前記プローブは、雄ねじ筒体に軸棒をスライド自在に貫通させ、軸棒の先端にコネクタの端子に接触する接触子を取り付け、この接触子と前記雄ねじ筒体との間にコイルばねを圧縮状態で介挿し、軸棒の後端付近にストッパーを設けたものからなり、
前記ホルダーは、前記プローブの雄ねじ筒体がねじ込み固定される雌ねじ部を形成した後端側ブロック部と、この後端側ブロック部の先端側に一体に形成されたコネクタ位置決め用の先端側ブロック部とを有し、先端側ブロック部に、前記プローブのコイルばねの部分と接触子の後端部分とを収容する凹部を形成したものからなり、
