Description

The present invention relates to a bag with a spout portion, and more specifically, in the field of a spout portion with a spout portion in which a narrow spout portion is provided at one end of a laminated film bag by a heat seal pattern. The present invention relates to a bag with a spout part, which improves the opening and shape retention of a spout part by applying a simple process to a laminated film, so that the contents filled in the bag can be easily poured out.

Conventionally, as a container for refilling that is used by sealing and wrapping liquid contents such as liquid and transferring the contents to other containers such as bottles when using the contents, other contents It is desirable that the transfer to the container can be performed easily and safely, and at the same time, it is desirable that the empty container is not bulky and can be easily disposed of after use, etc. A bag having a narrow spout portion formed by heat-sealing the outer periphery has been used on a part of the periphery of a bag such as a formed flat bag or a self-supporting bag.
However, such a bag with a spout portion is preferable in terms of low cost and excellent productivity, but the spout portion and the shape retaining property of the spout portion are poor, and the spout portion is in the middle of pouring the contents. However, there was a problem that the contents were poorly sealed.

In order to solve such a problem, various improvement measures have been studied, and a bag with improved contents pouring aptitude such as the opening property of the spout part and the shape retaining property of the opening part has been proposed.
As a specific example, for example, (1) a groove-like depression for forming a flow path is provided in the film material of the spout portion of the bag, and a small tube made of plastic or the like is fixed to the groove-shaped depression, and the flow path There is a bag which prevents the crushing and allows the contents to be emptied through the small tube (see Patent Document 1).
Also, (2) a pour-out part is provided in a part of the upper part of the pouch, and a reinforcing member is formed on the inner surface of the pour-out part so that it has a flat shape when mounted and can be raised in a cylindrical shape when used to open the spout part There is a refillable pouch attached (see Patent Document 2).
JP-A-5-132069 (pages 2 to 3, FIG. 1) Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-79195 (pages 2 to 7, FIGS. 1 and 3)

According to the bag of the invention described in the above (1), a groove-like depression is provided as a flow path in the film material of the spout portion, and a small tube such as a plastic molded body is fixed to the depression. The small tube is hard and can reliably prevent the passage from being crushed, and the contents filled in the bag can be poured out through the small tube.
However, even in such a bag, since the film material of the spout portion is provided with a groove-like depression by deep drawing or the like, and the small pipe is inserted therein and fixed by spot welding or the like. The number of manufacturing steps increases, the manufacturing apparatus becomes complicated, and at the same time the production speed is suppressed. Further, since the small tube has hardness, there is a problem that the film material of the bag is easily damaged at the end portion.

Further, according to the refillable pouch of the invention described in (2) above, a spout part is provided in a part of the upper part of the pouch, and the inner surface of the spout part has a flat shape at the time of mounting. Since a reinforcing member that can be raised in a cylindrical shape to open the spout portion is attached, the reinforcing member is shown in A-1, B-1, and C-1 in FIG. 3 using a rigid sheet such as plastic. In this state, the reinforcing member is flat in this state, and the reinforcing member is stuck to the inner surface of the spout portion at a predetermined portion and, for example, pressed from both sides toward the center portion during use. As shown in FIGS. 3A-2, B-2, and C-2, the pouch for refilling is formed in a square shape and can open the spout portion into a rectangular tube shape with good shape retention. Can do.
However, even with such a refillable pouch, when the storage period is longer than several months after manufacture, the raising torque of the reinforcing member gradually increases, and there is a problem that the spout portion is less likely to be raised in a rectangular tube shape during use. It was not always satisfactory.

The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems, and the problem is that when the contents having fluidity such as liquid are sealed and used, the contents such as bottles are used. In the field of bags with spouts made of laminated film that are transferred to other containers, the opening properties of the spout and its shape retention can be achieved by applying simple processing to the laminated film at the spout of the bag. Performance can be improved reliably, the film material of the spout portion is not damaged, and the opening of the spout portion is not deteriorated with time, and the bag is filled. It is to provide a bag with a spout portion with high productivity that can easily and reliably pour out contents.

The above problems can be solved by the following present invention.
That is, in the invention described in claim 1, a narrow width spout portion is provided in one end of the laminated film bag by a heat seal pattern, and the opening of the spout portion is held on the inner surface of the spout portion. And a spout portion-attached bag in which a cylindrical body is thermally bonded at a part thereof, and the cylindrical body has elasticity and at least an outer surface layer thereof is formed of a thermoadhesive resin, When the cylindrical body is thermally bonded to the inner surface of the spout portion, one portion of the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body is cut linearly in the length direction, and a jig is inserted into the cut portion to Open the cylindrical body on both sides, and open the cylindrical body on the inner surface of one of the laminated films on both sides of the spout portion, and superimpose both in accordance with the center line of the spout portion, After heat-bonding the overlapped parts in a pattern, remove the jig and replace the opened cylindrical body with the original cylindrical shape. In a method for restoring, on the inner surface of the infusion outlet, consisting of spout-equipped bags, characterized in that the thermal bonding in part the tubular body.

In the present invention, the form of the bag is not particularly limited. For example, in addition to a flat pouch type bag such as a three-side seal type, a four-side seal type, or a pillow type, any type of bag such as a standing pouch type bag may be used. .
In addition to a cylindrical shape, the cylindrical body may have a rectangular shape such as a quadrangle such as a rectangle, a hexagon, or an octagon in cross section. Such a cylindrical body can be formed of a single plastic body or a laminate of two or more layers.

When the cylindrical body is thermally bonded to the inner surface of the spout portion, one portion of the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body is cut linearly in the length direction, and a jig is inserted into the cut portion. The cylindrical body is opened on both sides, and the opened cylindrical body is overlapped on the inner surface of one laminated film of the spout portion in accordance with the center line of the spout portion. After thermally bonding in a pattern, the jig is removed, and the opened cylindrical body is restored to the original cylindrical shape, and is thermally bonded to the inner surface of the spout part. It has elasticity to restore the original cylindrical shape, facilitates the tearing, and after thermally bonding the cylindrical body to the inner surface of the spout portion, the laminated film of the spout portion at the end In order to eliminate damage, it is necessary to have appropriate flexibility, and at least the outer surface layer of the cylindrical body. , It is necessary that the innermost layer of the sealant layer and the heat-bondable thermally adhesive resin of the laminated film of the spout portion.
As such a heat-adhesive resin, a polyolefin-based heat-adhesive resin can be suitably used.
Therefore, when the cylindrical body is formed of a single plastic, the entire body may be formed of a polyolefin-based heat-adhesive resin, and when it is formed of a laminate of two or more layers of plastic, at least the most preferable. The outer layer may be formed of a polyolefin-based heat adhesive resin.

The length of the cylindrical body may be the length from the opening position on the tip side of the spout part to the vicinity of the base part of the spout part, but can be shorter than that, for example, the opening position of the spout part To a length of about 1/2 to 2/3 of the length from the base to the base of the spout port. Thus, even when the length of the cylindrical body is short, the cylindrical body itself is excellent in shape retaining property, so that the opening property of the spout part and its shape retaining property can be maintained well.
And by shortening the cylindrical body in this way, the amount of use can be reduced, and at the same time, the cylindrical body is cut in the length direction, opened on both sides, and thermally bonded to the inner surface of the laminated film of the spout portion. The operability at the time can also be improved.

In the invention described in claim 2, the cylindrical body is formed by a multilayer coextrusion tube forming method, the outermost layer thermally bonded to the spout portion of the bag is formed of a thermoadhesive resin, and the innermost layer is The bag with a spout part according to claim 1, wherein the bag is formed of a resin having a melting point higher than that of the heat-adhesive resin.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, the laminated film on both sides of the spout portion is provided with an embossed portion that swells outward, and the cylindrical body is partially bonded by heat so as to fit inside the embossed portion. It consists of the bag with a spout part of Claim 1 or 2 characterized by the above-mentioned.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the bag with the spout part according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein an easy-opening means is provided at the opening position of the spout part.

As the easy-opening means, in addition to a cut line by printing, a display instructing opening of characters, symbols, etc., there are notches, half-cut lines, etc., either of which may be used alone, For example, it is more preferable to use a combination of a plurality of cut lines, notches and half-cut lines by printing.

The invention described in claim 5 is characterized in that the bag is a standing pouch type bag, and the spout portion is provided at one corner of the upper portion of the bag. It consists of a bag with a spout part in any one.

The standing pouch itself is already well known, but the bottom of the bag is formed in a form having a gusset part formed by inserting the bottom film back inside between the lower parts of the front and back wall films, and folded inside. A bottom film cutout portion such as a semicircular shape is provided in the vicinity of the lower ends of both sides of the bottom film, and the bottom portion of the bottom-shaped seal pattern in which the inside of the gusset portion is concave in a curved line shape from both sides to the center portion. The bag body is formed by heat-sealing the edge portions on both sides of the front and rear wall films with side seal portions having a predetermined width.

According to the invention described in claim 1, a bag with a spout portion is provided with a narrow spout portion at one end of a laminated film bag by a heat seal pattern, and the spout portion is provided on the inner surface of the spout portion. A pouch with a spout part, in which a cylindrical body for holding the opening of the outlet part is thermally bonded at a part thereof, and the cylindrical body has elasticity and at least its outer surface layer is thermally adhesive. When the cylindrical body is heat-bonded to the inner surface of the spout port portion, a portion of the circumferential surface of the cylindrical body is cut linearly in the length direction and the cut portion is formed. Insert a jig to open the cylindrical body on both sides, and open the cylindrical body to the inner surface of one of the laminated films on both sides of the spout port, and to the center line of the spout port Combine the two together and heat-bond the overlapped part in a pattern, then remove the jig and open it. Since the cylindrical body is thermally bonded to a part of the inner surface of the spout portion by a method of restoring the cylindrical body to the original cylindrical shape, the following effects are obtained. be able to.

(1) Since the bag itself is formed of a laminated film, by selecting the laminated structure, various properties required for the bag, such as various strengths and storage stability of the contents, are excellent in addition to sealing properties. Can be a thing.
(2) Since the cylindrical body for holding the opening of the spout portion is thermally bonded to a part of the inner surface of the spout portion of the bag, when the contents filled in the bag are taken out Even if the spout is automatically opened in a cylindrical shape with good shape retention and filled with liquid content, the tip of the spout is cut and opened at the opening position. It is possible to smoothly pour out to the end without closing the spout portion in the middle of taking out.
(3) Since the thickness of the cylindrical body can be appropriately adjusted, and the material is mainly a heat-adhesive resin, and can be selected from a polyolefin-based resin having a heat-adhesive property, it has elasticity and moderate flexibility. And does not damage the laminated film of the bag.
(4) Moreover, when the said cylindrical body heat-bonds to the inner surface of the laminated film of a spout part, one place of the surrounding surface is once cut | disconnected linearly in a length direction, and it opens to both sides, and a spout part Since one part of the laminated film is thermally bonded in a pattern to a part thereof and then restored to its original cylindrical shape by its elasticity, it is not deformed any more, so the opening of the spout part The property does not deteriorate over time.
(5) Further, the length of the cylindrical body can be made shorter than the length from the opening position on the tip side of the spout portion to the base portion of the spout portion, thereby using the cylindrical body. The amount can be reduced and cost merit can be obtained. At the same time, the operation of attaching the spout part of the cylindrical body to the laminated film is facilitated, and the productivity of the bag with the spout part can be improved.

According to the invention described in claim 2, in the configuration of the bag with the spout portion of the invention described in claim 1, the cylindrical body is formed by a multilayer coextrusion tube forming method, and is formed in the spout portion of the bag. Since the outermost layer to be thermally bonded is formed of a thermoadhesive resin and the innermost layer is formed of a resin having a melting point higher than that of the thermoadhesive resin, in addition to the function and effect of the invention described in claim 1 When the cylindrical body is cut in the length direction and opened on both sides, and part of the laminated film is thermally bonded to the inner surface of one of the laminated films in a pattern, heat at a higher temperature and in a shorter time Adhesion becomes possible, the attachment process of the said cylindrical body can be sped up, and productivity of a bag with a spout part can be improved.

According to the invention described in claim 3, in the configuration of the bag with the spout portion according to the invention described in claim 1 or 2, the laminated film on both surfaces of the spout portion is provided with an embossed portion that bulges outward, Since the cylindrical body is thermally bonded at a part of the cylindrical body so as to fit inside the embossed portion, the cylindrical body is added to the effect of the invention described in claim 1 or 2. When heat-bonding to the inner surface of one laminated film of the outlet portion, the positioning becomes easy, and generation of defective products due to misalignment can be prevented.
In addition, when the cylindrical body is sealed and sealed inside the laminated film on both sides of the spout portion of the bag with a part of the laminated film, it is usually the inner surface of one laminated film of the spout portion. The cylindrical body is heat-bonded in a pattern with a part of the cylindrical body aligned with the center line of the spout part, and then the other laminated film is placed thereon to cover the outer periphery of the spout part. Although the spout part is formed by heat-sealing in a pattern shape at the part, since the cylindrical body is a three-dimensional shape, when the outer periphery of the spout part is heat-sealed, the surrounding laminated film is pulled by the amount of the swelling, When the diameter of the cylindrical body is large, wrinkles are generated in the spout portion seal portion and the appearance is impaired. In this respect, by providing an embossed portion that bulges outward on the laminated film on both sides of the spout portion as described above, and by thermally bonding the cylindrical body at a part thereof so as to fit inside the embossed portion Since the laminated film around the cylindrical body is not pulled, wrinkles can be prevented from occurring in the spout portion seal portion.

According to the invention described in claim 4, in the configuration of the bag with the spout part according to any one of claims 1 to 3, an easy-opening means is provided at the opening position of the spout part. Therefore, in addition to the function and effect of the invention described in any one of claims 1 to 3, when using the contents filled in the bag with the spout portion, the ease of being provided at the opening position of the spout portion. Using the unsealing means, the spout can be easily opened at the correct position.

According to the invention described in claim 5, in the configuration of the bag with the spout portion according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the bag is a standing pouch type bag, and the spout portion is the bag. Since it is the structure provided in one corner part of the upper part of a bag, in addition to the effect of the invention in any one of Claims 1 thru | or 4, the bag was provided with the outstanding self-supporting property, and its handling was easy In addition, the appearance is excellent and the contents can be packaged in a compact manner.
Moreover, since the said spout part is provided in one corner part of the upper part of this bag, at the same time, the part which does not have the spout part is provided in the upper part of the bag. Since it can be used as a filling port for the contents, the filling port can have a relatively wide width, and the contents can be filled easily.

The cylindrical body 20a shown in FIG. 1 (a) has a circular cylindrical cross section, and the entirety thereof is a single layer 21 of a thermoadhesive resin having thermal adhesiveness to the sealant layer on the inner surface of the laminated film of the bag. It was formed by.
The cylindrical body 20b shown in (b) of FIG. 1 has a cylindrical shape with a circular cross section similar to the cylindrical body 20a shown in (a), but the cylindrical body 20b has a two-layer configuration. The outer surface layer is formed of the heat-adhesive resin layer 21, and the inner surface layer is formed of the resin layer 22 having a melting point higher than that of the heat-adhesive resin layer 21.
Further, when the adhesion between the outer surface layer and the inner surface layer is insufficient, an adhesive resin layer that improves the adhesion between them can be provided as an intermediate layer between them to form a three-layer structure.

The cylindrical bodies 20a and 20b shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b) are all shown in a cylindrical shape with a circular cross section, but there is no particular limitation as long as it is a cylindrical body. As described, the cross section may be a quadrangle such as a rectangle, a rectangular tube such as a hexagon, an octagon, or the like.
In the layer structure of the cylindrical bodies 20a and 20b shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the layer 21 of the heat-adhesive resin that forms at least the outer surface layer thereof is used as the outlet of the bag. It is necessary to have thermal adhesiveness with the sealant layer on the inner surface of the laminated film of the bag in order to oppose the inner surface of the laminated film and thermally bond at a part thereof.
The heat-adhesive resin used for the layer 21 of the heat-adhesive resin includes a low-density polyethylene, a linear low-density polyethylene, a medium-density polyethylene, a high-density resin, in accordance with the resin of the sealant layer on the inner surface of the laminated film of the bag. In addition to polyethylene, ethylene-α olefin copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer (EAA), ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA), ethylene-acrylic acid ester A copolymer, an ethylene-methacrylic acid ester copolymer, an ethylene copolymer such as an ionomer, a polypropylene resin, a propylene copolymer, or a polyolefin resin such as a blend resin thereof is used as appropriate. be able to.

When the cylindrical body has a two-layer configuration, or a multilayer configuration such as a three-layer configuration, like the cylindrical body 20b shown in FIG. 1B, the inner surface layer (innermost layer) becomes the above-described inner layer. The resin used for the resin layer 22 having a higher melting point than the thermal adhesive resin layer 21 is not particularly limited as long as the resin has a higher melting point than the resin selected for the thermal adhesive resin layer 21. In addition to being able to be appropriately selected from the various polyolefin resins listed as the resin used for the thermal adhesive resin layer 21, the range is further expanded to include polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, and various nylons. Polyamides such as 4-methylpentene-1 resin, polycarbonate and the like can be appropriately selected and used.
Also, an adhesive resin layer is provided as an intermediate layer between the thermal adhesive resin layer 21 and the resin layer 22 having a melting point higher than that of the thermal adhesive resin layer 21 in order to improve the adhesion between them. In this case, as an adhesive resin for the intermediate layer, for example, an adhesive resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene used for extrusion lamination or the like [for example, polyolefin resin having a functional group introduced, Admer (trade name), etc. ] Can be used.

The outer diameter, thickness, length, and the like of the cylindrical bodies 20a and 20b may be appropriately determined depending on the shape and size of the spout portion of the bag to which these are thermally bonded.
Regarding the wrinkles and wall thickness, a range of about 0.2 to 1.2 mm is preferable, and a range of 0.3 to 1.0 mm is more preferable. In addition, regarding the length, as described above, the length from the opening position on the tip side of the spout portion to the vicinity of the base portion of the spout portion, or shorter than that, from the opening position of the spout portion. It can be provided in a length of about 1/2 to 2/3 of the length to the base of the spout portion.
When the thickness of the cylindrical body is less than 0.2 mm, the rigidity of the cylindrical body is insufficient, and the effect of improving the shape retention when the spout portion is opened in a cylindrical shape is reduced. . Moreover, when the wall thickness of the cylindrical body exceeds 1.2 mm, the effect of improving the shape retaining property of the spout portion opened in the cylindrical shape is already sufficient, and there is no need for this. It is not preferable because the productivity is reduced and the manufacturing cost including the material cost is increased.

Such cylindrical bodies 20a and 20b can be easily manufactured by a single layer or multilayer coextrusion tube forming method. Usually, when the cylindrical bodies 20a and 20b are formed in a long winding shape with a predetermined outer diameter and thickness, and thermally bonded to the inner surface of the bag spout portion, the bag making machine It is preferable from the viewpoint of excellent productivity that it is cut into a necessary length by a cylindrical body attaching device attached to, and attached in-line with a bag.

Moreover, the cylindrical bodies 20a and 20b can be colored for the purpose of quality control. By coloring the cylindrical bodies 20a and 20b and thermally bonding them to the inner surface of the spout portion of the bag, the defective position of the bonding is detected by optical means, and defective products are automatically removed. Therefore, the quality control related to the attachment of the cylindrical body of the bag with the spout portion can be performed more reliably.
As a method for coloring the cylindrical body, for example, a method of kneading a colorant into the resin when molding the cylindrical body is simple, and the color to be colored is not particularly limited as long as it is a color that can be detected optically. For example, blue, red, etc. can be used suitably.

As a specific example of the case where the cylindrical body is formed of a laminate of two or more layers, for example, when it is formed of two layers, for example, the layer 21 of the heat-adhesive resin that is thermally bonded to the spout portion of the bag The resin layer 22 having a melting point higher than that of the heat-adhesive resin layer 21 may be formed of a medium-density polyethylene layer or a high-density polyethylene layer.
When forming with three layers, for example, a multi-layer coextrusion molding method is adopted, and the layer 21 of the heat-adhesive resin on the side to be thermally bonded to the spout portion of the bag is made of low-density polyethylene or ethylene-based copolymer. The resin layer 22 having a melting point higher than that of the thermoadhesive resin layer 21 on the opposite side is formed of a layer such as polypropylene, and the intermediate layer is an adhesive resin such as polypropylene that improves the adhesion between the two. It can be formed with a layer of.
