Abstract
免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、様々な非脱髄性および脱髄性の神経障害の治療方法が提供される。また、このような組成物を用いた、いくつかの自己免疫疾患の治療方法も提供される。
Description
本発明は、神経障害を治療するための方法および組成物に関する。特に、本発明は、それだけには限らないが、損傷された神経細胞における神経伝達を回復または改善するための方法および組成物に関する。本発明のいくつかの態様は、非脱髄性の神経障害を治療するための方法および組成物に関する。本発明の他の態様は、狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎からなる群から選択される自己免疫疾患の治療方法に関し、また、本発明のいくつかの態様は、このような疾患を治療するための医薬品に関する。
PCT公開WO03/004049号およびWO03/064472号では、多くの驚くべき有益な効果を有する血清組成物に基づいた治療物質および治療法を記載している。これら2種の文献のそれぞれの各内容は、明確な参照によって、完全に組み込まれる。特に、治療物質を調製することができる方法の理解のために、また、治療することができる適応症に関して、読者はそれらを参照されたい。
典型的には、ヤギは、H9細胞中で作製したHIV-3Bウイルスライセートで免疫される。結果として生じる血清は、HIV、および多発性硬化症に対して活性であると考えられている。血清の作製に関するさらなる詳細については、読者はさらに、「ヤギ血清の作製の実施例(Example of Production of Goat Serum)」という標題のWO03/004049号の3頁および4頁の項を特に参照されたい。この項は、参照により本明細書に組み入れられる。免疫原としてHIV-3Bウイルスライセートを使用することは、活性な血清を作製するために必須であるとは考えられていない;ウイルス培養物の増殖のために使用された培地、またはそのような増殖に適した培地もまた、免疫原として使用された場合に適切な反応をもたらし得ると考えられている。HIV-3Bを増殖させるために使用されるPBMCまたは癌不死細胞系などの細胞培養増殖培地の上清が例として挙げられる。HIVまたは他のウイルスは、組成物を作製するのに有効な免疫原を作製するために存在する必要はない。他の適切な免疫原は、WO03/064472号の12頁および13頁に列挙されている。
この血清は、HIV、および多発性硬化症に対して有効であると考えられている。この血清の活性の重要な構成要素は、抗HLAまたは抗FAS活性であるとWO03/064472号において示唆されている。このような抗体成分は、比較的緩徐に作用することが予想されよう。
同公報はまた、外傷性の軸索または神経の損傷の治療にこの血清を使用し得ること、および、この血清が、いくらかの神経成長因子(NGF)活性も含み得、脱髄した外傷的に損傷された神経を再有髄化する際に機能し得ることも示唆する。やはり、このような活性も、比較的緩徐に作用することが予想されよう。
本出願者らは、驚くべきことに、この度、神経インパルスの伝達の比較的迅速な修復が起こり得ることを示唆する予備的な観察結果によって、この血清組成物が、変質した神経に対する付加的で迅速な効果を有することを確認した。この迅速な効果は、脱髄した変質神経と脱髄していない変質神経の双方に適用され得ると考えられている。
神経伝達に対するこの迅速な効果が検出されたことは、この血清が、NGF活性以外に、比較的速く作用する何らかの活性成分を含有しているにちがいないことを示唆する。この理解は、この血清を用いて治療し得る神経障害の性質に関して、重要かつ新しい見識をもたらす。具体的には、発明者らは、この度、非脱髄性の神経障害の治療のために、かつ、非外傷性の脱髄性障害の治療のために、この血清を有効に利用し得ることを理解した。これらの見識は、新しく確認された神経伝達に対する迅速な効果に基づいており、血清に帰される、既に確認されている緩徐なNGF様の活性に基づいては予想されなかったものである。
さらに、発明者らは、この血清組成物は、ある種の自己免疫疾患の治療において有用となり得ると考える。いくつかの自己免疫疾患または免疫介在疾患がヒトにおいて判明している。このような疾患に対する現在の療法は、一般に、免疫抑制薬の投与、またはステロイドの投与を含む。
主な自己免疫疾患のうちのいくつかを以下に挙げる。
全身性エリテマトーデスは、患者の抗体が健常な組織および器官を攻撃する、慢性の自己免疫疾患である。重症度は、軽度なものから生命を脅かすものまで及ぶことがある。狼瘡も、通常は顔から上半身全体の皮膚に影響を及ぼし、皮疹および病変を引き起こすことがある。
乾癬は、本質的に自己免疫性と考えられている、一般的な慢性皮膚障害である。
湿疹は、自己免疫性の要素を有すると考えられている、別の一般的皮膚障害である。
甲状腺炎は、患者の抗体が甲状腺を攻撃するという自己免疫性の原因を主に有する。
多発性筋炎は、自己免疫性の神経筋疾患であり、肢および頸部の衰弱をもたらし、時には、筋肉痛を伴う。
これらの疾患のための代替治療法が必要とされている。

本発明の第1の態様によれば、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、非脱髄性神経障害の治療方法が提供される。
この血清組成物は、WO03/004049号およびWO03/064472号において既に記載されているようなものでよい。免疫原は、無傷の宿主細胞における、HIV、無細胞抽出物、ウイルスライセート、またはそれらの混合物を含んでよい。あるいは、免疫原は、ウイルス培養物の増殖に適した培地でもよい。他の適切な免疫原は、WO03/004049号およびWO03/064472号において記載されている。ヤギ血清の調製の実施例を以下に示す。
本発明に従って治療し得る非脱髄性障害の例としては、脳血管の虚血性疾患;アルツハイマー病;ハンチントン舞踏病;混合性結合組織疾患;強皮症;アナフィラキシー;敗血症ショック;心炎および心内膜炎;創傷治癒;接触性皮膚炎;職業性肺疾患;糸球体腎炎;移植拒絶反応;側頭動脈炎;血管炎性疾患;肝炎;ならびに熱傷が挙げられる。これらの障害はすべて、炎症性の要素を有し得るが、障害の非脱髄性神経の態様に基づいてさらに治療可能であると考えられている。治療することができ、かつ、変性の要素を有すると考えられている、さらなる非脱髄性障害としては、多系統萎縮症;てんかん;筋ジストロフィー;精神分裂病;双極性障害;およびうつが挙げられる。治療することができる他の非脱髄性障害としては、チャネル病;重症筋無力症;悪性新生物に起因する疼痛;慢性疲労症候群;線維筋炎;過敏性腸症候群;作業関連性上肢障害;群発頭痛;片頭痛;および慢性の日常的な頭痛が挙げられる。
血清組成物は、好ましくは、0.01〜10mg/kg、より好ましくは0.01〜5mg/kg、0.05〜2mg/kg、最も好ましくは0.1〜1mg/kgの投与量で被験者に投与される。投与する厳密な投与量は、患者の年齢、性別、および体重などの因子、投与の方法および処方、ならびに治療しようとする疾患の性質および重症度に応じて変更してよい。食生活、投与時間、患者の状態、薬物の組合せ、および反応感度など他の因子も考慮してよい。治療を担当する臨床家によって、効果的な治療計画が決定され得る。1回または複数回の投与を行ってよく、典型的には、少なくとも3回、5回、またはそれ以上の一連の投与後に効果が認められる。
血清組成物は、有効な任意の経路、好ましくは皮下注射によって投与することができるが、使用し得る代替経路としては、筋肉内もしくは病巣内注射、経口、エアロゾル、非経口、または局所が挙げられる。
血清は、好ましくは液体製剤として投与されるが、他の製剤も使用してよい。例えば、血清は、製薬上許容される適切な担体と混合してよく、また、経口、局所、または非経口投与に適した組成で、固形物(錠剤、丸剤、カプセル剤、顆粒剤など)として調製してもよい。
本発明はまた、非脱髄性神経障害の治療において使用するための、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清を含む薬剤組成物も提供する。
本発明による血清は、非脱髄性神経障害の治療用の医薬品の調製においても使用することができる。
本発明の別の態様は、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、脱髄していない損傷神経における神経伝達を改善する方法を提供する。
本発明はまた、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、変性した神経における神経伝達を回復する方法も提供する。これらの神経は、脱髄性でも非脱髄性でもよい。驚くべきことに、損傷された神経に対する血清の作用は、脱髄した神経と脱髄していない神経の双方に有効となり得ることが確認された。
したがって、本発明者らは、この血清を用いて治療し得るいくつかの特定の脱髄性障害も特定した。したがって、本発明は、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得ることができる、または得た、血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、脱髄性神経障害の治療方法であって、これらの神経障害が、神経系の感染症;神経絞扼および局所性損傷;外傷性脊髄損傷;上腕神経叢障害(特発性および外傷性、上腕神経炎、パーソナージュ・ターナー(Parsonage Turner)症候群、神経痛性筋萎縮);神経根障害;チャネル病;ならびに疼痛性チックを含む群から選択される治療方法をさらに提供する。
また、持続的なブロックを伴う多巣性運動ニューロパシー、および慢性炎症性脱髄性多発ニューロパシー(CIDP)も治療可能である。
本発明の別の態様によれば、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、ヒトの狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎を含む群から選択される自己免疫疾患の治療方法が提供される。
一実施形態では、この障害は、狼瘡である。一実施形態では、この障害は、乾癬である。一実施形態では、この障害は、湿疹である。一実施形態では、この障害は、甲状腺炎である。一実施形態では、この障害は、多発性筋炎である。
血清組成物は、抗HLA抗体を含んでよいが、含まなくてもよい。これは、血清の活性においてある役割を果たし得ると考えられている。
本発明の別の態様は、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得ることができる血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、ヒトの狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎を含む群から選択される自己免疫疾患の治療方法を提供する。
本発明はまた、ヒトの狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎を含む群から選択される自己免疫疾患を治療するための医薬品の製造における、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物の使用も提供する。ヒトの狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎を含む群から選択される自己免疫疾患を治療するための医薬品の製造における、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得ることができる血清組成物の使用も提供される。
また、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物を含み、患者に投与するのに適した、ヒトの狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎を含む群から選択される自己免疫疾患を治療するための薬剤組成物も提供される。
薬剤組成物の例としては、経口、局所、または非経口投与に適した組成を有する任意の固形物(錠剤、丸剤、カプセル剤、顆粒剤、軟膏剤など);注射に適した液体;あるいは、患者に投与するのに適したエアロゾルが挙げられる。これらの組成物は、担体を含んでよい。
本発明の別の態様によれば、抗HLA抗体を含む血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、患者の狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎を含む群から選択される自己免疫疾患の治療方法が提供される。血清の活性の少なくとも1つの要素は、抗HLA活性と関連していると考えられており、この活性は、抗体自体の中に、または抗体と関連する他の何らかの因子中に存在している可能性がある。好ましくは、抗HLA抗体は、ヤギの抗HLA抗体である。抗体は、ポリクローナルでもよい。
<ヤギ血清の作製の実施例>
筋肉内注射によって、フロインドアジュバントとともに調製した溶解HIVウイルス混合液をヤギに接種した。ウイルスは予め60℃で30分間、加熱殺菌した。2週間など適切な間隔の後に、初期評価のために血液試料を採取した。最適な手順では、ヤギに毎週4週間注射し、次いで、反応物を得るために、6週目に動物から採血した。

無菌操作によって、約400ccの血液をヤギから採取する。針で抜き取るための部位を剪毛し、ベタジンで準備する。18ゲージの針を使用して、動物から約400ccの血液を採取する。動物は、有害な影響を全く受けることなく、約400ccの血液採取に耐えられることに留意されたい。動物を屠殺する必要はない。次いで、約10日〜約14日して血液量が再び満たされた後、動物から再度採血することができる。
望ましい抗体活性を考慮することにより、潜在的に有用な抗体の存在を確認した。このような反応物の存在を確認した後、次に、4〜6週の間にヤギから採血した。
次いで、反応物を作製するためのベースとなる血液産物を遠心して、血清を分離させる。次に、血清300mlを濾過して、大型の血餅および粒状物質を除去した。次に、この血清を過飽和硫酸アンモニウム(45%溶液、室温に戻したもの)で処理して、抗体および他の物質を沈殿させた。5000rpmで5分間、得られた溶液を遠心分離し、その後、上清液を除去した。沈殿した免疫グロブリンを、沈殿を再溶解するために十分なリン酸緩衝化生理食塩水(PBS緩衝液、Sambrook他、「Molecular Cloning:A Laboratory Manual」、1989年を参照されたい)に再懸濁させた。
次に、この溶液を分子量カットオフ値10000ダルトンの膜に通して透析した。透析はPBS緩衝液中で実施し、24時間の間、4時間毎に交換した。透析は4℃で実施した。
24時間透析した後、透析バッグの内容物を滅菌ビーカー中に移した。単位体積当たりの質量が1ml当たり10mgになるように、この溶液を調整した。PBSを用いて希釈を行った。次に、得られた溶液を0.2ミクロンフィルタで濾過して、滅菌容器中に入れた。濾過後、溶液を1回投与量の1mlずつに等分し、使用前に-22℃で保存した。本明細書では、この組成物をAIMSPRO血清と呼ぶ。
<神経障害>
急性視神経炎は、多発性硬化症の一般的な症状である。これは、片眼の中心部視野のぼけの症状として現れ、色の識別への顕著な影響を伴う。通常は自発的な回復が続いて起こるが、連続的な罹患が、不可逆的で、しばしばゆっくりと進行する視覚喪失をもたらすことがある。これらの慢性的に罹患した患者の視覚機能を改善するために利用可能な医薬品はこれまでなかった。以下に、本発明者らは、顕著に速い発症の電気生理学的指標とともに、治療法への有望なアプローチの証拠を提示する。

慢性の視神経症を原因とする持続的な視覚機能障害を有する6名の多発性硬化症患者(男性2名、女性4名、年齢32〜42歳、罹病期間8〜16年)を、上記、ならびにWO03/004049号およびWO03/064472号において説明されている、精製したヤギ血清から得られる、エイムズプロ(Aimspro)と呼ばれる製品で処置した。この薬物の投与は、皮下注射による1mlの投与であり、一般に、1回目または2回目の投与の後は、自己投与とした。投与頻度は、反応に応じて調整され、1週1回から3回まで変化した。以前にこの製品を与えられていた患者はいなかったが、1名(症例2)は、インターフェロンβ-1a(レビフ(Rebif))をほぼ1年間、使用していた。この治療は、エイムズプロによる処置の前の日に中止された。初回の注射の直前、ならびに、注射後約1時間、1週間、および4〜7週間目に、記録を行った。処置の前に、すべての被験者は、彼らの視力が、3〜14年の期間を通して、ゆっくりかつ徐々に悪化したと述べ、かつ、急性の視神経炎に相当した可能性がある介在期間を思い出すことができる者はいなかった。
標準の照明条件のもとで得られた、補正された遠見視力(スネレン視力表)および色覚(ファルンスワース・マンセル100ヒューテスト(Farnsworth-Munsell 100-Hue test)の総エラースコアの平方根2)データを示す(表)。各場合において、片眼の視覚誘発電位(VEP)調査を実施した。視野測定は実施しなかった。舌下温度を観察したが、経時的に、有意な変動は患者内で示されなかった。左眼および右眼からのデータは、分析に関しては独立しているものとみなされ、色覚スコアは、統計的目的のためにノンパラメトリックとして扱われた。
処置前および追跡検査での遠見視力の比較では、有意な変化は示されなかったが、2つの眼のみ(症例2の左眼および症例5の右眼)で、スネレン視力表における1行またはそれ以上の改善が認められた。しかし、色覚スコアに対する反復測定分散分析(ANOVA)試験では、F=(2.16, 23.73)=8.52、p=0.001という結果が得られた。注射後約1時間以内に、色覚に有意な改善が認められた(p=0.008、Z=-2.667、ウィルコクソンの符号付順位検定)。処置前および「1週間後」の値の比較では、有意な差異は示されなかった(p=0.055、Z=-1.923)が、処置前および追跡検査データ(4〜7週目)の比較では、有意な効果が示された(p=0.003、Z=-2.981)。3名の患者における、最初の2〜3週の間の注射部位の局所的な疼痛および腫れ以外には、顕著な副作用は生じなかった。
症例5および6の場合、VEP反応の潜時は、正常値の上限値に近づいた。残りの眼のうちの1つ以外のすべての処置前VEP調査では、P100反応の遅れが示され、これは、視覚経路内の脱髄と一致していた。1例(症例4の右眼)でのみ、処置前に反応を得ることができず、これは、全系列のうちで、観察期間中の任意の時点で、平均の皮質応答における有意な変化を示した唯一の眼であった。1992年に脊椎の続発性進行性多発性硬化症を発症したこの42歳の女性は、1998年以来、視覚の漸進的な悪化を訴えていた。1993〜1997年の間に、視野のぼけの回復が3〜7日持続した期間が4回あったが、それより最近の一時的な視覚的特徴は病歴において認められなかった。検査により、両側性の視神経萎縮、ならびに遠見視力および色覚の著しい障害が示された。15時2分での処置前のパターン反転全視野VEP調査からは、右眼からの再現可能な記録は得られなかった(図1を参照されたい)。試験用量のエイムズプロ(0.1ml)を15時13分に皮下投与し、続いて、15時25分に0.9mlを追加投与した。この場合、著しく遅延したが、再現可能なP100反応を15:時43分に、171ミリ秒で得ることができた(図2を参照されたい)。頭皮のリード線(lead)は、調査の始めから終わりまで取り付けたままにし、また、体温を含めて、試験条件をモニターした。この神経生理学的調査結果は、重度に脱髄した線維における伝導ブロックの反転と一致していたが3、視力データの臨床的に有意な改善は伴わなかった。調査期間中、どの眼からもP100潜時の改善を検出することができなかったという事実は、この期間中に有意な再有髄化があったということの反論になるが、これを適切に評価するためには、おそらくは6ヶ月時点にさらに観察することが必要となるであろう。
要約すると、視神経炎を原因とする緩徐に進行する視覚機能障害を罹患した6名の患者において非盲検かつ無対照の観察を行うと、新規の薬物エイムズプロによる処置後4〜7週間の過程を通して、色覚の著しい改善が示される。著しい視覚欠損の5年の病歴を有するある患者の1方の罹患眼から得た神経生理学的データは、薬物投与が軸索の伝導ブロックの反転を引き起こしたという解釈と一致している。さらに、この現象は処置の30分以内に起こったことも示された。再発寛解型の多発性硬化症の「脊髄」再発の起こった38歳の女性患者に対する筆者の臨床的観察(未発表の観察)は、早ければ10分以内に「脱ブロック(unblocking)」を認め得ることを示唆している。重度のギラン・バレー症候群に続く18年間の持続的な運動欠損を有する患者に対する別の臨床的観察(未発表の観察)は、この効果が同様に末梢神経系に適する可能性があることを示唆している。
(臨床的かつ神経生理学的検査によって判断された)急性視神経炎における視覚欠損は、局所的な炎症性脱髄活性に関連した軸索伝導ブロックを反映していると考えられているが4,5,6、炎症は、上述の6名の患者のような慢性的に冒された症例において存在する因子であるようには思われない。したがって、神経伝達に対する薬物成分の直接的効果は、疑わしい。作用機序を明白にするために、基本的な神経生理学的技術が現在利用されている。
エイムズプロは、当初は、HIV患者に使用するための高力価の中和抗体を提供することを意図されていた血清製品である。血清の特性決定により、様々な混合リンパ球反応を抑制することができる高力価の抗HLAクラス2抗体が明らかになった(未発表の観察)。脳細胞およびリンパ球上でのHLAクラス2発現の増大は、多発性硬化症の炎症プロセスの主要因子であると認識されているため、多発性硬化症および類似の状態において、ポリクローナル血清が有益となる可能性があると推論された(総説については参考文献1を参照されたい)。実際に、HLAクラス2に対するモノクローナル抗体が、いくつかの会社によって開発中である。しかし、本発明で認められた臨床反応の迅速さは、in vivoでは、他の機序が作用している可能性があることを示唆している。ナトリウムチャネルの不活性化、およびカリウムチャネルの封鎖の遅延は共に、実験的に脱髄させた軸索における伝達を改善することが示されている7。あるいは、一酸化窒素などの内在性物質による軸索のナトリウムチャネルの遮断の除去8が、薬物効果の迅速性を説明するかもしれない。したがって、血清は、免疫学的事象に影響を及ぼす際に有し得る任意の効果の他に、軸索の伝導の保護に直接影響を及ぼすこともできる可能性がある。
<自己免疫疾患>
エイムズプロ製品は、以下のように、自己免疫疾患の治療にも使用することができる。前述したように調製した1mlずつの血清を、0.1mg/kgの用量になるように調整し、狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎を含む群から選択される自己免疫疾患に罹患している患者に皮下注射する。
エイムズプロ製品は、以下のように、自己免疫疾患の治療にも使用することができる。前述したように調製した1mlずつの血清を、0.1mg/kgの用量になるように調整し、狼瘡、乾癬、湿疹、甲状腺炎、および多発性筋炎を含む群から選択される自己免疫疾患に罹患している患者に皮下注射する。
以下のようにして、患者にこの製品を与えた。この男性患者は、新しく乾癬を罹患し、最初の症状は両手で始まったが、下肢および腕の大部分に拡大した。治療担当医は、チモジン(Timodine)、次にモメタゾン(Mometasone)を処方した。その月の終わりまでに、疾患は広範囲に及んだ。ポリタール(Polytar)皮膚軟化剤を処方され、また、顧問皮膚科医に紹介され、この顧問皮膚科医は急性乾癬を確認し、モメスタゾン、ポリタール、およびエクソレックス(Exorex)を処方した。この治療はほとんど効果がなく、乾癬は腕および肢が最もひどかった。1週1mlのAIMSPRO製品投与を1日目に開始した。5日目に、乾癬が改善し始めた。23日目には、剥脱が大きく改善した。用量を1週2アンプルに増量。2カ月後、患者の状態は大きく改善し、3ヶ月と18日目までに、この時点で乾癬が治癒したとみなされ、患者は治療の終了を希望した。したがって、52週のうち4週に毎週1アンプル、52週のうち12週に毎週2アンプルを与え、16週にわたって合計28アンプルを投与した。副作用は報告されなかった。

- 免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物を投与する工程を含む、非脱髄性神経障害の治療方法。
- 前記免疫原がHIVである、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記非脱髄性障害が、脳血管の虚血性疾患;アルツハイマー病;ハンチントン舞踏病;混合性結合組織疾患;強皮症;アナフィラキシー;敗血症ショック;心炎および心内膜炎;創傷治癒;接触性皮膚炎;職業性肺疾患;糸球体腎炎;移植拒絶反応;側頭動脈炎;血管炎性疾患;肝炎;および熱傷を含む群から選択される、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記非脱髄性障害が、多系統萎縮症;てんかん;筋ジストロフィー;精神分裂病;双極性障害、およびうつを含む群からから選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記非脱髄性障害が、チャネル病;重症筋無力症;悪性新生物に起因する疼痛;慢性疲労症候群;線維筋炎;過敏性腸症候群;作業関連性上肢障害;群発頭痛;片頭痛;および慢性の日常的な頭痛を含む群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記血清組成物が、0.01〜10mg/kgの投与量で被験者に投与される、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 非脱髄性神経障害の治療において使用するための、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清を含む薬剤組成物。
- 非脱髄性神経障害を治療するための医薬品の調製における、免疫原を用いて誘発した後のヤギから得た血清組成物の使用。
