Abstract
【解決手段】圧電型電気音響変換器1は、フレーム20と、金属板11に圧電素子12,13が接合されてなる圧電振動子10と、この圧電振動子10の周辺部を前記フレーム20に支持するリング状のPET樹脂等の樹脂フィルムからなる支持部材30とを備え、この支持部材30の表面にメッシュ状の凹凸やシボの凹凸を成形し、支持部材30の外形はそのままで、圧電振動子10の大きな変位が妨げれることのない柔軟性を支持部材30に付加する。

Claims (3)
- フレームと、金属板に圧電素子が接合されてなる圧電振動子と、この圧電振動子の周辺部を前記フレームに支持するリング状の支持部材とを備えた圧電型電気音響変換器において、前記支持部材の表面に凹凸を成形したことを特徴とする圧電型電気音響変換器。
- 前記支持部材は、表面にメッシュ状の凹凸を成形した樹脂フィルムにより構成する請求項1に記載の圧電型電気音響変換器。
- 前記支持部材は、表面にシボの凹凸を成形した樹脂フィルムにより構成する請求項1に記載の圧電型電気音響変換器。
