Abstract
【解決手段】曝気槽1内に導いた散気装置の散気管3の先端から発生した気泡を、渦巻状に上昇させて拡散し、曝気槽内に対流を発生させる散気装置用拡散機4において、上下方向に沿う筒体5の下部には、散気管の横向きの先端部内に連通する取付口8を設け、筒体の内周面には、その内周面に沿って回転しながら上下方向に延びる螺旋板6を備え、平面視して筒体内の螺旋板の内側には上下方向に貫通する直通流路7を形成し、筒体の内径及び直通流路の直径をそれぞれ一定にする。螺旋板に対して、その螺旋方向に間隔をあけて気泡が通過可能な抜穴9をあけ、螺旋板を平面視した場合に螺旋板の一周分にあけた抜穴と、その真上又は真下の一周分にあけた抜穴9位置を、ずらす。

Claims (2)
- 曝気槽(1)内に導いた散気装置の散気管(3)の先端から発生した気泡を、渦巻状に上昇させて拡散し、曝気槽(1)内に対流を発生させる散気装置用拡散機(4)において、
上下方向に沿う筒体(5)の下部には、散気管(3)の横向きの先端部内に連通する取付口(8)を設け、筒体(5)の内周面には、その内周面に沿って回転しながら上下方向に延びる螺旋板(6)を備え、平面視して筒体(5)内の螺旋板(6)の内側には上下方向に貫通する直通流路(7)を形成し、筒体(5)の内径及び直通流路(7)の直径をそれぞれ一定にしてあることを特徴とする散気装置用拡散機。 - 螺旋板(6)に対して、その螺旋方向に間隔をあけて気泡が通過可能な抜穴(9)をあけ、螺旋板(6)を平面視した場合に螺旋板(6)の一周分にあけた抜穴(9)と、その真上又は真下の一周分にあけた抜穴(9)の位置を、ずらしてあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の散気装置用拡散機。
