Abstract
Description
試験を行った層系の光学値の変化を以下の表2にまとめる:
Tyは比色測定システムYxy(CIE 1931)の光透過率であり、RyGは比色測定システムYxy(CIE 1931)のガラス側光反射Y、それゆえ未コーティング基材側の反射である。値a*およびb*は、L*a*b*系(CIELab Farbenraum,DIN 7174)に相当する色座標である。特にa*Tまたはb*Tは、各a*またはb*の透過率値であるが、a*Rまたはb*Rは、a*またはb*の反射の明度をそれぞれ示す。CIELab系は、相互に直角である3本の座標軸を有する。L*は輝度軸であり、a*は赤−緑軸であり、b*は黄−青軸である。
タイプA:ガラス/Si3N4/TiO2/CrN/TiO2/Si3N4(図2を参照)
タイプB:ガラス/Si3N4 CrN/TiO2/Si3N4(図1を参照)
タイプC:ガラス/TiO2/CrN/TiO2/Si3N4(図2マイナス層3)
タイプAおよびBの試験を行った層系は、光学データのごくわずかな変化を有する。このことは、対抗する例Cには当てはまらない。
テーバー試験は、コーティングの機械的負荷能力に関する情報を提供する。機械的応力の前後に透過率を測定する。2%を超える透過率の上昇は許容されない。
タイプAおよびBのコーティングは、問題なくテーバー試験に合格する。このことは特に、焼戻しサンプルに当てはまる。層システムCの焼戻しサンプルは、テーバー試験に合格しない。ΔTは、テーバー試験後のサンプルの透過率からテーバー試験前のサンプルの透過率を引いた差を示す。テーバー試験は、焼戻しサンプルおよび未焼戻しサンプルに対して実施する。テーバー試験は破壊試験であるため、「焼戻し前」および「焼戻し後」の比較は、同一サンプルには実施できない。
第3の重要なパラメータは、散乱による損失である。
Claims (12)
- 基材(2)上に直接置かれた透明Si3N4またはSiNx層(3)と、Si3N4またはSiNx層(3)上の半金属層(4)を、さらなるSi3N4またはSiNx層(6)はもちろんのこと、群Al2O3、SnO、TiO2およびSiO2からの誘電性酸化物層(5)と共に含む基材コーティングにおいて、
誘電性酸化物層(5)が半金属層(4)上に配置され、さらなるSi3N4層(6)が誘電性酸化物層(5)上に配置されることを特徴とする基材コーティング。 - 半金属層がCrN層であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基材コーティング。
- 基材(2)上に直接配置された透明Si3N4またはSiNx層(3)と半金属層(4)との間に誘電性酸化物層(10)が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基材コーティング。
- 不足当量SiNx層では、xが4/3より小さい数であることを特徴とする、請求項1または3に記載の基材コーティング。
- 半金属CrN層(4)の代わりに、半金属NiCrNまたはNiCrOx層が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の基材コーティング。
- 透明Si3N4または不足当量SiNx層(3、6)が20〜120nmの層厚をそれぞれ有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項の一項以上に記載の基材コーティング。
- 誘電性酸化物層(5、10)が4〜120nmの層厚をそれぞれ有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項の一項以上に記載の基材コーティング。
- 半金属NiCrN、CrN(4)またはNiCrOx層が5〜40nmの層厚を有することを特徴とする、先行する請求項の一項以上に記載の基材コーティング。
- 基材(2)がガラスであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基材コーティング。
- 基材(2)が合成材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基材コーティング。
- Cr、NiまたはNiCrから構成される追加層が提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基材コーティング。
- 誘電性酸化物層がNb2O5から構成されるを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の基材コーティング。
