Abstract

Claims (20)
- 変形可能な要素、例えばタイヤ(10)、タイヤのパッチ、又は車両のサスペンションに用いられる変形可能な要素内に組み込まれるよう設計された電子モジュール(14)であって、支持体(18)に固定された機能装置(20)と、電線(16a,16b)を前記機能装置(20)に電気的に接続する少なくとも1つの装置(22a,22b)とを有する電子モジュールにおいて、
前記電気的接続装置(22a,22b)とは別体であって、前記電線(16a,16b)を機械的に固定する装置(24a,24b)を更に有し、前記機械的固定装置は、前記電線を前記支持体(18)に機械的に固定する電子モジュール(14)。 - 前記電線(16a,16b)を機械的に固定する前記装置(24a,24b)は圧着手段を備えている請求項1記載の電子モジュール(14)。
- 前記電線を機械的に固定する前記装置(24a,24b)は、スナップ嵌め手段を備えている請求項1又は請求項2記載の電子モジュール(14)。
- 前記電線を機械的に固定する前記装置(24a,24b)は、接着手段を備えている請求項1乃至3の何れか1項記載の電子モジュール(14)。
- 前記電気的接続装置(22a,22b)のところで終端する、前記電線のための通路を有し、前記機械的装置(24a,24b)は、前記電気的接続装置(22a,22b)の上流側で前記通路に設けられている請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の電子モジュール(14)。
- 前記機械的固定装置(24a,24b)は、前記電線の外側絶縁体に被着されるよう形作られている請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の電子モジュール(14)。
- タイヤ内に組み込まれるよう設計された電子システム(12)であって、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項記載のモジュール(14)と、前記モジュールに結合された部分(26a,26b)及び自由部分(28a,28b)を含む少なくとも1本の電線(16a,16b)とを有し、前記電線の前記結合部分(26a,26b)は、前記電気的接続装置(22a,22b)に接続されると共に前記機械的固定装置(24a,24b)によって前記モジュール(14)に固定されている電子システム(12)。
- 前記電線(16a,16b)は、はんだ付けにより前記電気的接続装置(22a,22b)に接続されている請求項7記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記モジュール(14)及び前記電線の前記結合部分(26a,26b)を保護するジャケット(30)を更に有する請求項7又は請求項8記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記ジャケット(30)は又、前記自由部分(28a,28b)を案内する手段を形成するよう前記電線の前記自由部分(28a,28b)の一部を保護する請求項9記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記案内手段は、前記自由部分(28a,28b)を直線状に案内する、請求項10記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記モジュール(14)に接続された2本の電線(16a,16b)を有し、前記ジャケット(30)は、前記2本の電線の前記自由部分(28a,28b)がほぼ同軸であるように形作られている請求項11記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記案内手段は、前記モジュールの方向に剛性を高める手段である請求項10乃至12の何れか1項記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記ジャケット(30)は、前記モジュール及び前記電線上に成形された樹脂で作られている請求項9乃至13の何れか1項記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記ジャケット(30)は、前記モジュール及び前記電線上に連続的に成形された剛性が漸減する幾つかの樹脂層で構成されている請求項9乃至13の何れか1項記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記ジャケット(30)は、前記モジュールを収容したケース(32)と、前記ケースを充填する前記樹脂(36)を備えている請求項9乃至13の何れか1項記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記ケース(32)は、2つのシェル半部(34a,34b)により形成されている請求項16記載の電子システム(12)。
- 前記ジャケットは、全体としてローラの形をしている請求項9乃至17の何れか1項記載の電子システム(12)。
- 請求項7乃至18の何れか1項記載の電子システムが組み込まれた車両用タイヤ。
- 請求項7乃至請求項8を必然的に引用項とする請求項18の何れか1項記載のシステム(12)を得る方法であって、前記電線をはんだ付けする前に前記電線を固定する方法。
