Abstract

Claims (19)
- 少なくとも2つの移植可能な接続アセンブリを接続するための、脊髄固定器具用の接続要素(10)であって、
前記接続要素が、少なくとも剛性部(12)により該端部の1つに延在する軟性部(11)を有するロッドから構成され、前記軟性部(11)が、ポリマーエンベロープ(14)により少なくとも一部分取り囲まれたケーブル(13)を有し、前記ケーブルが、前記エンベロープ(14)と同軸の少なくとも1つの弾性線維から構成されることを特徴とする接続要素(10)。 - 前記剛性部が、少なくとも一部分前記ケーブル(13)を受けるための盲穴(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記剛性部が、少なくとも一部分前記ケーブル(13)を受けるための貫通穴(15)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記穴(15)が、前記ケーブル(13)と協働するよう構成されることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記穴(15)が、前記ケーブル(13)を受ける端部の方向に広がった区画(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記軟性部(11)が、接着結合、圧着、又は溶接により、前記剛性部(12)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記ケーブル(13)が、少なくとも6つの線維(40)の少なくとも1つの層(4)を有し、前記線維が、前記中心の線維の周囲に分散されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記ケーブルが、前記中心の線維の周囲に置かれた線維の2つの連続する層を有し、前記中心の線維を取り囲む線維の第1の層が、6つの線維から構成され、前記第1の層を取り囲む線維の第2の層が、12の線維から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記1つ又は複数の層を構成する前記線維が、前記中心の線維の周囲のねじれた線維から構成されることを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記1つ又は複数の層の前記線維が、前記中心の線維とは異なる材料から形成されることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記中心の線維が、前記1つ又は複数の層の線維とは異なる直径を有することを特徴とする請求項7〜10のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記1つ又は複数の層を構成する前記線維が、チタン、又はステンレス鋼、又はチタンニッケル合金から構成されることを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記中心の線維が、管状であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記中心の線維が、ニッケルチタンの合金、チタン、ステンレス鋼、又はポリマーから形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記中心の線維が、PEEK又はポリウレタンから作られることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記エンベロープ(14)が、ポリウレタンから作られることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記エンベロープ(14)が、PEEKから作られることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 前記エンベロープ(14)が、生体適合布から構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の接続要素(10)。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの接続要素(10)によって接続された、少なくとも2つの移植可能な接続アセンブリを有する脊髄固定器具。
