Description

The present invention relates to a roofing material rail that is excellent in workability and has a performance higher than that of an existing roofing material.

As shown in FIG. 17, the conventional roofing material rail includes a locking portion 85 disposed on the left and right so as to face each other, and a flange portion 87 that connects the pair of locking portions 85, and is perpendicular to the paper surface. It is known that the connecting frame 80 is continuous, and the connecting frame 80 is formed by bending a single sheet metal. This connection frame 80 is an internal connection type together with a joint frame 81 having a pair of leg pieces 86 and a roof material 83 having a pair of joint portions 84 each having a double inner and outer elastic fitting portion over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. It is used for the vertical thatched roof. Specifically, as shown in the figure, after the connecting frame 80 is fastened to the purlin or the beam via the inner layer base material 82, the joint portion 84 of the roof material 83 is press-fitted to the engaging portion 85 of the connecting frame 80. Then, the joint frame 81 is press-fitted and engaged between the adjacent joint portions 84, so that the roof can be lifted, and an internally connected vertical roof that covers the outside of the connecting portion flatly can be obtained. (Patent Document 1).

Moreover, as another roofing material rail, as shown in FIG. 18, it has the fitting part 91 which bent the both ends of the opening part opened to upper side inside, a cross section is substantially rectangular shape, and it is with respect to the paper surface. What was used as the hook-shaped support member 90 continuous in the perpendicular direction is known. The hook-shaped support member 90 is fixed to the base portion 95 by direct welding, or the fixing member 96 is fixed at an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction of the hook-shaped support material 90, and the fixing member 96 is fixed. By fixing to the base portion 95 with the tool 97, the base portion 95 is fixed. In the construction of the vertical roof using the hook-shaped support member 90, first, the hook-shaped support material 90 is arranged and fixed on the base portion 95, and the fitting side portion 93 of the flat building board 92 is fixed to the hook-shaped support material 90. The fitting portion 91 is fitted and fixed. Further, a vertical roof is constructed by fitting a cap material 94 between adjacent flat building boards 92 (Patent Document 2).

However, in the conventional roofing material rail, although a flange 87 is provided on the connecting frame 80, and it can be an internally connected vertical roof that covers the outside of the connecting portion flatly with a joint frame 81 made of one member, It is only a function as a roofing material, and development of functions beyond the roofing material is impossible.

Further, the hook-shaped support member 90 is fixed to the base portion 95 by direct welding, or the fixing member 96 is fixed at an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction of the hook-shaped support member 90, and the fixing member 96 is fixed to the fixing tool 97. This is a method of fixing to the base portion 95, and the number of members increases and the workability is poor.

In view of the above, the present invention not only fixes the roofing material but also can fix any member such as a solar cell module installed on the roof, reducing the number of parts and improving the workability. An object of the present invention is to provide a roofing rail that can be made to operate.

The roofing material rail according to the present invention includes: a receiving rail that has a rail-like inner engagement portion that can be fixed in a predetermined position and that extends in the flow direction of the roof, and is disposed on the left and right outer sides of the receiving rail. And a fixing portion for fixing to a building structural member ”.

According to the present invention, the fixing member can be fixed at a predetermined position, the receiving rail having a rail-like inner engagement portion extending in the flow direction of the roof, and disposed on the left and right outer sides of the receiving rail and fixed to the building structure member. And a fixing part. As a result, the fixing member can be retained at a predetermined position by the rail-like inner engagement portion, and thus any member installed on the roof can be fixed via the fixing member. Furthermore, by providing fixing parts that fix the building structure members (for example, rafters, C-channels that serve as purlins and field plates) on the left and right sides of the receiving rails, the fixing members can be fixed with a single member, and the receiving rails can be used as field plates It can be fixed to a building structural member such as the like, and the number of parts can be reduced and the workability can be improved.

The roofing material rail according to the present invention is characterized in that the roofing material rail further includes a fin portion disposed between the receiving rail and the fixed portion. Here, the “fin portion” is a wall-like shape that rises substantially vertically from the bottom of the roofing rail and is continuously formed in the longitudinal direction, and has a height substantially equal to the height of the receiving rail. Is desirable.

According to the present invention, the fin portion is further provided between the receiving rail and the fixed portion. As a result, the fin can be partitioned between the receiving rail and the fixed portion by, for example, rainwater that has entered from the receiving rail side. It is possible to prevent leakage to the eaves and to allow rainwater to flow to the eaves.

The roofing material rail according to the present invention is characterized in that “the inner engagement portion of the receiving rail is formed so as to be capable of slidingly supporting a head portion of a bolt”.

According to the present invention, the inner engaging portion of the receiving rail in the roofing material rail is formed so as to be capable of slidingly supporting the head of the bolt. As a result, the bolt slides to an arbitrary position by using the inner joint portion of the receiving rail, so that the fixing member can be firmly fixed to the predetermined position by using the bolt, and the roof material rail Thus, the fixing member can be fixed at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction.

The roofing material rail according to the present invention is "the inner engagement portion of the receiving rail is formed so as to be engageable with the engaged portion of the cover while covering at least the space between the left and right fin portions". It is characterized by being. Here, the “inter-cover” has an engaged portion that protrudes downward from the lower surface with the upper surface being a substantially flat plane.

According to the present invention, the inner engaging portion of the receiving rail in the roofing material rail is formed so as to be engageable with the engaged portion of the cover while covering at least between the left and right fin portions. As a result, the inner engagement portion of the receiving rail engages with the cover while the fixed member is not fixed, or when the fixed member is not fixed, and the intermediate cover becomes a roofing material. The design of the roofing rail can be improved.

The roofing material rail according to the present invention is as follows: "The fin portion is formed with an outer engagement portion that engages with an engaged portion of an intermediate cover that covers between the roofing material rails arranged in parallel. It is characterized by that.

According to the present invention, the fin portion of the roof material rail is formed with the outer engagement portion that engages with the engaged portion of the intermediate cover that covers between the roof material rails arranged in parallel. . Thereby, the outer engaging part formed in the fin part of the roofing material rail can be engaged with the intermediate cover having the engaged part, and the roof covering the space between the roofing material rails arranged in parallel. It can be formed as a material.

The roofing material rail according to the present invention is characterized in that "the positioning projections are further provided on both right and left ends".

According to the present invention, the roofing rail further includes positioning protrusions on the left and right ends. Thereby, the end of the backup material (for example, a heat insulating material or a dent prevention material for the intermediate cover) installed on the back of the intermediate cover can be easily positioned by hitting the protrusions on the left and right ends of the roof material rail.

As described above, according to the present invention, not only the roofing material but also any member such as a solar cell module installed on the roof can be fixed, reducing the number of parts and improving the workability. The roofing rail which can be provided can be provided.

Hereinafter, an example of a roofing material rail that is the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 13. The receiving rail 16 having the inner engaging portion 10, the fixing portion 11 disposed on the left and right outer sides of the receiving rail 16 for fixing to the field board 71 (building structure member), and the receiving rail 16 and the fixing portion 11. The outer engaging part 12 and the rising part 13 as a fin part arrange | positioned between are provided, and the projection 14 for positioning arrange | positioned at both right and left ends.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the cross-sectional shape of the roofing material rail 1 has a side extending upward from both ends of the upper part of the square at the center, and then the inner engagement portion 10 that is bent inward. It has. Although the shape is developed on both the left and right sides of the square at the center, the left side will be described because of left-right symmetry, and the right side is axisymmetric with respect to the center of the square, and thus detailed description thereof is omitted. There is a bottom part that extends to the left from the bottom of the quadrangle, and there are three rising parts. There is a first rising portion beyond the inner flange 15 having the same width as the quadrangle, extending upward to a position slightly lower than the inner engagement portion 10, descending diagonally to the right, and extending upward. An outer engagement portion 12 returning to the side is provided. A second rising portion 13 extending to a height of about one third of the outer engagement portion 12 for forming the outer flange portion 17 narrower than the inner flange portion 15 is provided. Further, a positioning projection 14 lower than the rising portion 13 is provided at the end of the bottom. Between the rising part 13 and the positioning projection part 14, a fixing part 11 for fixing to a building structural member is provided. In addition, the material of the roofing material rail 1 is the extrusion material of aluminum, and a color is a designated color at the time of construction. Moreover, the rising part provided with the outer engaging part 12 of this example and the rising part 13 outside thereof correspond to the fin part of the present invention.

Next, the state in which the bolt 6 is used for the roofing material rail 1 will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the roofing material rail 1 includes a fixing portion 11 that can fix the fixing member 8 at a predetermined position with bolts 6 and is disposed on the left and right outer sides of the receiving rail 16. It can be fixed to a building structural member (for example, a rafter 72, a C channel serving as a main building, a field board 71, or the like) by screws 5. An arbitrary member (for example, a photovoltaic power generation module 50 or a rooftop greening unit) installed on the roof can be fixed by using the fixing member 8 with the bolt 6. When the fixing member 8 is installed, the spacer 7 is installed on the eaves side so that rain can easily pass through. Furthermore, by making the through hole 9 in the fixing member 8, for example, it is possible to connect the photovoltaic power generation modules.

The inner engaging portion 10 of the receiving rail 16 in the roofing material rail 1 is formed so that the head of the bolt 6 can be slidably supported. As a result, the bolt 6 slides to an arbitrary position using the inner engagement portion 10 of the receiving rail 16, so that the fixing member 8 can be more firmly secured to the predetermined position using the bolt 6. Moreover, the size of the bolt 6 is set to M6 to M12, and can be appropriately changed according to the use conditions.

In addition, the intermediate cover 3 that covers between the roofing rails 1 prevents the building structure member such as the field board 71 from being directly exposed to rain, and the back-up material 4 (for example, heat insulating material or intermediate) Cover dent prevention material) is provided to prevent the intermediate cover 3 from being crushed even if it is placed on the intermediate cover 3 during construction, or heat can enter or escape through the intermediate cover 3 Can be prevented.

The material of the intermediate cover 3 is an extruded aluminum material or a sheet metal such as a galvalume steel plate. The color is a designated color at the time of construction. The material of the backup material 4 is polystyrene foam, polyethylene foam, or the like, and is used as a dent preventive material for a heat insulating material or an intermediate cover.

Then, the construction method using the fixing member 8 using the roofing material rail 1 in this example is demonstrated based on FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 4, waterproof paper 73 (for example, asphalt roofing) is provided so as to cover a building structural member (for example, rafter 72, C channel that serves as a main building or field board 71) that fixes the roofing material rail 1. ), And the roofing material rail 1 is arranged at a predetermined position to be fastened from above, and is fixed to the building structural member with the fixing screw 5 using the fixing portion 11. Next, the head of the bolt 6 is slid into the inner engagement portion 10 of the receiving rail 16 on the roofing material rail 1.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the backup material 4 is fixed using the positioning projections 14 at both ends of the roof material rail 1. Thereafter, the intermediate cover 3 covering between the roofing material rails 1 arranged in parallel is fixed by engaging the engaged portion 31 of the intermediate cover 3 and the outer engaging portion 12 of the roofing material rail 1. Thereafter, the fixing member 8 is installed and fixed by passing the spacer 7 through the bolt 6 so that rain easily passes through the eaves side.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 6, the solar power generation module 50 is fixed by fixing an arbitrary member (for example, the solar power generation module 50 or the rooftop greening unit) installed on the roof using the fixing member 8. Can be installed on the roof.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, when the roofing material rail 1 is used as a part of the vertical roof structure without using the fixing member 8, an intermediate cover that covers between the roofing material rails 1. 3 may be covered with the cover 2. Specifically, instead of sliding the bolt 6 on the receiving rail 16, the engaged portion 21 of the intermediate cover 2 is engaged with the inner engaging portion 10 of the receiving rail 16, and The space between the outer engaging portions 12 is covered.

Thereby, as shown in FIG. 9, the intermediate cover 2 can be installed with respect to the receiving rail 16, and the function as a roofing material can be given. The intermediate cover 2 is substantially flat with the intermediate cover 3 and is a vertical roofing material. In addition, the material of the cover 2 is an extruded material of aluminum, and the color is a designated color at the time of construction.

Further, the intermediate cover 2 and the intermediate cover 3 are substantially flat, and the design as a vertical roofing material can be enhanced. Furthermore, in order to prevent rain leakage as a roofing material, the inner flange 15 extends to the eaves eaves so that rainwater can flow to the eaves eaves 45. Even if rainwater gets over the outer engagement portion 12, it can be prevented by the outer flange portion 17.

Then, the construction method of the vertical roofing material using the roofing material rail 1 in this example is demonstrated based on FIG.10 and FIG.11. First, as shown in FIG. 10, waterproof paper 73 (for example, asphalt roofing) is provided so as to cover the building structural member (for example, rafter 72, main channel C channel or field plate 71) to which the roofing material rail 1 is fixed. ), And the roofing material rail 1 is arranged at a predetermined position to be fastened from above, and fixed to the building structural member with the fixing screw 5 using the fixing portion 11. Next, the backup material 4 is fixed using the positioning projections 14 at both ends of the roofing material rail 1. Thereafter, the intermediate cover 3 covering between the roofing material rails 1 arranged in parallel is fixed by engaging the engaged portion 31 of the intermediate cover 3 and the outer engaging portion 12 of the roofing material rail 1.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 11, when the engaged portion 21 of the intermediate cover 2 and the inner engaging portion 10 of the roofing material rail 1 are engaged, the intermediate cover 2 and the intermediate cover 3 become substantially flat, and the vertical winding is performed. Can be constructed as a roofing material.

FIG. 12 shows an example of installation of the house side side of the roofing material rail 1. The wife side intermediate cover 32 can be fixed by the engagement of the outer engaging portion 12 of the roofing material rail 1 and the engaged portion 31 of the wife side intermediate cover 32 and the wife side fixing screw 75. In addition, on the opposite side of the engaged portion 31 of the wife side intermediate cover 32, there is provided a folded portion 33 for draining water on the wife side.

FIG. 13 is an installation example of the accommodation on the eaves side of the roofing material rail 1. By installing the starter cover material 41, the design of the eaves can be enhanced. The starter cover material 41 can be fixed by a fixing screw 44 and further includes a positioning projection 42, so that the end position on the eaves side of the roof material rail 1 can be located. Therefore, it can lead to shortening of construction time. Further, the rainwater flowing through the inner flange 15 and the outer flange 17 flows to the eaves tip, passes through a through hole (not shown) opened in the flange 46 of the starter cover material 41, and goes to the eave flange 45. Flowing. In addition, the material of the starter cover material 41 is an extruded material of aluminum, and the color is a designated color at the time of construction.

As described above, the roofing material rail 1 of the present embodiment uses the inner engagement portion 10 of the receiving rail 16 to slide the bolt 6 to an arbitrary position, so that the fixing member 8 (for example, the solar cell module 50 or the rooftop). The bolt 6 can be used to secure the member firmly to a predetermined position according to the size of the member that supports the greening unit.

Furthermore, using the inner engaging portion 10 of the receiving rail 16, the engaged portion 21 of the intermediate cover 2 and the inner engaging portion 10 of the roofing material rail 1 can be engaged, and the roof arranged in parallel. The intermediate cover 3 covering between the material rails 1 is easily constructed as a vertical roofing material by engaging and fixing the engaged portion 31 of the intermediate cover 3 and the outer engaging portion 12 of the roof material rail 1. be able to.

Moreover, the roofing material rail 1 can comprise the fixing | fixed part 11 and the positioning projection part 14 by one member, and can lead to improvement of workability while reducing the number of attachment parts of a roofing material rail. Furthermore, by providing the inner flange portion 15 and the outer flange portion 17, it is possible to make it difficult to leak rain.

The present invention has been described with reference to preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention as described below. And design changes are possible.

That is, in the present embodiment, the intermediate cover 2 and the intermediate cover 3 are substantially flat and are substantially flat vertical roofing materials, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be an intermediate cover 34 as shown in FIG. . Specifically, as shown in the figure, the left and right engaged portions 35 that engage the outer engagement portions 12 of the roof material rails 1 with the intermediate cover 34 that covers between the roof material rails 1 arranged in parallel with each other. It is good also as a form which rose above the center of the intermediate cover 34, ie, the form which fell so that the center may be substantially contacted with a building structural member, leaving the both ends of the intermediate cover 34. As a result, the same operational effects as described above can be achieved, and the intermediate cover 34 can be used as a vertical roofing material that is changed by unevenness, instead of a flat vertical roofing material.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, an outer engagement portion 12 is provided outside the receiving rail 16 having the inner engagement portion 10, and an inner flange 15 is provided between the receiving rail 16 and the outer engagement portion 12. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a roof material rail 60 as shown in FIG. 15 may be used. Specifically, as shown in the figure, a lower engaging portion 61 that slide-supports the bolt 65 and an upper engaging portion 62 that engages and fixes the engaged portion 31 of the intermediate cover 3 are provided on the rail. Furthermore, an inner flange 63 may be provided at the bottom of the receiving rail. Thereby, while having the same effect as the above, since the inner collar part 63 is extended to the eaves eaves, rain water can be flowed to the eave eaves 45, and rain leak can be prevented as a roofing material. Even if rainwater gets over the upper engaging portion 62, it can be prevented by the outer flange portion 64.

Specifically, the roof rail 60 has a U-shaped rising portion, and has the same function as the outer engaging portion 12 that falls obliquely downward on the inside and returns to the side extending upward. There is an upper engaging portion 62. Underneath, a lower engaging portion 61 is formed so that the head portion of the bolt 65 can be slidably supported at a position where it does not interfere when engaged with and fixed to the engaged portion 31 of the intermediate cover 3. Furthermore, the roofing material rail 60 has a protrusion 66 for preventing the bolt 65 from falling on the flange 63, and has a flange 63 on the bottom. On the outer side of the receiving rail, a rising portion 13 extending to a height of about one third of the upper engaging portion 62 for forming the outer flange portion 64 narrower than the inner flange portion 63 is provided. Further, a positioning projection 14 lower than the rising portion 13 is provided on the outer end of the bottom. Between the rising part 13 and the positioning projection part 14, a fixing part 11 for fixing to a building structural member is provided. In addition, the material of the roofing material rail 60 is an extruded material of aluminum, and the color is a designated color at the time of construction.

Therefore, in this roofing material rail 60, as shown in FIG. 16, the engaged portion 68 of the intermediate cover 67 and the lower engaging portion 61 of the roofing material rail 60 can be engaged and arranged in parallel. The engaged portion 31 of the intermediate cover 3 that covers between the roof material rails 60 and the upper engaging portion 62 of the roof material rail 60 are engaged and fixed, and further, the intermediate cover 67 is covered from above, and the engaged portion is engaged. By engaging the joint portion 68 with the lower engaging portion 61 of the receiving rail, it can be constructed as a vertical roofing material. The material of the intermediate cover 67 is an extruded aluminum material. The color is a designated color at the time of construction.
