Claims (23)
- 質量分析システムによる同位体組成分析方法であって
複数の質量に対応する複数の質量強度値を得る工程と、
前記複数の質量のいずれかが関心対象であるか否かを判定するために、前記複数の質量強度値を基準と比較する工程と、
関心対象である前記複数の質量のいずれかに質量分析を行うように指示する工程とを含む方法。 - 前記比較工程の前に、ユーザーインターフェースを利用して前記基準の少なくとも一部を得る工程を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記同位体組成分析システムは液体クロマトグラフィー−質量分析−質量分析システムである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基準は第1の質量と第2の質量との第1の質量差を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基準はさらに前記第1の質量と第3の質量との第2の質量差を含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記基準はさらにピーク閾値を含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記基準はさらに第1の前記質量強度値と第2の前記質量強度値との第1の比率を含む請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記基準はさらに第1の質量強度値と第2の質量強度値との第1の比率を含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基準はさらに前記第1の質量強度値と第3の質量強度値との第2の比率を含む請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記基準はさらにピーク閾値を含む請求項8に記載の方法。

関心対象である前記複数の質量のいずれかに質量分析を行うように指示する工程とを含む媒体。 - 前記比較工程の前に、ユーザーインターフェースを利用して前記基準の少なくとも一部を得る工程を含む請求項13に記載の媒体。
- 前記基準は第1の質量と第2の質量との第1の質量差を含む請求項13に記載の媒体。
- 前記基準は第1の質量強度値と第2の質量強度値との第1の比率を含む請求項13に記載の媒体。
- 前記基準はピーク閾値を含む請求項13に記載の媒体。
- 前記得る工程の前記複数の質量は正確な質量である請求項13に記載の媒体。
- 精密質量により同位体組成を分析するシステムであって、
複数の質量に対応する複数の質量強度値を得て、前記複数の質量のいずれかが関心対象であるか否かを判定するために、前記複数の質量強度値を基準と比較するように構成された電子デバイスと、
関心対象である前記複数の質量のいずれかに質量分析を行うための第2段の質量分離デバイスとを備えるシステム。 - 前記基準は第1の質量と第2の質量との第1の質量差を含む請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準は第1の質量強度値と第2の質量強度値との第1の比率を含む請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記基準はピーク閾値を含む請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の質量は正確な質量である請求項19に記載のシステム。
