Abstract
【解決手段】 1つの過給機を備えた自動車において給気を冷却するための1つの低温冷却材回路(1)を有する回路装置であって、1つの給気/冷却材冷却器(2)を備え、給気/冷却材冷却器(2)の冷却材出口に、またはその直後に、冷却材出口温度を測定するための1つの温度センサ(4)が設けられている。

Claims (11)
- 1つの過給機を備えた自動車において給気を冷却するための1つの低温冷却材回路(1)を有する回路装置であって、1つの給気/冷却材冷却器(2)を備えたものにおいて、給気/冷却材冷却器(2)の冷却材出口に、またはその直後に、冷却材出口温度を測定するための1つの温度センサ(4)が設けられていることを特徴とする回路装置。
- 検出された冷却材温度に依存した冷却材流量調節部が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の回路装置。
- 温度センサ(4)が1つのサーモスタットであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の回路装置。
- 温度センサ(4)が、冷却材の移送に役立つプラスチック部品に一体化されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の回路装置。
- プラスチック部品がプラスチック射出成形によって製造されていることを特徴とする、請求項4記載の回路装置。
- 低温冷却材回路(1)が1つの主冷却材回路(11)と結合されており、こうして冷却材の交換が行われることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の回路装置。
- 低温冷却材回路(1)中に1つの調節弁(7)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の回路装置。
- 調節弁(7)が1つの低温冷却材冷却器(3)の上流または給気/冷却材冷却器(2)の上流に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項7記載の回路装置。
- 給気/冷却材冷却器(2)から来る冷却材が1つのポンプ(P)の上流で1つの主冷却材回路(11)に供給されることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の回路装置。
- 過給機を備えた自動車において給気を冷却するための1つの低温回路(1)を備えた回路装置(K)を作動させるための方法であって、回路装置が1つの給気/冷却材冷却器(2)を備えたものにおいて、給気/冷却材冷却器(2)で検出される冷却材温度に依存して給気/冷却材冷却器(2)内の冷却材流量の調節が行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 特に自動車原動エンジンの回転数および/または負荷、自動車走行速度、外気温度および/または周囲圧力を含めて給気/冷却材冷却器内の冷却材流量の調節が行われることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の方法。
