Abstract
【解決手段】排ガス中に薬剤を吹き込んで該薬剤をバグフィルタのろ布に付着させ、該ろ布に前記排ガスを通過させて排ガス中の塩化水素ガスを除去するバグフィルタによる乾式脱塩方法において、前記排ガスが通過する前記バグフィルタのろ布通過前の圧力と通過後の圧力の差が0.5〜1.2kPaの間、排ガスを0.5〜0.2m/minで通過させることを特徴とする。上記ろ布を通過する排ガス温度を140〜160℃とし、前記アルカリ剤に高反応薬剤を使用する。

Claims (3)
- 排ガス中に薬剤を吹き込んで該薬剤をバグフィルタのろ布に付着させ、該ろ布に前記排ガスを通過させて排ガス中の塩化水素ガスを除去するバグフィルタによる乾式脱塩方法において、
前記排ガスが通過する前記バグフィルタのろ布の通過前の圧力と通過後の圧力の差が0.5〜1.2kPaの間、排ガスを0.5〜0.2m/min以下で通過させることを特徴とするバグフィルタによる乾式脱塩方法。 - 上記ろ布を通過する排ガス温度を140〜160℃とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバグフィルタによる乾式脱塩方法。
- 前記アルカリ剤に高反応薬剤を使用することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のバグフィルタによる乾式脱塩方法。
