Abstract
【解決手段】ハロゲン化ブチルゴム及び/又はブチルゴムからなるゴム成分100重量部に対して、平板状充填剤10〜30重量部と、カーボンブラック30〜50重量部と、炭化水素樹脂2〜15重量部とを配合し、オイルなどの軟化剤及び可塑剤は配合しないか又は配合しても3重量部以下とする。

Description
・IIR:JSR社製ブチルゴム「268」、(50ML(1+8)125℃)、
・NR:天然ゴム(RSS#3)、
・平板状充填剤:石炭(瀝青炭)をボールミルにて粉砕した石炭粉砕物(平均粒径=5.5μm、平均粒径は日機装社製の粒径分析器「Microtrac HRA」を用いて測定。)、
・カーボンブラック:GPF(東海カーボン社製「シーストV」)、
・炭化水素樹脂1:エクソンモービル社製「エスコレッツ1102」(軟化点=100℃であるC5成分を主成分とする石油樹脂)、
・炭化水素樹脂2:ストラクトール社製「ストラクトール40MSF」(軟化点=103℃である石油樹脂)、
・パラフィンオイル:ジャパンエナジー社製「JOMOプロセスP200」、
・亜鉛華:三井金属製「亜鉛華3号」、
・ステアリン酸:日本油脂製「ビーズステアリン酸」、
・加硫促進剤DM:大内新興化学工業製「ノクセラーDM−P」、
・硫黄:鶴見化学製「5%油処理粉末硫黄」。
Claims (4)
- ハロゲン化ブチルゴム及び/又はブチルゴムからなるゴム成分100重量部に対して、平板状充填剤10〜30重量部と、カーボンブラック30〜50重量部と、炭化水素樹脂2〜15重量部とを含有し、軟化剤及び可塑剤を含有しないか又は含有しても3重量部以下であることを特徴とするタイヤインナーライナー用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ハロゲン化ブチルゴムのムーニー粘度ML(1+8)125℃が25〜40である請求項1記載のタイヤインナーライナー用ゴム組成物。
- 前記炭化水素樹脂の軟化点が90〜110℃である請求項1又は2記載のタイヤインナーライナー用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のゴム組成物からなるインナーライナーを備える空気入りタイヤ。
