Claims (15)
- 細長い形状であって、かつフレキシブル材料から成る、少なくとも1つの中空ボビンの周囲回りにコイルを配備するステップと、ボビンの両端部が互いに向き合わされて、該ボビンの端部の一方が開口を画成するように、前記少なくとも1つのボビンを前記コイルと共に折曲するステップと、前記リボンが実質的に該ボビン10の内部空洞全体を充填し、それによってコアを形成するまで、前記ボビン内に密に充填される巻線の必要回転量だけ巻回されるよう、前記開口を介して磁気材料のリボンを供給するステップとを含むトロイダル変圧器の製造方法。
- 前記開口を介して前記リボンを供給した後、前記リボンを所望の長さにカットする追加ステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記開口を介して最初に供給されることが意図される前記リボンの端部を予備曲げする追加ステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 最初に前記ボビン内に供給される前記リボンの一部分であって、前記ボビン内に最初に巻かれる該リボンの巻線に本質的に相当する一部分に前記ボビン内に巻かれる間に前記リボンの滑りを良くするための低摩擦係数の層を、前記ボビン内部の中空の空洞の内部カーブに面する側に提供する追加ステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記層は、低摩擦係数の第一サイドと接着性の第二サイドを有する接着テープ、低摩擦係数のコーティング、および流体のうちの少なくとも1つによって提供されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- リボンの最内部の巻線と連続協働するようにフレキシブル送り部材を配備し、前記リボンが前記ボビン内に巻かれる間に前記リボンの滑りを容易に行わせ、かつコアを形成する追加のステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フレキシブル送り部材と該リボンとの協働を仲介するための前記リボンと連接する仲介手段を配備する追加ステップを有し、前記仲介手段は、前記ボビン最内部の前記リボン巻線の少なくともほんの少しの部分に当たる距離を越えて前記フレキシブル送り部材と係合していることを特徴とする請求項5乃至6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記仲介手段は、前記層の部分からはみ出る前記リボンから成ることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記開口を介して前記磁気材料のリボンを供給するステップが、さらに、前記コイルと共に該折曲ボビンを回転させるステップと、本質的に即座に前記コイルと共に前記折曲ボビンの回転を停止するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記開口を介して該磁気材料のリボンを供給するステップが、さらに、前記開口を介して媒体を注入し、それにより折曲位置にある前記中空ボビンの内部の外側カーブと前記リボンとの間に可変のギャップを作り出すステップと、前記中空のボビンから前記媒体を導出するステップを有することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が磁界にて実行されることを特徴とする請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 本質的に細長いチューブを含むトロイダル度圧器の製造用ボビンであって、
前記細長いチューブがフレキシブル材料から作られかつ折曲可能になっていて、前記細長いチューブの両端が互いに向かい合わせられ、前記細長いチューブの端部の一方が開口を画成し、かつ前記細長いチューブが本質的に中空内部の矩形断面を有することを特徴とするボビン。 - 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載されたトロイダル変圧器の前記製造方法を実行する手段を含む、トロイダル変圧器を製造するシステム。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載されたトロイダル変圧器の前記製造方法によって製造されたトロイダル変圧器。
- アダプタのような電気機器において、請求項14に記載のトロイダル変圧器の使用法。
