Claims (10)
- 対象物(206)に向かって、対象とする複数の波長における光を放射する光源(900)と、
前記対象物(206)から光を受け取って、前記対象とする複数の波長においてか又はそれら波長付近において、受け取った光を見分けると同時に、全ての他の波長において受け取った光を遮断する、ハイブリッドフィルタと、
前記ハイブリッドフィルタの下の光検出センサ(400)であって、前記対象とする複数の波長においてか又はそれら波長付近において、受け取った光の量を検出する、光検出センサ
とを備える、撮像システム。 - 前記ハイブリッドフィルタは、第1のフィルタ層(516)と、該第1のフィルタ層(516)の下のパターン化フィルタ層(508)とを含み、
前記第1のフィルタ層(516)は、前記対象とする複数の波長におけるか又はそれら波長付近における光を通過させ、全ての他の波長における光を遮断し、
前記パターン化フィルタ層(508)は、対象とする1つの波長におけるか又はその波長付近において受け取った光を伝達する領域を含み、その他の対象とする波長においてか又は該その他の対象とする波長付近において受け取った光を遮断することからなる、請求項1に記載の撮像システム。 - 前記第1のフィルタ層(516)は、誘電積層フィルタを含む、請求項2に記載の撮像システム。
- 前記誘電積層フィルタは、色ガラスフィルタを含む、請求項3に記載の撮像システム。
- 前記パターン化フィルタ層(508)は、染料をドープしたパターン化ポリマか、顔料をドープしたパターン化ポリマか、パターン化干渉フィルタか、パターン化反射フィルタか、又はパターン化吸収フィルタ、のうちの1つからなる、請求項2乃至4のいずれかに記載の撮像システム。
- 前記光源(900)のスペクトラムを狭めるために、前記光源(900)に覆い被さった少なくとも1つのフィルタ(902)を更に備える、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の撮像システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフィルタ(902)は、誘電積層フィルタを含む、請求項6に記載の撮像システム。
- 前記誘電積層フィルタは、色ガラスフィルタを含む、請求項7に記載の撮像システム。
- 2つか又はそれよりも多くの対象とする波長を伝搬する光を含む光を対象物(206)から受け取り、
前記対象とする波長においてか又はその波長付近において受け取った光を見分けると同時に、全ての他の波長において受け取った光を遮断し、及び、
前記対象とする波長においてか又はその波長付近において受け取った光の量を検出する
ことを含む、波長依存検出のための方法。 - 前記対象とする波長においてか又はその波長付近において受け取った光の量を検出することは、前記対象とする波長においてか又はその波長付近において受け取った光の量を検出することか、或いは前記対象とする波長においてか又はその波長付近において受け取った光の量を交互に検出することのいずれかを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
