Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- エレベータ装置に用いられる耐荷重部材内の少なくとも1つの引張り部材と電気的接触を行う装置であって、
上記引張り部材の部分の間に物理的な空間を設けるスペーサ部材と、
上記スペーサ部材に対する選択した位置に上記引張り部材の一部分を保持する保持部材と、
少なくとも1つの上記スペーサ部材もしくは上記保持部材によって支持され、少なくとも1つの上記引張り部材と導電性接触を行うように構成された少なくとも1つの電気コネクタ部材と、を備えることを特徴とする装置。 - 上記スペーサ部材は、本体を有し、この本体が、該本体の第1の側面に第1の引張り部材を受け、また該本体の対向する第2の側面に第2の引張り部材を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記スペーサ部材は、上記本体の側面の少なくとも一方に少なくとも1つのボスを有し、このボスが、該ボスの一方の側に1つの引張り部材を受け、また該ボスの他方の側に別の引張り部材を受けることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 上記本体の第1の側面及び第2の側面の各々に対応した保持部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 各々の保持部材は、上記本体に移動可能に取り付けられるとともに、上記引張り部材の一部分を選択した位置に保持するように該保持部材を所定位置に固定するラッチを備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つのボスを備え、このボスが、該ボスの一方の側に1つの引張り部材を受け、該ボスの他方の側に別の引張り部材を受けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記スペーサ部材は、本体を有し、全ての上記引張り部材を上記本体の一方の側で受けることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- 上記電気コネクタは、導電性接触を行うために、上記引張り部材を内包している被覆を少なくとも部分的に貫通するように構成された係合面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記引張り部材の一部分が、上記スペーサ部材と上記保持部材との間に配置されたときに、上記電気コネクタは、該電気コネクタが上記引張り部材の先端部と接触するように、該装置に対して配向されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 上記スペーサ部材は、該スペーサ部材を上記引張り部材の一部分の間に動かすことを容易にする傾斜面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの上記保持部材もしくは上記スペーサ部材は、上記引張り部材の部分の少なくとも一つを上記コネクタ部材に対する所望の位置に中心合わせすることを容易にするガイド面を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 複数のコネクタ部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- エレベータ装置に用いられる耐荷重部材内の少なくとも1つの引張り部材と導電性接触を行う方法であって、
上記耐荷重部材の選択した長さを、引張り部材をそれぞれ有する個々の部分に分離し、
分離した上記部分の間にスペーサを挿入し、
導電性コネクタ部材を少なくとも1つの上記引張り部材に固定することを特徴とする方法。 - 上記耐荷重部材は、上記引張り部材を内包する被覆を有するとともに、該方法は、上記スペーサ部材を挿入する前に上記引張り部材に隣接する上記被覆を分離することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 上記引張り部材の上記部分の長さとほぼ平行な長手方向に上記被覆を切断することを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 上記耐荷重部材は、上記引張り部材を内包する非導電性被覆を有するとともに、該方法は、上記導電性コネクタ部材の少なくとも一部を、上記非導電性被覆を通して少なくとも1つの上記引張り部材と強制的に接触させることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも上記コネクタ部材の終端部を上記引張り部材に強制的に挿入することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の装置。
- 上記スペーサ部材に対する選択した位置にベルトの一部分を固定するために、保持部材を上記スペーサ部材に結合させることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 上記耐荷重部材の分離した部分を上記スペーサ部材の一方の側に配置することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 上記耐荷重部材の上記部分の少なくとも一つを上記スペーサ部材の一方の側に配置し、上記部分の少なくとも別の一つを上記スペーサ部材の他方の側に配置することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
