(2)実施例では、固定部としてのケース部材に、駆動手段およびベース部材を配設する構成であるが、駆動手段およびベース部材を装飾部材に直接取付ける構成であってもよい。この場合、装飾部材が固定部となる。
(3)ベース部材を移動させる駆動手段は、実施例のモータと変速部との構成に限定されるものでなく、モータに代えて、ロータリー式のソレノイド等の各種ロータリーアクチュエータを採用し得る。また、直線的に駆動するソレノイドやシリンダ等のリニアアクチュエータをベース部材に直結する構成を採用することも可能である。
(4)実施例では、第2ラックの移動規制を行なうラックストッパが当接する係止部をケース部材の前半体に設けたが、該ラックストッパが当接可能であれば、後半体に設けられていてもよい。またケース部材に1つの係止部を設け、該係止部に対して第1方向への移動時に当接するものと第2方向への移動時に当接するものとの2つのラックストッパを第2ラックに設ける構成であってもよい。すなわち、第2ラックを第1位置と第2位置とに保持し得る構成であれば、その他各種の構造を採用し得る。
(5)実施例では、装飾部材に液晶式の図柄表示装置を配設して主たる遊技演出を行なうようにしたが、ドラム式やベルト式等のように図柄を変動表示するものであればよい。
(6)可動式演出装置を配設する遊技機としては、パチンコ機に限らずアレンジボール機やスロットマシン機、あるいはパチンコ式スロットマシン(パロット)等であってもよく、主たる遊技演出を行なう図柄表示装置が臨む装飾部材を備えたものであれば何れのものであってもよい。

前記装飾部材に設けた固定部に配設した駆動手段と、
前記固定部にスライド可能に配設されると共に、前記駆動手段に連繋され、該駆動手段により待機位置と作動位置との間で移動されるベース部材と、
前記演出部材を有し、前記ベース部材に、該ベース部材の移動方向にスライド可能に配設される第1ラックと、
前記ベース部材に、前記第1ラックに対向してベース部材の移動方向にスライド可能に配設される第2ラックと、
前記ベース部材に、前記第1ラックおよび第2ラックの間に夫々噛合した状態で回動自在に配設され、その回動により一方のラックのベース部材に対する変位方向と反対側に他方のラックを変位させる伝達ギアと、
