Abstract
Description
図1を参照すると、ハウジング20を通るボア18の内側の溝16内に位置する、以下に一層詳細に説明し、定義するような軸方向の傾斜したコイルバネ12を使用する本発明に係る電気接点即ちコネクタ10を示す。ピン22はハウジングのボア18内に挿入されるように寸法決めされ、ハウジング20内でバネ12及びピン22を着脱自在にラッチ止めするためにバネ12を捕獲するための外側の溝26を有することができる。
電流のパターンは接触地点42を通って流れるように変化し、もちろん、接触地点42の総数に影響される。
増大した力はまた、図4a、4bに示すように、圧縮抵抗及びフィルム抵抗に対して効果を有する。小さな接触力(図4A)では、接触地点58は図4bに示すような大きな接触力下での接触地点60よりも小さな断面積を有する。対応する電流線62、64も、抵抗上の有効な増大した力を示すために、図4a、4bに示す。

増大百分率 514%
軸方向の平均静的抵抗 .067オーム
軸方向の平均動的抵抗 .0437
減少百分率 35%
コイルの移動によるこのフィルム除去増強の更なる向上は、例えば、それぞれ溝100のV字状の底部、先細りした底部及び平坦な底部について図9a、9b、9cに示すような軸方向の楕円形のコイル96と軸方向の丸いコイル98との組合せのような、多数のコイル形状を備えた多数のバネの使用により行われる。
これまたV字状の底部、先細りした底部及び平坦な底部100、102、104についての図13a、13b、13cに示すような本発明の別の実施の形態においては、第1の軸方向の楕円形のコイル124及び第2の軸方向の楕円形のコイル126は同じ外径を有する。しかし、第2の楕円形のコイル126のコイル高さは第1の楕円形のコイル124のコイル高さより大きく、第2の楕円形のコイル126のコイル幅は第1の楕円形のコイル124のコイル幅より大きく、第2の楕円形のコイル126は第1の楕円形のコイル124から半径方向に片寄っている。
以上、本発明を有利に使用できる方法を示す目的で、本発明に係る動的負荷の下で抵抗変化を最小化するために、電気接点として軸方向の傾斜したコイルバネの特定の使用を説明したが、本発明はそれに限定されないことを認識すべきである。すなわち、本発明は上述した素子から適当に構成することができるか、そのような素子のみからなることができるか、または、本質的にそのような素子のみからなることができる。更に、ここに例示的に開示した本発明は、ここに特別に開示しなかった任意の素子が無くても適当に実践することができる。従って、当業者が行うことのできる任意の及びすべての修正、変更又は等価は特許請求の範囲に規定するような本発明の要旨内にあるものと考えるべきである。
Claims (18)
- 医学的に移植可能な電気コネクタにおいて、
内側の溝をその中に備えたボアを有するハウジングと;
上記ハウジングのボア内に挿入されるように寸法決めされたピンと;
上記ハウジングの溝内に位置するフィルム除去バネと;
を有し、上記ピンによる上記溝内での上記バネの動的負荷が、その間の低い電気抵抗及び低い抵抗変化を提供するように、当該溝及び当該ピンの表面からのフィルムの削り取りを生じさせることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 上記フィルム除去バネが軸方向の傾斜したコイルバネであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記フィルム除去バネが軸方向の楕円形のコイル及び軸方向の丸いコイルの双方を有し、上記楕円形コイルの及び丸いコイルが互いに関して半径方向に片寄っていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記楕円形のコイルのコイル高さが上記丸いコイルのコイル高さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記丸いコイルのコイル高さが上記楕円形のコイルのコイル高さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記フィルム除去バネが異なるコイル高さの楕円形のコイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記異なるコイル高さのコイルが互いに関して半径方向及び軸方向に片寄っていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記異なるコイル高さのコイルが互いに関して半径方向に片寄っていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記フィルム除去バネが丸いコイルを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記ピンが上記ハウジングのボア内で上記バネを着脱自在にラッチ止めするために当該バネを捕獲するための外側の溝を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記ハウジングの溝がV字状の底部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記ハウジングの溝が平坦な底部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記ハウジングの溝が先細りした底部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記ハウジングの溝がV字状の底部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記ハウジングの溝が平坦な底部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 上記ハウジングの溝が先細りした底部を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- ピン/バネ/溝式のコネクタにおいて低い電気抵抗及び低い抵抗変化を提供するための方法において、
ピンと溝との間にフィルム除去バネを配置する工程と;
配置された上記バネを動的に負荷する工程と;
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 上記バネを配置する工程が、軸方向の傾斜したコイルバネを配置する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項17に記載の方法。
