Description

The present invention relates to a filling method, and more specifically, an accumulation process for accumulating a plurality of storage bags using a connecting member, a supply zone for supplying the storage bags accumulated in the accumulation process to the filling process, and taking out from the supply zone The present invention relates to a filling method including a filling step of filling a storage bag with contents.

(特許文献1)   Conventionally, there is a method of filling contents such as food and medicines into a packaging bag under normal conditions or aseptic conditions. As an example, as shown in FIG. 9, in a stock zone 32 of a filling system 31. The outer bag sterilized under the hydrogen peroxide solution sprayed is opened by the operator 35 through the glove 34, the storage bag is taken out from the inside, and the storage bag is supplied to the filling device 33 side. Storage bags filled with contents such as foods and pharmaceuticals in a state of being kept in a state, the opening is temporarily sealed with a width of 1 mm, and further hermetically sealed with a width of 10 mm, and then cooled and discharged to the outside of the aseptic room There is. (Patent Document 1)

However, in such a conventional filling system, since the operator works through the glove, it is difficult to perform fine work such as opening the outer bag or quickly supplying the storage bag to the filling device. Moreover, the storage bag filled in Patent Document 1 is flat. In recent years, storage bags for storing fluids such as powders, fluids, and liquids, and storage bags for chemical bags that store chemical solutions such as enteral, oral nutrients, and various infusions have been used for human bodies via tubes. Since there is a need to connect this tube to a storage bag, there is a storage bag provided with a spout. Since such a storage bag is provided with a spout and the like, the spout is bulky when the storage bags are stacked, so that the unity becomes worse and the number of storage bags entering the outer bag may be reduced. This causes an increase in packaging costs due to the increase in the number of containers, and further increases the frequency of supply of the storage bags to the filling device by the operator in the supply zone, resulting in problems such as a supply error and operator efficiency such as fatigue.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a filling system that can cope with various storage bags, reduce costs, and improve work efficiency.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a top view of a filling system that can be used in the present invention. The filling system 1 of this example includes, for example, a supply zone 4 for the storage bag 7 and a filling process 5 for filling the content into the storage bag 7 taken out from the supply zone 4 from the opening.

In the supply zone 4, a belt conveyor 6 is disposed for transferring a storage bag 7 made of polyethylene or the like provided over the entire width. The belt conveyor 6 is driven by a motor (not shown).

In addition, a supply device 8 that delivers the storage bag 7 to the filling device 5a is provided at the end of the belt conveyor 6 that is one side of the filling step 5, and a circular filling device 5a is provided at the center of the filling step 5. Provided. The filling device 5a is driven to rotate counterclockwise or clockwise in plan view by a motor (not shown).

Further, the filling device 5a has a plurality of rotating arms 5b provided at equal intervals, an opening device 5c that sequentially opens the storage bag along the rotation direction on the outer periphery of the filling device 5a, and fills the storage bag with the contents. A filling device 5d; a degassing / closing device 5e for degassing the filled storage bag and closing the opening; a sealing seal device 5f for heating and sealing the storage bag; and a cooling device 5g for cooling the sealed seal portion And a discharge device 5h for discharging the storage bag filled with the contents to the outside of the filling system 1, and the like, which are operated by automatic control by a sensor and a controller (not shown).

Here, when the storage bag 7 or the like is filled with contents such as food and medicine, the plurality of storage bags 7 appropriately enclosed in the outer bag or the like move from the movable shelf onto the belt conveyor 6, and this belt conveyor 6. The storage bag 7 is taken out from the outer bag which is transported above and opened at the end of the belt conveyor 6 in the supply zone 4 which will be described later, and the rotation arm in the filling process 5 automatically one by one via the supply device 8. Passed to 5b.

Next, the storage bag 7 delivered to the rotary arm 5b is sent to the opening device 5c. After the storage bag 7 is opened, the storage bag 7 is sent to the filling device 5d to fill the contents. And the storage bag 7 is closed after deaeration in the deaeration and closing device 5e, and sealed and sealed with a fixed width in the sealing device 5f. Further, the storage bag 7 is cooled by the cooling device 5g and the seal portion is cooled and discharged to the outside of the filling system 1 through the discharge portion 5h.

Next, a specific configuration of the stacking process for stacking the storage bags in the filling system, which is a feature of the present invention, and the supply zone supplied to the filling apparatus will be described. 2 is a side view of a storage bag having a spout, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the storage bag of FIG. 2 wound around, FIG. 4 is a schematic plan view showing the storage bag supplied from the roll, and FIG. FIG. 6 is a schematic plan view of the front part of the filling process on the belt conveyor, and FIG. 6 is a schematic plan view of the middle part of the filling process on the belt conveyor.

Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular as a storage bag which can be filled with the method of this invention, The storage bag provided with a spout at the one end of the circumference | surroundings sealed leaving the opening part is preferable. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the storage bag 7 has a storage portion 7b in which contents are stored in the center of two bonded film materials 7a, and a heat seal whose periphery is hermetically sealed with a constant width. The part 7c and the spout 9 which the inside leads to the accommodating part 7b are provided in the notch part 7d which has one end of this circumference | surroundings.

The film material 7a which comprises the storage bag 7 consists of a single-piece | unit base material or a composite base material, The innermost layer is comprised by the film layer made from a thermoplastic resin which has heat seal property. When using a composite substrate, select various materials such as thermoplastic resin film, aluminum foil, inorganic vapor deposition film, etc. according to the functions required for packaging bags, such as gas barrier properties, light shielding properties, water vapor barrier properties, etc. Can be stacked.

The spout 9 has a stopper 9e formed integrally with the lid 9d by closing the base 9a connected to the storage bag 7, the body 9b for pouring and guiding the liquid, and the mouth 9c at the tip of the body. Etc. In addition, if the base part 9a can heat seal to the storage bag 7 so that the content of the storage part 7b may be distribute | circulated to the trunk | drum part 9b so that the opening | mouth part 7e outer peripheral surface which the notch part 7d of the storage bag 7 has may be covered. However, the shape is not particularly limited.

When the storage bags 7 including the spout 9 and a chuck (not shown) are stacked to be supplied to the filling system 1 together, the storage bags 7 have the spouts 9, so that this portion is particularly bulky and united. Becomes worse.

However, according to the present invention, since there is a process of accumulating the storage bags, handling becomes easy. Specifically, outside the filling system 1, as shown in FIG. 3, a part of the plurality of storage bags 7 in the stacking process 22, for example, the spouts 9 and the like positioned on the plate 22 a in the same direction, are placed. Arranging such as 80 to 100 storage bags 7 in a row so that the next storage bag 7 is placed above or below the previous storage bag 7 in order while being shifted so as to overlap, the storage bags are arranged from the front end. The vicinity of the center is connected with a connecting member 11 such as an adhesive tape in the arrangement direction. The plate 22a may be a transfer machine such as a belt conveyor. Further, the installation position of the accumulation step 22 is not limited, such as in the vicinity of the supply zone 4 or inside or outside the filling system 1.

A connecting member 11 protruding from the rear end of the connected storage bag 7 is attached to a shaft core member 13 such as a cylindrical shape, and the storage bag 7 connecting the shaft core member 13 is rotated in a winding direction. Thus, the storage bag 7 may be a roll-shaped wound body 12 wound around the shaft core member 13. At this time, the front end 11 a of the connecting member 11 may protrude from the leading storage bag 7.

The connecting member 11 used in the present invention is not limited in material and size as long as the storage bag 7 can be connected, but a tape-like member in which an adhesive material is applied to the back surface is preferable. The material is made of, for example, paper, cloth, metal foil, synthetic resin, etc., and on the back side, these storage bags 7 are connected, and an adhesive such as an acrylic or the like having a medium or low viscosity that is sufficient for easy peeling. Is applied. As the size of the connecting member 11, it is sufficient if the vicinity of the center of the accumulated storage bag 7 is in the shape of a belt and is longer than the entire length in the arrangement direction by the protruding portion at the front and rear ends.

In order to supply the storage bag 7 to the filling system 1 using this winding body 12, the front end portion 7 a of the winding body 12 is pulled out in the vicinity of the start end portion of the belt conveyor 6 in the supply zone 4, and the front end of the connecting member 11 is drawn. The part 11a is attached to a predetermined position on the belt conveyor 6 or the like.

Then, the storage bags 7 that are formed into a plate shape on the belt conveyor 6 that has been operated and are transferred in an accumulated state are filled in the supply belt 4 in order as shown in FIG. When transferred into the process 5, the leading portion 7 a of the storage bag 7 is detected by a position detection sensor 14 using infrared rays or the like provided near the entrance of the filling process 5.

Then, based on the detected information, a controller (not shown) controls a peeling device 15 by means of a control mechanism (not shown in detail) so that, for example, two parallel support plates 15a having an appropriate length in the transfer direction are transferred to a belt conveyor. 6 Cover the storage bag 7 so as not to come into contact with the storage bag 7 being transferred from above, and the arm 15b of the peeling device 15 and the like lifts and lifts the front end 11a of the connecting member 11 from between the support plates 15a. While the storage bag 7 thus pressed is pressed against the support plate 15a, the connecting member 11 is peeled from the leading portion 7a of the storage bag 7 to the rear end of the winding body 12 in order, and the connecting member 11 is removed from the middle portion of the peeled connecting member 11. It is recovered by the illustrated recovery device.

The support plates 15 a are not limited to two, and one or three or more support plates 15 a may be provided so that the storage bag 7 can be supported when the connecting member 11 is peeled from the storage bag 7. Moreover, you may make it the structure which makes the arm 16a collect | recover the connection members 11. FIG. Further, the peeling device 15 may be configured to operate from the side of the belt conveyor 6.

The connecting bag 11 is peeled off from the storage bag 7 on the belt conveyor 6, and the storage bag 7 transferred in a state of being accumulated and arranged is provided near the outlet of the peeling device 15 as shown in FIG. 6. When detected by the position detection sensor 16 or the like, the control unit (not shown) causes the spacing plate 17a of the pitch enlargement device 17 to place the storage bags 7 on the belt conveyor 6 from the upper side of the belt conveyor 6 at regular intervals. Separate. The separated storage bags 7 are transferred one by one to the rotating arm 5b in the filling step 5 by the supply device 8 as described above, and after the contents are filled, they are hermetically sealed to the outside of the filling system 1. Discharged. The pitch enlarging device 17 may be configured to operate from the side of the belt conveyor 6.

Further, the connected and accumulated storage bag 7 is not limited to the roll-shaped winding body 12, and may be, for example, a zigzag folded body that is stacked several times.

In this way, the storage bag 7 having the spout 9 and the like is arranged in a line while shifting so as to overlap a part of the plurality of storage bags 7 in which the spout 9 and the like are positioned in the same direction, and is rolled by the connecting member 11. Are collected and continuously supplied to each process of the filling system 1, so that the packaging material cost can be reduced by reducing the number of exterior bags used, and the storage bags 7 are automatically separated and arranged on the belt conveyor 6. In this case, the storage bag 7 can be quickly and accurately delivered to the filling process 5 without depending on the operator.

FIGS. 7 to 8 show another example in which the storage bag 7 is quickly and accurately delivered to the filling device using an outer bag. FIG. 7 is a schematic plan view in which accumulated storage bags are sealed in an outer bag, and FIG. 8 is a schematic plan view showing a state in which the storage bags in FIG.

In this case, outside the filling system 1, as shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of connecting members 11 such as adhesive tape are used while shifting a part of the plurality of storage bags 7 in which the spouts 9 are positioned in the same direction. The storage bags 7 are connected, and these storage bags 7 are sealed in the outer bag 18. Also at this time, the front end 11a of the connecting member 11 may be provided so as to protrude from the storage bag 7a located at the head in the transfer direction. Note that the number of storage bags 7 in the outer bag 18 at this time can be, for example, about 20 to 30 sheets, but this number is not limited.

Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 8, each outer bag 18 is transferred into the supply zone 4 by the belt conveyor 6, and the outer bag 18 is detected by a position detection sensor 19 a or the like using infrared rays or the like near the entrance of the filling process 5. When the front end 18a of the outer bag 18 is opened by the cutter 20a of the cutting device 20 and the opened outer bag 18 is detected by the position detection sensor 19b near the outlet of the cutting device 20, the belt conveyor 6 or the like, the arm 21a of the pull-out device 21 grips the front end 11a of the connecting member 11, and the stored storage bag 7 is pulled out from the outer bag 18 in the transfer direction. These exterior bags 18 and their cut ends are appropriately disposed of by a processing device (not shown).

Further, when the pulled out storage bag 7 is detected by the position detection sensor 19c or the like in the vicinity of the outlet of the pulling device 21, the connecting member 11 is sequentially peeled from the storing bag 7 by the same operation as described above by the peeling device 15 '. The In addition, the connection member 11 is collect | recovered suitably.

Then, after the pitch enlarging device 17 ′ separates the storage bags 7 at regular intervals by the same operation as described above by the position detection sensor 19 d provided near the outlet of the peeling device 15 ′, it is filled one by one by the supply device 8. It is delivered to the rotating arm 5b in the process 5, and after the contents are filled, it is hermetically sealed and discharged to the outside of the filling system 1.

The supply operation of these storage bags 7 to the filling device 5 in the filling step 5 is not shown based on the detection information of the storage bags 7 by the position detection sensors 19a, 19b, 19c, 19d and the like. It is automatically operated by a control mechanism not shown in detail by the controller.

Further, the automatic opening of the outer bag 18 and the pulling-out direction of the storage bag 7 are not limited to the positions described above, and the rear end of the outer bag 18 is opened and stored rearward from the rear end in the direction opposite to the transfer direction. The bag 7 can also be pulled out. In this case, the protruding portion of the connecting member 11 in the stacking process is the rearmost of the storage bags 7 to be connected.

And the supply operation to the filling device 5 of the storage bag 7 on the belt conveyor 6 in the supply zone 4 is not limited to the arrangement of each device described above, and all the operation on the belt conveyor 6 located in the supply zone 4 is performed. You may arrange | position each apparatus so that it may cover. Furthermore, some of the unit operations such as the peeling device 15 and the drawing device 21 in the supply zone 4 can be operated by an operator without being automated.

The method for supplying the storage bag 7 into the filling process 5 according to the present invention is effective in the filling system 1 as described above, but the content in the storage bag 7 depends on the type, nature, use, etc. of the contents. In addition to performing filling of the product under non-sterile conditions, it may be performed under aseptic conditions. In the above description, the filling system 1 under non-sterile conditions is described as an example of the present invention. However, the storage bag 7 can be similarly supplied into the filling step 5 even under aseptic conditions.

FIG. 9 is a plan view showing an example of an aseptic filling system. The aseptic filling system 1 ′ in this example includes, for example, a sterilization process 3 for sterilizing a plurality of storage bags 7 in a sterilization chamber 2 made of an enclosure and a supply zone 4 ′ provided on one side of the sterilization chamber 2. And a filling step 5 which is provided on the other side of the sterilization chamber 2 and fills the aseptic storage bag 7 taken out from the sterilization step 3 with the contents.

A plurality of hydrogen peroxide spray nozzles 2a are arranged in the sterilization chamber 2, and further, sterile air supply ports A, B, and C are provided in the sterilization chamber 2, and the spray nozzle 18 and the sterile air supply port are provided. A, B, C and exhaust ports D, E are attached.

Here, when the storage bag 7 or the like is filled with contents such as food and medicine, first, in a non-sterile environment, as described above, the plurality of storage bags 7 are used as the wound body 12 and the outer packaging bag for sterilization. The one enclosed in the outer bag 18 or the one enclosed with the plurality of storage bags 7 in the outer bag 18 is put in a packing box or the like. Next, the packaging box containing these storage bags 7 is transferred into a sterilization chamber (not shown) and irradiated with gamma rays from the outside of the packaging box by a gamma ray irradiation device. At this time, as a result of the irradiated free radicals of gamma rays damaging the DNA strands of bacteria and microorganisms attached to the inside and outside of the storage bag 7, inhibiting the cell division ability of these bacteria, and suppressing the growth, The inside and outside of these storage bags are sterilized.

The method of sterilizing the storage bag 7 and the like in advance outside the aseptic filling system 1 is not limited to the above-described sterilization method by gamma irradiation, and for example, sterilization by electron beam irradiation may be performed. At this time, gamma rays have greater transmission power than electron beams, less temperature rise and dose variation, and parameter management is only time-sensitive. However, as described above according to the characteristics and cost of the sterilization target In addition to the sterilization method, a sterilization method can be appropriately selected.

Next, the sterilized storage bag 7 is carried into the sterilization chamber 2 as shown in FIG. 9, and the hydrogen peroxide solution ejected from the spray nozzle 2a in the sterilization chamber 2 after the supply zone 4 ′ is closed, Sterilize the exterior of the outer bag. At this time, the entire inside of the sterilization chamber 2 becomes an aseptic environment by the hydrogen peroxide solution. And if the storage bag 7 is the wound body 12 which opened and took out the sterilization outer packaging bag from the packaging box, as described above, the shaft center member 13 of the wound body 12 is supported by a support portion (not shown), If the front end portion 7a of the winding body 12 is pulled out and the front end portion 11a of the connecting member 11 is attached to a predetermined position on the belt conveyor 6 or the like, and the outer bag 18 is provided, a movable shelf (not shown) provided in the supply zone 4 '. And is efficiently supplied into the filling process 5 as described above.

The work from opening the packing box to setting the wound body 12 and the outer bag 18 on the belt conveyor 6 in the supply zone 4 ′ after the supply zone 4 ′ is closed is omitted in detail. It may be by an operator's manual operation inside or outside 4 ', or may be an automatic process by a device in the supply zone 4'. Moreover, the method of aseptic filling by the aseptic filling system 1 ′ is not limited to the above.

As described above in detail, the filling system 1 of this example is a single-sided center that is arranged in a line while shifting a part of a plurality of storage bags 7 each having a spout 9 and an opening located in the same direction. An accumulation process 22 for connecting the vicinity by the connecting member 11, a supply zone 4 for supplying the storage bag 7 accumulated in the accumulation process 22 to the filling process 5, and a filling for filling the contents in the storage bag 7 taken out from the supply zone 4 Step 5 is provided. In addition, after the plurality of storage bags 7 connected in the collecting step 22 are continuously supplied to the filling system 1 from the front end portion 7a of the wound body 12 wound in a roll shape, the connecting member 11 is connected in the supply zone 4. It peels from the storage bag 7 in order toward the rear from the front end portion 11a, and the storage bag 7 is arranged away from the storage bag 7 and supplied to the filling step 5.

Further, the connecting member 11 connects the vicinity of the center of one side arranged in a row while shifting a part of the plurality of storage bags 7 provided with the spout 9 and openings located in the same direction in the collecting step 22. The exterior bag 18 enclosing the plurality of storage bags 7 is opened in the supply zone 4, the end portion 11 a of the connecting member 11 is pulled out, the plurality of storage bags 7 are pulled out from the exterior bag 18, and the connecting member 11 is connected to the end portion 11 a. It peels from the storage bag 7 in order toward the rear, and the storage bag 7 is arranged away from the storage bag 7 and supplied to the filling step 5. Further, the accumulation step 22, the supply zone 4 and the filling step 5 may be included in the sterilization chamber 2 including the sterilization step 3 for sterilizing the storage bag 7.

In the above-described example, the storage bag including the spout has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to this and includes a bulky portion such as a zipper that allows the opening to be opened and closed in addition to the spout. It can also be applied to storage bags.
