Abstract
【解決手段】マルチ渦流量計1は、流路13に設けられて被測定流体を通過させる測定管4と、被測定流体の流れに対向するように測定管4に設けられる渦発生体5と、この渦発生体5により生じるカルマン渦に基づく変化を検出する渦検出器6とを有する渦式検出手段7を備える。また、流路13に突出する感温センサ8及び加熱感温センサ9を有する熱式検出手段10を備える。さらに、流量変換器11を備えて、この流量変換器11に、渦検出器6及び熱式検出手段10と共に配線される配管内圧力測定用の圧力計3を一体に設ける。

Claims (2)
- 流路に設けられて被測定流体を通過させる測定管と、前記被測定流体の流れに対向するように前記測定管に設けられる渦発生体と、該渦発生体により生じるカルマン渦に基づく変化を検出する渦検出器とを有する渦式検出手段を備えるとともに、前記流路に突出する感温センサ及び加熱感温センサを有する熱式検出手段を備え、更に流量変換器を備えるマルチ渦流量計において、
前記流量変換器に、前記渦検出器及び前記熱式検出手段と共に配線される配管内圧力測定用の圧力計を一体に設ける
ことを特徴とする圧力計一体形マルチ渦流量計。 - 請求項1に記載の圧力計一体形マルチ渦流量計において、
前記流路を形成する測定用取付配管を備え、該測定用取付配管に前記流路を流れる前記被測定流体の一部を導入する圧力計測部を形成し、該圧力計測部に前記圧力計を収納する
ことを特徴とする圧力計一体形マルチ渦流量計。
