−DYNASYLAN(R)F8850 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8−トリデカフルオロオクチルトリエトキシオリゴシロキサン(3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8−トリデカフルオロオクチルトリエトキシシランと0.8Mol/Mol H2O(ダイマー、トリマー、テトラマー)とのHCl触媒した縮合により製造、エタノール中で50質量%)、
−DYNASYLAN(R)F8262、DE19904132又はEP1033395(Jenkner et al.、Degussa−Huels AG)の実施例C/5aと同様の活性化したフルオロアルキル官能性オルガノシランのアルコール溶液。DYNASYLAN TM F8262のためには、i−プロパノールの代わりに、エタノールが使用される。組成:3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8−トリデカフルオロオクチルトリエトキシシラン1.0質量%、H2O 0.126質量%、HCl(無水)0.074質量%、SnC12x2H2O 0.1質量%、エタノール98.7質量%、
−DYNASYLAN(R)F8810 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,7,7,8,8,8−トリデカフルオロオクチルトリエトキシシランと、3−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシランとからの、DE19823390(Standke et al.、Degussa−Huels AG)における実施例H2と同様のオリゴマー化した共縮合体の10質量%水含有溶液。
10μmの繊維直径を有する市販のポリエステル織物(PET、白い、Karstadt、Bochumで入手)を、エタノール1部と、Aerosil VPR 411 10質量%(エタノールに対して)と、トルエン9質量部との分散液中に浸漬した。5秒後、テキスタイルを再度浴から取り出し、かつ室温で乾燥し、引き続き1h、80度で熱処理した。引き続きテキスタイルの特性を決定した。水滴(60μl)は、水平状態に対して21゜の角度で表面から独力で転落した。トナー塵(Printex50、Degussa AG Duesseldorf)を有する汚れは、水で完全に除去されることが可能であった。シリコーンオイルは、仕上げ加工していない織物に対して、水平状態に対して約40゜の傾角で、独力でしたたり落ちた。脂肪含量1.5%を有する市販のH−Milch(超高加熱、均質化、及び殺菌したミルク、Milsani、ALDI)は、同様に約40゜の傾角でしたたり落ちた。前記のように仕上げ加工したテキスタイルを通じた水の浸透は、建てられた水柱が3cmの長さを超えると生じた(DIN EN13562により測定)。仕上げ加工してない比較例は、すぐに濡れ、かつ水柱が建つことはない。図2及び3は、実施例1で製造されたテキスタイルの異なる倍率を有するREM像を示す。
Claims (6)
- フルオロシラン又はフルオロシロキサンで疎水化したミクロ粒子の、前記ミクロ粒子により形成された突起物を備える表面構造を有する、自浄特性を有する表面を製造するための使用であって、その際製造された表面が自浄特性の他に、疎油性、疎脂質性、及び疎ミルク性の特性を有する、フルオロシラン又はフルオロシロキサンで疎水化したミクロ粒子の使用。
- ミクロ粒子により形成された表面構造は、20nm〜25μmの平均高さ及び20nm〜25μmの平均間隔を有する突起物を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の使用。
- ミクロ粒子は、フルオロシラン又はフルオロシロキサンで疎水化した、熱分解ケイ酸粒子又は沈殿ケイ酸粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の使用。
- 表面は、テキスタイル、広告手段、オーニング材、カバーシート、技術的フリース、衣料品、アウトドア用衣料、雨用衣料、作業用衣料、子供用衣料、保護衣料、半製品、シート又はプラスチックからの物品の表面である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載された、フルオロシラン又はフルオロシロキサンで疎水化したミクロ粒子の使用によって製造された、自浄性、疎水性、疎脂質性、疎油性及び疎ミルク性の特性を有する、少なくとも1つの表面を有する物品。
- 物品は、テキスタイル、広告手段、オーニング材、カバーシート、技術的フリース、衣料品、アウトドア用衣料、雨用衣料、作業用衣料、子供用衣料、保護衣料、半製品、シート又はプラスチックからの物品である、請求項5記載の物品。
