Abstract
部分負荷運転でディーゼルエンジンと同様な高い圧縮比により運転されて僅かな圧縮作業ですむオット内燃機関を提供することである。
【解決手段】
オットー燃焼機関は溢流通路(6)を介して主燃焼室(15)と接続されている予燃焼室(5)内の15対1より大きいεの高い構造的圧縮比、絞り調整、外部点火と燃料直接噴射を備えて、燃料が圧縮行程中に予燃焼室(5)内に噴射され、そこで出来るだけ中央に配置された点火プラグ(8)によって点火される。

Claims (10)
- 溢流通路(6)を介して主燃焼室(15)と接続されている予燃焼室(5)内の15対1より大きいεの高い構造的圧縮比、絞り調整、外部点火と燃料直接噴射を備えるオットー燃焼機関において、燃料が圧縮行程中に予燃焼室(5)内に噴射され、そこで出来るだけ中央に配置された点火プラグ(8)によって点火されることを特徴とするオット内燃機関。
- このオット内燃機関は制御されていない自己点火を生じないように絞られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のオット内燃機関。
- 噴射された燃料噴射は予燃焼室の内側に溢流通路の軸線に対して直角に沿って案内されることを特徴とする請求項1或いは請求項2に記載のオット内燃機関。
- 上部分負荷領域と完全負荷領域には、まず第一に、完全燃焼に必要な燃料の一部(およそ2/3)のみが噴射されて、噴射量の第二部分(およそ1/3)は最適点火時点直前に初めて後噴射されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のオット内燃機関。
- 噴射された噴射量の第二の少ない部分が第二噴射ノズル(9)によって行われ、その噴射が溢流通路(6)の軸線方向に進行することを特徴とする請求項1、3或いは4のいずれか一項に記載のオット内燃機関。
- 予燃焼室(5)内には流出行程の終りに対応して追加的新鮮空気が吹き出されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のオット内燃機関。
- 予燃焼室(5)は流入弁(12)と主燃焼室(15)の間に配置されて、この予燃焼室が主燃焼室から循環する隆起部(14)によって部分的に分離されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のオット内燃機関。
- 他の構成様式の内燃機関、特に円ピストンエンジンに適用し、円ピストンエンジンのピストン(1)が燃焼容器を有しなく、予燃焼室(5)がトロコロイドの外部に(ピストンエンジンのシリンダ壁(2)に一致して配置されて、溢流通路(6)によって主燃焼室(15)に接続されており、溢流通路(6)がトロコロイドにて所謂点火−OT(16)の領域に或いは回転方向に後で連通することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のオット内燃機関。
- 追加的燃料量が主燃焼室(15)に噴射されて、そこで第二点火プラグにより点火されることを特徴とする請求項1、3或いは7のいずれか一項に記載のオット内燃機関。
- 円ピストンエンジンの溢流通路(6)内には溢流通路軸線に延びていて回転方向を横切って配置された中間壁(13)が存在することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のオット内燃機関。
