Abstract
【解決手段】金属粉体形態のロウ付け合金と結合剤の混合物を用意する工程と、前記結合剤を融解して混合体を所定の形状を有するプリフォーム52に成形する工程と、前記プリフォーム52から前記結合剤の大部分を除去する工程と、前記プリフォーム52を加熱して、前記結合剤の残余を除去し、前記金属粉体をともに焼結する工程とを含んでなる、ロウ材プリフォーム52を生成する方法。前記プリフォーム52は自体に耐摩耗材を含んでもよい。かかるプリフォーム52は、2つの金属部品間のロウ付け接合部を形成する、或いは耐摩耗皮膜面を有する金属部品を生成するために使用できる。

Claims (10)
- 2つの金属部品を結合する方法であって、
金属粉体形態のロウ付け合金と結合剤の混合体を用意する工程と、
前記結合剤を融解して前記混合体を所定の形状を有するプリフォームに成形する工程と、
前記プリフォーム(52)から前記結合剤の大部分を除去する工程と、
前記プリフォーム(52)を加熱して、前記結合剤の残余を除去し、前記金属粉体をともに焼結する工程と、
前記プリフォーム(52)を前記金属部品により画成される接合部に隣接させ或いは当該接合部内部に配置する工程と、
前記金属部品と前記プリフォーム(52)を前記金属部品の何れかの融点を下回るが、前記プリフォーム(52)の融点を上回る温度で加熱して、ロウ付け合金を融解し、前記接合部に流す工程と、
前記ロウ付け合金を冷却して前記金属部品間の結合部を形成する工程とを含んでなる方法。 - 前記加熱する工程の後、前記プリフォーム(52)を前記接合部に隣接させ或いは当該接合部内部に配置する工程の前に、熱間等静圧圧縮成形処理を実行する工程を含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 耐摩耗皮膜面を有する金属部品を製造する方法において、
金属粉体形態の耐摩耗材と結合剤の混合体を用意する工程と、
前記結合剤を融解して前記混合体を所定の形状を有するプリフォーム(52)に成形する工程と、
前記プリフォーム(52)から前記結合剤の大部分を除去する工程と、
前記プリフォーム(52)を加熱して、前記結合剤の残余を除去し、前記金属粉体をともに焼結する工程と、
前記プリフォーム(52)を前記面に隣接させて配置する工程と、
ロウ付け合金を前記耐摩耗材と前記面に接触させて配置する工程と、
前記金属部品、前記ロウ付け合金及び前記プリフォーム(52)を前記金属部品及び前記耐摩耗材の何れかの融点を下回るが、前記プリフォーム(52)の融点を上回る温度で加熱して、ロウ付け合金を融解し、前記接合部に流す工程と、
前記ロウ付け合金を冷却して前記金属部品と前記耐摩耗材と間の結合部を形成する工程とを含んでなる方法。 - 前記加熱する工程の後、前記プリフォーム(52)を前記面に接触させて配置する工程の前に、熱間等静圧圧縮成形処理を実行する工程を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記混合体をプリフォーム(52)に成形する工程が、前記混合体を所望の形状を有する金型に射出する工程を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記結合剤の大部分を除去する工程を、前記プリフォーム(52)を、前記結合剤を溶解するが、前記金属粉体は溶解しないように選択された溶剤で洗浄することによって行う、請求項1及び請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 加熱時に、前記プリフォーム(52)を組成物の雰囲気を制御するチャンバ(12)内に配置する、請求項1及び請求項3の何れかに記載の方法。
- 前記耐摩耗材が炭化クロムである、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記プリフォーム(52)が自体にロウ付け合金を含む、請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記ロウ付け合金が、前記プリフォーム(52)と前記面の間に配設したロウ材テープによりなる、請求項3記載の方法。
