Claims (34)
- 既知の概算量の空気を含む事前充填済み注射器と共に使用されるプランジャドライブラムを前進させるモータを有するタイプのインジェクタであって、
前記モータを作動させるプロセッサと、
前記事前充填済み注射器において既知の概算量の空気に対応する所定のパージ停止位置を記憶するメモリとを備え、
前記インジェクタは、前記事前充填済み注射器に含まれる空気の既知の概算量に対応する所定のパージ停止位置にほぼ匹敵する量だけ前記プランジャドライブラムを自動的に前進させるように構成されている、インジェクタ。 - 同様に既知の概算量の空気を含む延伸チューブと共に使用されるようにさらに構成されており、前記メモリは前記延伸チューブ内の前記空気の既知の概算量に対応する値を記憶しており、前記インジェクタは、前記延伸チューブ内に含まれる空気の既知の概算量にほぼ匹敵する追加量だけ前記プランジャドライブラムを自動的に前進させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインジェクタ。

- 前記所定のパージ停止位置がユーザによって調整されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記所定のパージ停止位置が較正されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインジェクタ。
- 前記所定のパージ停止位置が経過情報に基づいていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のインジェクタ。
- デュアルヘッドインジェクタであって、
第1注射器を受け入れるように構成された第1ヘッドと、
第2注射器を受け入れるように構成された第2ヘッドと、
前記第1注射器および前記第2注射器を連結するYチューブ系とを備え、
前記デュアルヘッドインジェクタは、前記第1注射器、前記第2注射器および前記Yチューブ系からほぼ全ての空気を自動的にパージするように構成されている、デュアルヘッドインジェクタ。 - 前記Yチューブ系は前記第1ヘッドに連結される第1部分を含み、前記第1ヘッドは前記第1注射器および前記チューブ系の前記第1部分からまず空気をパージすることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のデュアルヘッドインジェクタ。
- 前記Yチューブ系は前記第2ヘッドに連結される第2部分、前記第1および第2部分に連結されるコネクタ、および前記コネクタに連結される第3部分を含み、前記第2ヘッドは、前記第2注射器、前記チューブ系の第2部分、前記コネクタ、および前記チューブ系の第3部分から空気をその次にパージすることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のデュアルヘッドインジェクタ。
- 前記第1注射器が、造影剤の事前充填済み注射器であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のデュアルヘッドインジェクタ。
- 前記第2注射器は食塩水を収容することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のデュアルヘッドインジェクタ。
- 前記第1および第2注射器のうちの1つは造影剤を収容することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のデュアルヘッドインジェクタ。
- 前記第1および第2注射器のうちの1つは食塩水を収容することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のデュアルヘッドインジェクタ。
- インジェクタから空気を自動的にパージする方法であって、
注射器の大きさおよびタイプを判断し、
前記注射器の大きさおよびタイプに基づく所定のパージ停止位置までラムを移動させるのに必要な期間だけモータを作動させる、方法。 - ユーザが前記注射器を充填するのを可能にすることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- ユーザがパージボタンを操作することによって前記作動ステップを実行することをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記所定のパージ停止位置が、特定の事前充填済み注射器およびこれと共に使用される延伸チューブ内に捕捉されている空気の量についての実際値に基づいていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記所定のパージ停止位置が経過データに基づいていることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記注射器の大きさおよびタイプがユーザインターフェースから入力されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記注射器の大きさおよびタイプが、前記注射器に連結されているフェースプレートからもたらされることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- インジェクタから空気を自動的にパージする方法であって、
注射器の近傍にある空気検出器を監視し、
前記注射器の放出端近傍にある前記空気検出器を監視しながら、前記注射器のプランジャを前進させるラムを移動させるようにモータを作動させ、
空気が検出されなくなったときに前記ラムを停止させる、方法。 - ユーザが前記注射器を充填するのを可能にすることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- ユーザがパージボタンを操作することによって開始されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記ラムは、空気が検出されなくなってから所定量の流体がパージされた後に停止されることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記空気検出器は、前記注射器の放出端の近傍にあることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の方法。
- デュアルヘッドインジェクタから空気を自動的にパージする方法であって、
前記インジェクタに取り付けられる第1および第2注射器の大きさおよびタイプを判断し、
前記第1注射器の大きさおよびタイプに基づく所定のパージ停止位置までラムを移動させるのに必要な期間だけ第1ヘッド用モータを作動させ、
前記第2注射器の大きさおよびタイプに基づく所定のパージ停止位置までラムを移動させるのに必要な期間だけ第2ヘッド用モータを作動させる、方法。 - ユーザが前記第1注射器を充填するのを可能にすることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項30に記載の方法。
- ユーザが前記第2注射器を充填するのを可能にすることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項30に記載の方法。
- ユーザが前記第1ヘッドのパージボタンを操作することによって開始されることを特徴とする請求項30に記載の方法。
