Description

The present invention relates to an illuminator that is mounted on an expression medium such as a signboard that displays information such as characters and graphics using a light emitting element such as a light emitting diode element as a light source.

Conventionally, a signboard is attached to a storefront or the like, and the name of the store and information related to the store are presented on the signboard. Among them, by arranging a plurality of light emitting diode elements at the edge of the signboard, the light emitted from the light emitting diode elements is attracted to the eyes at night, making it easy to visually recognize the information displayed on the signboard. There is something. In addition, a signboard in which characters and designs themselves are displayed with light emitting diode elements is also known.

FIG. 15 is a diagram schematically showing a lighting device 200 using a conventional light emitting guide, and FIG. 16 is a cross-sectional view of the lighting device 200 attached to a sign board 51. As shown in FIG. 15, the conventional lighting device 200 has a bullet-shaped light emitting diode element 210 wired in series with a lead wire 220, and a resistance element 230 is interposed so as to cause a predetermined voltage drop in a part of the wiring. Both ends of the lead wire 220 are connected to a power source (not shown). The light emitting diode element 210 is configured by molding the periphery of the chip with an epoxy resin or the like, and a housing terminal portion 240 is separately provided on the side opposite to the light emitting side, and is connected to the lead wire 220. The sign board member 51 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes having the same diameter as the outer diameter of the resin mold part 211 of the light emitting diode element 210 at a desired position, and the resin mold part 211 of the light emitting diode element 210 is provided in each attachment hole. 51. The outer periphery of the resin mold part 211 and the wall surface of the attachment hole are bonded with an adhesive so that the light emitting diode element 210 does not fall off from the attachment hole.

However, in the conventional lighting device 200 shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, since the electrode terminals exposed from the rear side of the resin mold portion 211 of the light emitting diode element 210 are exposed, the lighting device is attached to a signboard that requires outdoor weather resistance. It was necessary to apply waterproof treatment such as silicon caulking in order to install. In particular, when the light emitting diode elements 210 are mounted along the edge of the sign board 51, the number of the light emitting diode elements 210 is increased, and the housing terminal portion 240 is attached to the electrode of each light emitting diode element 210, It is troublesome to wire the lead wire 220 by crimping with a crimp terminal.
Further, in the conventional lighting device 200 as shown in FIGS. 15 and 16, since the resin mold portion 211 of the light emitting diode element 210 has a depth, the light emitting diode element 210 cannot be protruded with a sufficient length on the surface. For this reason, light is irradiated at the position of the mounting hole of the plate member 51. Therefore, when the chip | tip of the light emitting diode element 210 attached as shown in FIG. 16 is seen from the outside, the range which can be observed is narrow, and the range irradiated from the light emitting diode element 210 also becomes narrow. In particular, in a signboard that is often placed above the head, the light emitted from the light emitting diode element 210 is difficult to enter the field of view, and even if the light emitting diode element 210 is attached to the signboard, it is difficult for people to pay attention and the advantage cannot be effectively utilized. There are challenges.

An object of the present invention is to provide a lighting device that can easily attach a light emitting element to an expression medium such as a signboard and that effectively exhibits the merit of attaching the light emitting element to the expression medium. And

In order to achieve the above object, a first configuration of the present invention is a lighting device including at least one set of a light emitting element and a light emitting element socket, the light emitting element socket including a hollow base, a base And a latch part that extends inwardly at one end of the light source to form an opening, and the resin mold part of the light emitting element protrudes from the opening of the latch part and latches at the flange part of the resin mold part The light-emitting element is held in the socket of the light-emitting element by being in contact with the back surface of the portion, filled with a resin in the hollow of the base, and solidified.
Further, the second configuration of the present invention is a lighting device including at least one set of a light emitting element, a socket for the light emitting element, and a cap that covers the bottom of the socket for the light emitting element, and the socket for the light emitting element is hollow. A base portion of the base body, a hook portion extending inwardly at one end portion of the base body to form an opening, and a receiving portion for locking the cap provided at the other end portion of the base body. The resin mold part protrudes from the opening of the latching part and comes into contact with the back surface of the latching part at the flange part of the resin mold part, the resin is filled and solidified in the hollow of the base, and the light emitting element is held in the socket for the light emitting element, A cap is attached to the receiving portion.
In the above configuration, preferably, a flange portion is formed on the outer wall of the base of the socket for light emitting element. The base of the light emitting element socket is formed by connecting hollow cylindrical bases having different diameters. On the outer peripheral wall of the base of the light emitting element socket, a projection that engages with the side wall of the mounting hole of the display panel into which the light emitting element socket is inserted is formed.

The illuminating device of the present invention is configured to have a waterproof structure by inserting a light emitting element into a light emitting element socket and filling the hollow of the light emitting element socket with a resin or the like. The light emitting element can be fixed at the same time. In addition, when the lighting device is mounted on an expression medium such as a signboard, the light emitting element can be projected at a sufficient height on the surface of the signboard by inserting the socket for the light emitting element into an attachment hole provided in the signboard, for example. it can. Thereby, the light from a light emitting element is efficiently irradiated to expression media, such as a signboard, and the merit which irradiates a signboard with a light emitting element can be exhibited effectively.
In addition, by attaching a cap to the bottom receiving portion of the light emitting element socket, liquid resin does not flow out of the light emitting socket until the resin filled in the light emitting element socket is solidified in the manufacturing process. No need to keep the work.

According to the present invention, the lead frame and the lead wire of the light emitting element are connected, the light emitting element is inserted into the light emitting element socket, and the resin mold portion of the light emitting element is protruded from the opening of the light emitting element socket. Since the inside of the socket is molded with resin, the connection wiring of the light emitting element is waterproofed, and the light emitting element can be securely fixed to the light emitting element socket. Therefore, the lighting tool can be attached to the expression medium only by attaching the light emitting element socket to the expression medium such as a signboard. By attaching a cap to the socket for the light emitting element, even when the resin poured into the socket for the light emitting element does not solidify when manufacturing the lighting fixture, the next operation, for example, the light emitting element in another socket for the light emitting element It is possible to perform the work of holding the lamp and to smoothly manufacture the lighting fixture. When the illuminator is attached to the expression medium, the waterproof effect is further enhanced by the cap being attached, and the appearance is also good. Furthermore, the light emitting element socket is inserted into a mounting hole of an expression medium such as a signboard, and the light emitting element is attached so as to sufficiently protrude from the signboard to the front side, or the light emitting element socket is sandwiched by the attachment tool to represent the attachment tool. By attaching to the light, the light irradiation range from the light emitting element is widened, and information such as characters and figures on the expression medium is efficiently illuminated. Therefore, the information can be easily viewed and become conspicuous, and the signage function and the advertising function by the expression medium can be effectively exhibited.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The same reference numerals are used for the same or corresponding members.
FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing a lighting tool 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The lighting tool 1 according to this embodiment includes at least one light emitting element 10 such as a light emitting diode and one or more light emitting element sockets 20, and the light emitting element 10 is connected by a wiring 30 such as a lead wire. The light emitting elements 10 may be connected in series as shown in FIG. 1, or may be connected in parallel or in series / parallel.

FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a main part of the lighting tool 1 of FIG. The light emitting element 10 is preferably a light emitting diode element having a wide angle of 90 ° to 120 °. Thereby, the area | region of the light irradiated from the light emitting element 10 can be expanded. The resin mold portion 11 of the light-emitting element 10 is formed by molding a light-emitting diode chip with a light-transmitting resin. However, as described in the background art, a long bullet shape can be used, as shown in FIG. A substantially hemispherical dome shape can be used effectively. The resin base portion 12 is formed with a ridge 12 a by making the size larger than the diameter of the dome-shaped resin mold portion 11. A lead frame 13 extends rearward from the resin root portion 12 of the light emitting element 10.

3A is a plan view of the light emitting element socket 20 shown in FIG. 2, and FIG. 3B is a sectional view thereof. As shown in FIG. 3, the light emitting element socket 20 includes a substantially cylindrical hollow base 21 and a latching portion 22 that extends inward over the entire circumference at the front end 21 a of the base 21 to form an opening 22 a. And. The socket 20 for light emitting element is formed by integrally molding a base 21 and a hooking portion 22 with ABS resin. The latching part 22 inserts the light emitting element 10 into the hollow of the base 21 from the light emitting element insertion port 23, projects the hemispherical resin mold part 11 from the opening 22 a, and the hook 12 a of the resin root part 12 is engaged with the latching part 22. It is for contacting and touching the back surface of this (refer FIG. 2).

The base body 21 is formed by coupling a first hollow cylindrical portion 21b and a second hollow cylindrical portion 22c with a coupling portion 22d. That is, the base 21 has a first hollow cylindrical portion 21b having an inner diameter that is approximately the same as or slightly larger than the outer dimension of the resin base portion 12 of the light emitting element 21 so that the light emitting element 21 can be inserted, and the first hollow. The coupling portion 21d extends outward from the rear end portion of the cylindrical portion 21b, and the second hollow cylindrical portion 21c extends rearward from the outer peripheral end portion of the coupling portion 21d.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the first hollow cylindrical portion 21b is formed with a tapered portion 21e on the latching portion 22 side, and the outer diameter becomes smaller as the tapered portion 21e becomes the latching portion 22 side. ing. This is to make it easier to insert the light emitting element socket 20 into the mounting hole of the signboard when attaching the lighting fixture 1 to the signboard or the like. An opening 22a is formed by a latching portion 22 extending inward from the front end portion of the tapered portion 21e of the first hollow cylindrical portion 21b. The opening 22 a has a diameter that is the same as or slightly larger than the outer shape of the resin mold part 11 of the light emitting element 10, and has a smaller diameter than the outer dimension of the resin root part 12 of the light emitting element 10. The first hollow cylindrical portion 21b is formed with an attachment locking portion 21f between the rear end of the tapered portion 21e and the coupling portion 21b at a position separated from the coupling portion 21b by a predetermined distance. The attachment locking portion 21f can be formed by making the outer diameter on the tapered portion 21e side in the first hollow cylindrical portion 21b slightly larger than the outer diameter on the coupling portion 21d side in the first hollow cylindrical portion 21b. it can. By providing the mounting locking portion 21f, when the lighting fixture 1 is mounted by inserting the light emitting element socket 20 into a mounting hole provided in a plate material such as a signboard, the mounting locking portion 21f is caught on the surface of the plate material. The light emitting element socket 20 can be prevented from being detached from the mounting hole of the plate material. Further, in the first hollow cylindrical portion 21b, it is preferable to form a protrusion on the outer peripheral wall on the second hollow cylindrical portion 21c side from the attachment locking portion 21f. Examples of the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion include a wave shape, a triangular wave shape, and a saw blade shape. By this protrusion, when the first hollow cylindrical portion 21b is inserted into the mounting hole of the signboard from the back surface of the plate material, the light emitting element socket 20 is hardly detached from the mounting hole by engaging with the wall surface forming the mounting hole. A light emitting element insertion port 23 is formed at the rear end of the base 21 by the second hollow cylindrical portion 21c.

Next, a method for attaching the light emitting element 10 to the light emitting element socket 20 and a method for manufacturing the lighting fixture 1 will be described.
First, the lead wire 31 is soldered to the lead frame 13 of the light emitting element 10.
Then, the light emitting element 10 is inserted from the light emitting element insertion port 23 of the light emitting element socket 20, and the flange 12 a of the resin root portion 12 of the light emitting element 10 is brought into contact with the back surface of the latching portion 22 of the light emitting element socket 20. The resin mold part 11 of the light emitting element 10 is protruded from the opening 22a.
Subsequently, in a state where the lead wire 31 is taken out from the light emitting element insertion port 23 of the light emitting element socket 20, resin is sealed in the hollow of the light emitting element socket 20 and solidified to form the filling portion 24. Thereby, the light emitting element 10 can be fixed to the socket 20 for light emitting elements.
With this series of operations, as shown in FIG. 2, the resin mold part 11 of the light emitting element 10 is projected from the opening 22a of the light emitting element socket 20, and the light emitting element 10 is fixed to the light emitting element socket by the filling part 24. . Since the filling portion 24 shields the lead frame 13 and the solder portion 32 extending from the resin root portion 12 of the light emitting element 10, the filling portion 24 is completely waterproof and can prevent electric leakage. Furthermore, by repeating this series of operations, as shown in FIG. 1, a predetermined number of light emitting elements 10 attached to the light emitting element socket 20 are connected in series, and if necessary, wiring is performed with a resistor element 40 interposed therebetween. By connecting the connection connectors 45 to both ends of the wiring 30, the lighting device 1 of the present invention can be obtained.

Here, a plurality of lighting fixtures 1 are prepared, and each connection connector connected to both ends of the wiring of the first lighting fixture is connected to each connection connector connected to both ends of the wiring of the second lighting fixture. The number of light-emitting elements can also be increased by using two lighting fixtures (see FIG. 1). For wiring, the lead wire does not become one loop shape by braiding the lead wire into a rope shape, etc., and the lighting fixture can be easily attached.

Next, a usage pattern of the lighting fixture configured as described above will be described.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing a state where the lighting fixture 1 shown in FIG. The sign 50 is produced by drawing information such as predetermined characters and figures on the surface of a plate 51 such as an aluminum composite plate. A plurality of mounting holes for mounting the light emitting element socket 20 of the lighting device 1 are formed at predetermined positions of the plate member 51. The signboard 50 is formed by inserting the light emitting element socket 20 into the mounting hole, fitting the light emitting element socket 20 into the mounting hole, and mounting the lighting fixture 1 on the plate member 51. That is, first, the light emitting element socket 20 is forcibly inserted from the back side of the plate material 51 into the mounting hole. At this time, the first hollow cylindrical portion 21b is easily inserted by the tapered portion 21e. Next, up to the mounting locking portion 21f having an outer diameter slightly larger than the mounting hole is inserted, and further, the light emitting element socket 20 is inserted, and the mounting locking portion 21f is moved from the mounting hole to the front side of the plate member 51. By making it project, the attachment locking portion 21 f is engaged with the surface of the plate member 51. Therefore, when the length of the first hollow cylindrical portion 21 b is longer than the thickness of the plate member 51, the light emitting element 10 can be projected to the front side of the signboard 50 with a sufficient height.

By attaching the lighting fixture 1 to the signboard 50 in the above procedure, as shown in FIG. 4, the light emitting element 10 is arranged at a predetermined distance from the surface of the plate member 51 on the front side of the signboard 50. The viewing angle is widened, and the person who sees the signboard can see the light-emitting portion of the light-emitting element 10 and the information such as characters expressed on the signboard 50 can be viewed. Moreover, by making the light emitting element 10 a light emitting diode element having a wide angle such as a viewing angle of 110 °, for example, the information expressed on the signboard 50 can be easily seen, and the function as an advertising advertisement can be sufficiently exhibited. Can be made.

Next, a modification is shown.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the illuminating device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and shows a state in which the lighting fixture is attached to a sign board 51. 6A and 6B are diagrams showing the light emitting element socket 25 constituting the lighting fixture shown in FIG. 5, in which FIG. 6A is a plan view and FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view thereof. The form shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 is different from the form shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 in terms of the light emitting element socket 25, but the light emitting element 10 is attached to the light emitting element socket 25, and as shown in FIG. The point of connecting with one or more sets of wiring is the same.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the light emitting element socket 25 has a substantially hollow cylindrical base 26 and a latch that extends inward over the entire circumference at the front end portion of the base 26 to form an opening 27a. Part 27. The light emitting element socket 25 is formed by integrally molding a base body 26 and a hooking portion 27 with ABS resin. The base body 26 has a first flange 26a and a second flange 26b extending outwardly on the outer peripheral wall thereof. The light emitting element socket 25 is tapered such that the outer diameter increases as the latching portion 27 is located on the rear side, and the base body 26 is integrally formed on the rear side. On the outer peripheral wall from the front end portion of the base body 26 to the first flange 26a, projections 26c are formed substantially concentrically. The cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 26c may be a cross-sectional wave shape or a cross-sectional triangle shape as well as a cross-sectional saw blade shape as illustrated. A plurality of protrusions 26c are preferably formed as shown in the figure. As shown in FIG. 5, when the lighting fixture is mounted on the plate 51 by inserting the light emitting element socket 25 into the mounting hole formed in the plate 51 of the signboard, the wall surface 51a and the projection 51c forming the mounting hole are related. This makes it difficult for the light emitting element socket 25 to be detached from the mounting hole. If necessary, an adhesive may be interposed between the upper surface of the first flange 26a and the outer peripheral wall of the base on which the protrusions 26c are formed and the plate material 51.
Similar to the light emitting element socket 20 shown in FIG. 3, in the light emitting element socket 25, a light emitting element insertion port 28 is formed on the inner wall of the base 26, and an opening 27 a is formed on the latching portion 27. Therefore, first, the light emitting element 10 is inserted from the light emitting element insertion port 28, the resin mold portion 11 is protruded from the opening 27 a, and then the resin is filled in the hollow of the light emitting element socket 25, so that the light emitting element socket 25 is filled. The light emitting element 10 is fixed. As in the case of FIG. 2, the filling portion 24 waterproofs the solder portion 32 connecting the lead frame 13 and the wiring 31 of the light emitting element 10 to prevent leakage.

Here, as shown in FIG. 5, when the lighting fixture is attached to the plate material 51 by being inserted into the mounting hole formed in the plate material 51 of the signboard 50, the first flange 26 a of the base body 26 is hung on the base body 26. Although it is essential that the distance from the front end of the stop part 27 to the 1st flange 26c is longer than the thickness of the board | plate material 51, the 2nd flange 26b does not need to be formed. Thereby, the lighting tool can be attached to the signboard 50 so that the light emitting element 10 protrudes to the front side of the signboard 50.

Next, a description will be given of a modification of the manner in which the illuminator is attached to an expression medium such as a signboard.
FIGS. 7A and 7B are schematic views showing a form in which the modified illumination fixture 2 is attached to the fixture 60, wherein FIG. 7A is a schematic view showing a state before attachment, and FIG. 7B is a schematic view showing a state after attachment. is there. When attaching the lighting fixture 2 to the display medium, first, the light emitting element socket 25 is attached to the flexible fixture 60 as shown in FIG. The mounting tool 60 is formed by a plurality of pairs of mounting hooks 62a and 62b facing each other with a gap in the band 61. The attachment 60 is made of resin or the like, and a band 61 and attachment hooks 62a and 62b are integrally formed. The pair of mounting hooks 62 a and 62 b form a fitting opening 63 on the opposite side to the band body 61. As shown by an arrow in FIG. 7A, the base 26 of the light emitting element socket 25 is inserted from the insertion port 63, and the pair of mounting hooks 62 a and 62 b sandwich the base 26 of the light emitting element socket 25. Thereby, as shown to FIG. 7 (B), the lighting fixture 2 is attached to the fixture 60. FIG.

8A and 8B are diagrams showing a procedure for attaching the fixture 60 of FIG. 7B to the expression medium 70, wherein FIG. 8A is a perspective view seen from the front side of the expression medium 70 to be attached, and FIG. 8B is a back side of the expression medium 70 to be attached. (C) is a perspective view showing a state in which the illuminator 2 is attached to the back side of the expression medium 70.
The expression medium 70 shown in FIG. 8 is attached to the building wall 80 by being supported by a plurality of anchor members 81 with a space from the building wall 80. As shown in the drawing, the expression medium 70 is three-dimensionally formed of a material such as styrofoam, for example, the Chinese character “flat”. As shown in FIG. 8B, a recess 71 is formed on the back side of the expression medium 70, and a wall portion facing the surface of the recess 71 is provided with a receiving portion 72 of the anchor material 81, and one end portion of the anchor material 81 is Inserted.
A fixture 60 shown in FIG. 7B is attached to such an expression medium 70. That is, as shown in FIG. 8C, the attachment tool 60 is attached with an adhesive tape or the like along the inside of the recess 71 on the back side of the expression medium 70. Thereby, light is emitted from the light emitting element 10 of the lighting fixture 2 attached to the fixture 60, and the irradiation light is reflected from the building wall surface 80 or illuminated over the outline of the expression medium 70, thereby expressing the expression medium 70. Make it stand out. Therefore, by attaching the lighting device 2 to the expression medium 70, the expression medium 70 can be easily seen even at night, and the functions of the advertisement medium and the advertisement medium can be sufficiently exhibited.
8B and 8C, the outer periphery of the three-dimensional expression medium is formed so that the light emitting element can be visually recognized when the concave portion is not formed on the back side of the expression medium 70. You may attach the fixture 60 along.

Next, another modification is shown.
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a modification of the illuminating device according to the embodiment of the present invention, and shows a state in which the lighting fixture is attached to a sign board 51. The form shown in FIG. 9 is different from the form shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and the form shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 in the form of the light emitting element 90 and the light emitting element socket 95. 90 resin mold parts 91 are protruded and held, and the filling part 98 shields the connection between the light emitting element 90 and the lead wire 31 by filling the hollow light emitting element socket 95 with resin. The point of connecting by wiring more than the set is the same.

As shown in FIG. 9, the light emitting element 90 includes a resin mold portion 91 in which a light emitting diode chip is molded with a translucent resin, and a flange 92 a is formed on the rear end side of the resin mold portion 91 by increasing the outer diameter. Each lead frame 93 of the cathode and anode electrodes extends from the resin root portion 92 to the rear side. As shown in the drawing, the resin mold portion 91 is a bullet type that is long in the direction in which light from the light emitting diode is irradiated. Note that unlike the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the light-emitting element shown in FIG. 9 can be a light-emitting diode element having a viewing angle of 60 °, for example. The light emitting element socket 95 includes a hollow cylindrical base 96 and a hook 97 extending inward over the entire circumference so that the front end of the base 96 forms an opening. The socket 95 for light emitting element is formed by integrally molding a base 96 and a hooking portion 97 with ABS resin or the like.

Next, a method for attaching the light emitting element 90 to the light emitting element socket 95 will be described. First, the lead frame 93 of the light emitting element 90 and the lead wire 31 are connected by soldering. Next, the light-emitting element socket 95 is inserted through the light-emitting element insertion port on the back side of the base 96 and protruded from the opening in which the latching portion 97 is formed. At this time, the flange 92a of the resin root portion 92 of the light emitting element 90 comes into contact with the back surface of the latching portion 97 of the light emitting element socket 95. Subsequently, the base 92 is filled with a filler such as an epoxy resin, and the filler is solidified, whereby the light emitting element 90 is held by the light emitting element socket 95. Thus, waterproofing is performed including the solder portion 32 that connects the lead frame 93 and the lead wire 31 of the light emitting element 90.

Next, attachment of the lighting fixture shown in FIG. 9 to the signboard will be described. The light emitting element 90 of the illuminating device is inserted into an attachment hole formed in the board material 51 of the signboard, and the latching portion 97 of the light emitting element socket 95 is brought into contact with the back surface of the board material 51. The outer peripheral wall of the resin mold part of the light emitting element 90 and the wall surface of the mounting hole of the plate material 51 are fixed using an adhesive or the like. At this time, you may fix the surface of the latch part 97 and the back surface of the board | plate material 51 with an adhesive agent. Therefore, when the light emitting element is attached to the signboard, it is not necessary to separately perform the wiring process or the waterproofing process of the light emitting element, and the light emitting element 90 can be easily attached to the signboard plate material 51.

Still another modification will be described. In the modified example described here, when the light emitting element sockets 20, 25, 95 described above are provided with receiving portions on the light emitting element insertion ports 23, 28 side of the base bodies 21, 26, 96, the present lighting device is manufactured. In addition, it is possible to seal the light emitting element insertion ports 23 and 28 by attaching a cap to the receiving portion after filling the resin. Thus, it is not necessary to keep the liquid resin from flowing out from the light emitting sockets 20, 25, 95 until the resin filled in the light emitting element sockets 20, 25, 95 is solidified. The work efficiency is improved and the appearance is good. Moreover, the waterproof / moisture-proofing effect can be further enhanced with respect to the electric circuit by covering the receiving portion. Hereinafter, although the case of the form shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 will be described in particular, the same applies to the form shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 and the form shown in FIG.

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view showing a modified example of the lighting fixture according to the embodiment of the present invention, and shows a state where the lighting fixture is attached to the signboard 51. 11A and 11B are diagrams illustrating the light emitting element socket 110 in the lighting tool illustrated in FIG. 10. FIG. 11A is a cross-sectional view thereof, FIG. 11B is a side view thereof, and FIG. 12 shows the cap 120 of the lighting tool shown in FIG. 10, in which (A) is a sectional view thereof and (B) is a plan view thereof. 10 to 12 does not hold the light emitting element 10 only by the light emitting element socket 25 shown in FIG. 5, but holds the light emitting element 10 by the light emitting element socket 110 and the lid 120. It differs in that the element holder 110 is configured. Similar to the other embodiments described above, the light emitting element 10 is attached to the socket 110 for light emitting element and the cap 120, and as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the light emitting element socket 110 extends inward over the entire circumference at a substantially hollow cylindrical base 111 and a front end 111 a as one end of the base 111, and has an opening 112 a. And a receiving portion 113 in which a locking portion 113b is formed over the entire circumference at the bottom as the other end portion of the base 111. The socket 110 for light emitting elements is formed by integrally forming a base 111, a hooking portion 112, and a receiving portion 113 with, for example, ABS resin.

The base 111 has a first flange 111a and a second flange 111b extending outwardly on the outer peripheral wall thereof. The first flange 111 is provided slightly on the front end 111a side from the center from the front and rear ends of the base 111, and the second flange 111b is provided slightly on the rear end side from the center from the front and rear ends of the base 111. The second flange 111 b extends to the receiving portion 113 at the rear end portion of the base body 111. The receiving portion 113 is provided at an end portion of the second flange 111b, and a mounting portion 113a for mounting a cap 120, which will be described later, and a locking portion 113b having a depression over the entire circumference at a position slightly retracted from the rear end. It consists of and. Lead wire insertion openings 114a and 114b are provided on the left and right across the second flange 111b and the receiving portion 113.

Similar to the light emitting element socket 25 shown in FIG. 6, the light emitting element socket 110 is tapered such that the outer diameter increases toward the rear end on the front end 111a side, and the base 111 is disposed on the rear side. It is integrally molded. Like the case of FIG.5 and FIG.6, it is preferable that the protrusion which is not shown in figure is formed in the outer peripheral wall from the front-end part 111a of the base | substrate 111 to the 1st flange 111a substantially concentric. A light emitting element insertion port 114 is formed on the inner wall of the base 111, and an opening 112 a is formed on the hook 112. Note that the hook 112 does not have to have a tapered outer periphery as in this embodiment.

The cap 120 includes a disc-shaped bottom 121 according to the shape of the light emitting element socket 110 to be mounted, and a side wall 122 standing from the peripheral edge of the bottom 121. The side wall portion 122 is engaged with the inner peripheral side portion 112a whose inner diameter is increased as the distance from the bottom portion 121 is adjusted to the mounting portion 113a of the receiving portion 113 in the light emitting element socket 110, and the engaging portion 113b of the receiving portion 113. And a stop portion 112b.
In addition, a screw thread may be engraved so that the receiving part 113 and the cap 120 in the socket 110 for light emitting elements may be screwed together.

10 to 12, first, the light emitting element 10 is inserted from the light emitting element insertion port 114 to protrude the resin mold portion 11 from the opening 112a, and then the resin is filled in the hollow of the light emitting element socket 110, The light emitting element 10 is fixed to the light emitting element socket 110 by attaching the cap 120 to the receiving portion 113 of the light emitting element socket 110. That is, by providing the receiving portion 113 at the bottom as the other end of the light emitting element socket 110 and attaching the cap 120, the light emitting element 10 can be held by the light emitting element socket 110 and the cap 120. In the illustrated case, soldering is performed between the lead frame 13 of the light emitting element 10 and the wiring 31 by interposing resistance elements, capacitors, and other electric / electronic components 14a, 14b, 14c and the wiring 15, and the filling portion 24. Prevents electrical leakage by embedding and waterproofing the electrical and electronic components 14a, 14b, 14c and the wiring 15 and their connecting portions. Further, the lead wires 31 can be taken out of the light emitting element socket 110 by being inserted into the lead wire insertion holes 114 a and 114 b of the light emitting element socket 110.

10 to 12, the light emitting device 10 is repeatedly held by the light emitting device holder 100 and the light emitting device 10 is repeatedly connected to each other by the lead wire 31, so that the lighting tool 130 (FIG. 13B). ))).

FIGS. 13A and 13B illustrate the usage of the lighting tool shown in FIG. 10. FIG. 13A is a cross-sectional view when the signboard 50 is attached to the plate material 51, and FIG. 13B is attached to a fixture 130 different from FIG. The top view in the case, (C) is a plan view in the case of mounting on another fixture 140, (D) is a side view in the case shown in (C).
The usage pattern shown in FIG. 13A is the same as the case shown in FIG. 5, and is a mounting hole in which a lighting fixture formed by connecting the light emitting element 10 held by the light emitting element holder 100 is formed in the plate material 51 of the signboard 50. The light emitting element 10 can be protruded to the front side of the signboard 50 even if it is attached to the plate material 51 by being inserted into the board. In FIG. 13A, lead wires are omitted.

The usage pattern shown in FIG. 13B shows a case where the fixture 135 is mounted on a different fixture 135 from the fixture 60 shown in FIG. When the lighting device 2 is attached to the display medium, first, the light emitting element holder 100 is attached to the flexible attachment 135 as shown in FIG. The attachment 135 has a plurality of upper and lower pairs of attachment hooks 137 at intervals with the band 136 as the attachment body. The attachment tool 135 is made of resin or the like, and a band 136 and an attachment hook 137 are integrally formed. The pair of mounting hooks 137 and 137 form a fitting opening 138 on the opposite side to the band 136. As indicated by the arrow on the rightmost side of the attachment 135, the space between the first flange 111a and the second flange 111b in the base 111 of the light emitting element socket 110 is fitted into the fitting portion between the upper and lower attachment hooks 137. Then, the base 111 of the light emitting element socket 110 is held between the pair of mounting hooks 137. Thereby, as shown on the left side in FIG.
As described above, the illumination tool 130 attached to the attachment tool 135 is attached to the expression medium, for example, similarly to FIG. The flexible attachment 135 has one or a plurality of upper and lower pair of attachment hooks 137, but when used, the pair of upper and lower attachment hooks 137 may be cut with a cutting tool such as a scissors. good. The same applies to the case shown in FIG. This mounting tool 135 has one or a plurality of upper and lower paired mounting hooks 137. However, if the mounting hook is thick enough to hold the light emitting element socket 110, it is not always necessary to provide a pair. One light emitting element socket 110 may be held by a hook.

In the usage modes shown in FIGS. 13C and 13D, the fixtures 140 shown in FIG. 14 are mounted on the left and right for each light emitting element socket 110 in the lighting fixture 130, and can be freely shaped into any expression medium. Can be attached to. FIG. 14 shows the fixture 140 shown in FIGS. 13C and 13D, where FIG. 14A is a plan view, FIG. 14B is a front view, FIG. 14C is a bottom view, and FIG. FIG. 5E is a right side view. The fixture 140 includes a base body 141 and mounting hooks 142a and 142b having fitting holes 142A and 142B outwardly on the left and right sides of the base body 141. The base body 141 is another attachment that is adjacent to the light emitting element socket 110. Notches 143a and 143b are provided for releasing the mounting hooks 142a and 142b of the tool 140.

Specifically, the base 141 includes a substantially rectangular flat surface portion 141a, front and rear side wall portions 141b and 141c that vertically fall from the front and rear end portions of the flat surface portion 141a, and a vertical direction from the left end portion of the flat surface portion 141a. The first left side wall 141d that has fallen, the second left side wall 141e that is provided slightly to the left with the attachment hook 142a at the lower end of the first left side wall 141d, and the right end of the plane part 141a The first right side wall portion 141f that vertically falls from the portion with the mounting hook 142b interposed therebetween, and the lower end of the first right side wall portion 141f via a connecting portion (not shown) parallel to the flat surface portion 141a. 2 right side wall portions 141g, and integrally formed with the mounting hooks 142a and 142b. The hooks 142a and 142b for attachment are provided with a pair of sandwiching portions 142c whose inner peripheral surfaces are curved, and a recessed portion 143 is formed on the back side of the base 141 by the flat surface portion 141a and the side wall portions 141b to 141g on the front, rear, left and right.

The light emitting element socket 110 is held by sandwiching between the first flange 111a and the second flange 111b (see FIG. 11) in the light emitting element socket 110. In the illustrated form, both the second left side wall 141e and the second right side wall 141g are curved in a semicircular shape on the front and rear center sides in the same manner as the sandwiching portion 142c. Lead wire insertion holes 141h and 141i for inserting the wire 31 are provided. As a result, the lead wires 31 for electrical wiring between the light emitting elements 10 can be inserted into the lead wire insertion openings 141 h and 141 i so that the lead wires 31 are not exposed from the lighting fixture 130 and the fixture 140.

A mounting hole 141j is provided in the center of the front and rear, right and left in the flat part 141i of the base 140, and a hole wall part 141k extends in the recess 143 on the back side of the base 140. Therefore, a screw (not shown) can be inserted into the attachment hole 141j and attached to an arbitrary expression medium. At that time, the first left side wall 141d is provided inside the second left side wall 141e, and the notch 143a is defined by the first left side wall 141d and the mounting hook 142a. A part of the tip of the attachment hook 142b in another attachment 140 adjacent to the light emitting element socket 110 can be inserted. Similarly, the first right side wall portion 141f is provided inside the second right side wall portion 141g, and the notch portion 143b is defined by the first and second left side wall portions 141f and 141g and the mounting hook 142b. Therefore, a part of the tip of the mounting hook 142a in another mounting tool 140 adjacent on the opposite side of the light emitting element socket 110 can enter. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3C and 3D, even if the light-emitting element socket 11 in the light-emitting element holder 100 is repeatedly held by the left and right fixtures 140, it does not become linear, and any arbitrary A curve can be drawn.
The attachment 140 is not limited to the illustrated case, and the shape of the base body 141 can be arbitrarily changed.

As described in the embodiment of the present invention, the lighting fixtures 1, 2, and 130 including one or more sets of the light emitting elements 10, 90 and the light emitting element sockets 20, 25, 95, 110 are shown in FIG. Where the expression medium 70 is arranged along the periphery, for example, a resistor is attached to the terminals 13 and 93 of the light emitting diodes, fitted into the light emitting element sockets 20, 25, 95, and 110, and a plurality of these are connected by wiring. Have it ready. When actually arranged on the expression medium 70, it is cut with scissors according to the size and dimensions of the arrangement position and attached to the fixtures 60, 135, and 140 as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. Install. In the case of this embodiment, it is possible to easily perform maintenance by replacing only the lighting fixtures 1, 2, and 130. Therefore, the illuminator with attachment in which the illuminator according to the present invention is attached to the attachments 60, 135, and 140 is very advantageous in terms of attachment to an expression medium and maintenance. The fixture may be in any form as long as the socket for the light emitting element of the lighting fixture can be attached. For example, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 13B, the fixtures 60 and 135 are belts 61 and 136 as the fixture body. Thus, the present invention is not limited to the belt-like shape, and for example, a configuration in which the hooks 62a, 62b, and 137 for attachment as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. In that case, it is possible to attach the expression medium 70 shown in FIG. 8 or other expression medium to a predetermined position on one wall surface or the other wall surface with an adhesive member such as a double-sided tape.

In the above description, the case where the lighting device is mounted on an expression medium such as a signboard has been described. However, the lighting device can be implemented in various forms without departing from the scope of the invention described in the claims.
