Claims (15)
- 三次元編組方法を用いて形成された、多孔性の、繊維ベース三次元編組骨格を含む靭帯のための置換構造物であって、前記編組骨格が、患者への移植のために前記骨格を付着させるための第1および第2の端面および中間領域を含み、前記中間領域は、サイズ、編組角、気孔率および機械強度の1または2以上において前記端面と異なる、前記置換構造物。
- 損傷位置への移植を含むヒトにおいて損傷した靭帯の修復に使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の置換構造物。
- (a)組織培養において、採取した前十字宿主細胞を増殖させることおよび継代すること、および
(b)三次元編組方法を用いて形成された、多孔性の三次元編組骨格に培養前十字宿主細胞を播種すること(前記編組骨格が、患者への移植のために前記骨格を付着させるための第1および第2の端面および中間領域を含み、前記中間領域は、サイズ、編組角、気孔率および機械強度の1または2以上において前記端面と異なる)、
を含む、マトリックス中の生存細胞から構成される靭帯のための置換構造物を製造する方法。 - 少なくとも1つの領域の断面が実質環状である、請求項1に記載の置換構造物。
- 少なくとも1つの領域の断面が実質矩形である、請求項1に記載の置換構造物。
- 繊維がポリ(ヒドロキシ)エステルを含む、請求項1に記載の置換構造物。
- 繊維がポリ乳酸、ポリグリコール酸、またはポリ乳酸およびポリグリコール酸のコポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載の置換構造物。

- 三次元編組方法が、環状編組機を使用する、請求項1に記載の置換構造物。
