Claims (12)
- 供給源から付与点に、液体組成物を静電チャージして付与するように構成及び配置される静電装置であって、
該装置は、
駆動部と、
高電圧を供給する高電圧発生器と、
前記駆動部及び前記高電圧発生器を始動する電源と、
前記液体組成物の該供給源を含む容器と、
付与ユニットとを含み、
該付与ユニットは、
前記駆動部に機械的に接続されてそれにより駆動され、該容器から該液体組成物を供給するための供給手段と、
前記高電圧発生器に電気的に接続され、該液体組成物を静電チャージするエミッタ電極と、
該付与点に配置され、該液体組成物を付与するノズルとを含み、
該装置は、全部の液体組成物にほぼ共通の電位を与えるために該高電圧発生器に接続されるフィールド電極を更に含み、
該容器は、少なくとも部分的に変形自在の材料から作られ、取外し自在のカートリッジを提供するように構成される
静電装置。 - 前記供給手段は、駆動要素を持つ吸引ポンプであり、その駆動要素は、前記駆動部によって駆動されて、前記容器から前記液体組成物を吸引し、これを前記ノズルから出す請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記駆動部、前記高電圧発生器及び前記電源を保持するハウジングを含み、
前記ハウジングには、前記容器を取外し自在に収容する凹所が形成され、
前記ハウジングは、前記供給手段を動作させるための前記駆動部を駆動するモータを含み、
前記ハウジングは、更にその中に、前記モータ及び前記高電圧発生器を搭載するフレームを含み、
前記フレームは、前記ハウジングの内部空間を前分室及び後分室に区切り、前記前分室は、前記モータ及び前記高電圧発生器を収容し、前記後分室は、前記容器を収容するための前記凹所を定める
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記容器は、前記付与ユニットに結合されそれと協調して前記カートリッジを定め、
前記ハウジングは、位置決め手段を含み、これと前記カートリッジが、前記容器を前記凹所に置くために、取外し自在に係合し、
前記カートリッジが前記ハウジングと係合されるとき、前記駆動部は前記供給手段を始動する機構と取外し自在に係合され、電圧端子が前記エミッタ電極と取外し自在に接触して、前記高電圧を前記エミッタ電極に印加する
請求項1記載の装置。 - 前記位置決め手段は、前記付与ユニットが置かれる前記ハウジングの上端に形成されるマウントである請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記電圧端子は、前記マウントに形成される開口下に配置され、前記付与ユニットが前記マウントに載置されるときに、前記電圧端子との接触のために前記開口を介して前記エミッタ電極の下端を突出させる請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジングは垂直軸を持ち、これは前記垂直軸に沿って上端及び下端を定め、
前記高電圧発生器はトランスを含み、これは、前記前分室内で前記垂直軸に沿って前記モータと積み重ねられて配置される

前記前シェルには電池開口が形成され、これを通して前記電池が前記フレーム上に置かれ、
前記内カバーは、前記ハウジングに装着されたときに前記電池開口を塞ぐ
