Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pour out a liquid in a storage bag stably from a cut-off portion of the bag. SOLUTION: A storage bag 10 can store a liquid such as refill detergent, beverage, or cooking oil and fat for example inside in a sealed state, and the bag is formed using two flat plate materials 11 constituting a bag body, a base plate material 12 and a connection tube 13. Each of the flat plate materials 11 and the base plate material 12 is formed of a film material made of a synthetic resin. The connection tube 13 is formed by cutting a synthetic resin pipe material into a predetermined length. Thus while the two flat plate materials 11, the base plate material 12 and the connection tube 13 are assembled as shown in the figure, heat is applied from outside to their periphery to have them interposed. At this time, an outer peripheral portion of the tube 13 is fusion-bonded while being interposed between the two materials 11 with the other end of the tube 13 not fusion-bonded between the materials 11.
