Claims (21)
- 実質的に剛性のある軽量の発泡体材料で形成され、相互接続された連続的な通路を有する相互接続網状組織を備える、網状オープンセル基材と、
暗藍色又は黒色の酸化ジルコニウムの表面と、
を特徴とする複合材料。 - 前記表面の層は、前記相互接続網状組織を実質的に覆っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記発泡体材料は、炭素質材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記炭素質材料は、グラファイトであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の複合材料。
- 前記発泡体材料は、ポリマー材料であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記ポリマー材料は、ポリエチレン又はポリプロピレン又はその両方を備えることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の複合材料。
- 前記発泡体材料は、セラミック、金属、及び金属合金で構成される群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 第二基材材料をさらに備え、該第二基材材料は前記オープンセル基材に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造方法であって、
網状オープンセル構造を備える材料を提供する段階、
前記基材上にジルコニウム又はジルコニウム合金の層を堆積する段階、
前記層を暗藍色又は黒色の酸化ジルコニウムに酸化する段階、を備えることを特徴とする複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記堆積する段階は、化学気相堆積又は物理気相堆積又はその両方を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記酸化する段階は、空気、スチーム、若しくは水酸化、又は、これらの任意の組合せを用いて、酸化する段階を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記酸化する段階は、酸素含有大気を有する炉内で酸化する段階を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材料の製造方法であって、
網状オープンセル構造を有する材料を提供する段階と、
前記基材上にジルコニウム又はジルコニウム合金の層を物理的に形成する段階と、
前記層を暗藍色又は黒色の酸化ジルコニウムに酸化する段階、を備える、複合材料の製造方法。 - 前記物理的に形成する段階は、直接鋳造処理を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記物理的に形成する段階は、拡散接着層を形成する処理を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の複合材料の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材料で形成される医療用インプラントであり、
前記複合材料は、実質的に剛性のある軽量の発泡体材料で形成される網状オープンセル基材を備え、
前記基材は、相互接続された連続する通路を有する相互接続網状組織と、
暗藍色又は黒色の酸化ジルコニウムの表面層を備えることを特徴とする医療用インプラント。 - 前記医療用インプラントは、人工股関節であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記医療用インプラントは、人工膝関節であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記医療用インプラントは、人工脊髄であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記人工脊髄は、椎骨体部であることを特徴とする請求項19に記載の医療用インプラント。
- 前記医療用インプラントは、骨移植片であることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の医療用インプラント。
