In the past, makeup powders such as eye shadows and foundations have been mainly used for solid powder cosmetics, which have a drawback that they have a powdery feel, but have poor adhesion to the skin and inferior makeup effect. Had. In addition, oil-based solid cosmetics have been developed in order to improve the adhesion of the solid powder cosmetic and the durability of the cosmetic effect (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2). However, oil-based solid cosmetics have a moist feel and good elongation when applied to the skin, but they do not stop as long as they slick, and they are oily and have the disadvantages of pearls and pigments aging over time. It was.

On the other hand, the number of products in the makeup products market in recent years has increased remarkably, and in order to differentiate from other companies' products and to meet diversifying consumer needs, a characteristic formulation is required. It had been.
