Claims (43)

少なくとも1つの前記埋め込み型感知素子からの出力を読み取る工程と、

一箇所に埋め込んだ前記埋め込み型センサからは、複数のパラメータが読み取られ、
少なくとも1つの前記埋め込み型感知素子から読み取られた前記出力は、定量可能な値である、
ことを特徴とする検出法。 - 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子は、生物学的パラメータセンサであることを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子は、生理学的パラメータセンサであることを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子は、分析物センサであることを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子からの出力読み取り工程は、乳酸(lactate)に応答する埋め込み型感知素子からの出力の読み取りを含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子からの出力読み取り工程は、血中酸素飽和度に応答する埋め込み型感知素子からの出力の読み取りを含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子からの出力読み取り工程は、血圧に応答する埋め込み型感知素子からの出力の読み取りを含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子からの出力読み取り工程は、グルコースに応答する埋め込み型感知素子からの出力の読み取りを含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子からの出力読み取り工程は、温度に応答する埋め込み型感知素子からの出力の読み取りを含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子からの出力読み取り工程は、カリウムに応答する埋め込み型感知素子からの出力の読み取りを含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子からの出力読み取り工程は、pHに応答する少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子からの出力の読み取りを含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項1に記載の検出法であって、少なくとも1つの埋め込み型感知素子から読み取った出力に基づいて患者へ施療する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項12に記載の検出法であって、施療工程は、心筋虚血に対する施療を含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項12に記載の検出法であって、施療工程は、心筋梗塞に対する施療を含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項12に記載の検出法であって、施療工程は、アンギナ(狭心症)に対する施療を含むことを特徴とする検出法。
- 請求項12に記載の検出法であって、施療工程は、患者の体内に設置した埋め込み型心臓血管徐細動器の機能の調節を含むことを特徴とする検出法。

少なくとも1つの前記埋め込み型感知素子からの出力を読み取る工程と、
少なくとも1つの前記埋め込み型感知素子から読み取った前記出力に基づいて患者を評価する工程と、
を含み、
一箇所に埋め込んだ前記埋め込み型センサからは、複数のパラメータが読み取られ、
少なくとも1つの前記埋め込み型感知素子から読み取られた前記出力は、定量可能な値である、
ことを特徴とする評価法。 - 請求項26に記載の評価法であって、患者評価工程は、乳酸に応答する埋め込み型感知素子からの出力に基づく患者の評価を含むことを特徴とする評価法。

を含み、
一箇所に埋め込んだ前記埋め込み型センサからは、複数のパラメータが読み取られ、
少なくとも1つの前記埋め込み型感知素子から読み取られた前記出力は、定量可能な値である、
ことを特徴とする検出法。 - 現場応用における多数パラメータ検出法であって、
前記検出法は、
複数の埋め込み型感知素子を内部に配置したハウジングを備えた埋め込み型センサを現場において患者身体の一箇所に埋め込む工程と、
少なくとも1つの前記埋め込み型感知素子からの出力を読み取る工程と、
を含み、
一箇所に埋め込んだ前記埋め込み型センサからは、複数のパラメータを読み取り、
少なくとも1つの前記埋め込み型感知素子から読み取った前記出力は、定量可能な値である、
ことを特徴とする検出法。
