bottom surface portion 2 and the first to fourth side surface portions 1a, 3, 5a, 6a.

Further, by bending the third side surface portions 5b and 6b with respect to the second side surface portions 5a and 6a, the left flap 5a and the right flap 6a before being bent are also arranged inside the inner flap 1c.

In this state, when the inner flap 1c is elastically bent inward with respect to the first side surface portion 1a together with the intermediate bent portion 1b, the left and right flaps 5c, 6c are pushed by the inner flap 1c, and the third side surface portion 5b, 6b is bent inward elastically. Thus, as will be described later, the inner flap 1c and the left and right flaps 5c, 6c having a buffering function and a fixing function with respect to an object to be packed are placed inside the storage space S only by bending the inner flap 1c. Be placed. The left and right flaps 5c and 6c folded inside the storage space S are located between the inner flap 1c and the first side surface portion 1a. In other words, a double-structured flap in which the inner flap 1c and the left and right flaps 5c and 6c overlap each other is formed.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3, in the state in which the article to be packed 201 is stored in the storage space S, the inner flap 1 c causes the article 201 to be packed by the elastic restoring force around its folding line. In the direction (A direction in the figure). Further, the left and right flaps 5c and 6c urge the inner flap 1c toward the fourth side face 3, that is, the packaged object side, by an elastic restoring force around the bending line.

As a result, the article to be packed 201 is abutted against the fourth side surface portion 3 by the combined urging force of the inner flap 1c and the left and right flaps 5c, 6c, and is fixed at that position. That is, a sufficient fixing effect of the packaged object can be obtained.

Further, when vibration or impact is applied, these are absorbed by the elasticity of the inner flap 1c and the left and right flaps 5c, 6c. For this reason, a sufficient buffering effect is obtained.

Note that the lower ends of the inner flap 1c and the left and right flaps 5c, 6c do not come into contact with the bottom surface portion 2 and the respective flaps are not fixed in order to effectively apply an urging force to the packed object.

L1a≧L1c
となる。
In FIG. 4, the dimension conditions of each flap and side part in a present Example are shown. The relationship between the length (height) L1a of the first side surface portion 1a and the length L1c from the folding line (folding position) of the inner flap 1c is as follows:
L1a ≧ L1c
It becomes.

Further, the relationship between the length L5b of the third side surface portions 5b and 6b and the length L5c from the folding line of the left and right flaps 5c and 6c is as follows:
L5a ≧ L5c
It becomes. As a result, the inner flap 1c and the left and right flaps 5c, 6c are not fixed in the storage space S, but elastically deformed according to the size and weight of the packed object, and the restoring force causes the fixing effect and the buffering effect of the packed object. Demonstrate.

FIG. 5 shows a state of packing work for an object to be packed using the buffer member 100 of the present embodiment.

As shown in the upper drawing of FIG. 5, the buffer member 100 is in a state in which the intermediate bent portion 1b and the inner flap 1c are bent at a substantially right angle with respect to the first side surface portion 1a and hung on the upper surface of the storage space S. To be prepared. At this time, the left and right flaps 5c and 6c are bent at substantially right angles with respect to the third side surface portions 5b and 6b and are positioned below the inner flap 1c.

5, when the article to be packed 201 is inserted into the storage space S from above, the inner flap 1c is pushed down by the article to be packed 201, and the intermediate bent portion 1b and the first side surface portion. It is folded into the storage space S with respect to 1a. At this time, the left and right flaps 5c and 6c are pushed down by the inner flap 1c and further bent with respect to the third side surface portions 5b and 6b.

Then, as shown in the lower diagram of FIG. 5, when the article to be packed 201 is completely stored in the storage space S, the inner flap 1c and the first flap 1c are placed between the article to be packed 201 and the first side surface portion 1a. The left and right flaps 5c and 6c are in a state of entering.

Thus, in the process of storing the article to be packed 201, the inner flap 1c and the left and right flaps 5c and 6c are bent and moved to a position where a biasing force is applied to the article to be packed 201. Therefore, if the shock-absorbing member 100 is assembled in advance to the shape shown in the upper diagram in FIG. A buffering effect can be obtained. That is, if the buffer member 100 of the present embodiment is used, the packaging workability can be improved as compared with the conventional case.

In this way, the buffer member 100 in which the article to be packed 201 is stored is stored in a packaging box (outer box) 400 indicated by a one-dot chain line in the lower diagram in FIG. 5 and shipped or stored. The cushioning member 100 and the packaging box 400 constitute a packaging set.

FIG. 6 shows an example of packing using a conventional plastic cushioning member (plastic foam material). The article to be packed 201 is stored in the inner box 101, and a plastic cushioning member 300 is inserted between the side surface of the inner box 101 and the article to be packed 201. The inner box that stores the packaged object 201 is stored in a packaging box (not shown). Thus, conventionally, in order to store an object to be packed in a packaging box, the inner box 101 and the plastic cushioning member 300 which are separate members are necessary.

On the other hand, since the buffer member 100 of the present embodiment is configured as one member having both the function of the inner box and the function of the buffer member, the packaging workability is good and the cost is advantageous.

FIG. 7 shows an example of a conventional paper cushioning member. The conventional paper cushioning member 500 is manufactured by bonding or combining a plurality of parts, has a complicated structure, and has poor assembly workability.

On the other hand, the buffer member 100 of the present embodiment has a simple structure and is composed of a single part, so that it can be easily assembled.

As described above, the buffer member according to the present embodiment is connected to the extended portion of the first side surface portion bent up with respect to the bottom surface portion and the second side surface portion similarly bent up with respect to the bottom surface portion. The double side flap is formed by bending the extension of the third side surface. A sufficient fixing effect and a buffering effect on the packaged object can be obtained by the combined biasing force (synthetic elastic restoring force) in the double-structured flap.

Furthermore, the double-structured flap is folded to an appropriate state in order to be pushed by the packaged object to be stored and obtain the above-described effect. For this reason, packing work can be performed easily. Moreover, since the buffer member of this embodiment is formed of a single piece of corrugated paper, the structure is simple, the assembly workability is good, and the cost can be easily reduced.

In this embodiment, the case where the buffer member is formed of corrugated paper is described.
