Abstract
【解決手段】ショックアブソーバは中空ロッド12とこれの外側に中空ロッド12に対して相対的に軸方向に移動自在に装着される外筒体13とを有し、これらの間には収容空間15が形成される。外筒体13には相対的に中空ロッド12の一端部側に向かわせる方向のばね力が圧縮コイルばね28により加えられる。中空ロッド12には収容空間15を2つの液体室31、液体室32に仕切る環状ピストン30が設けられ、外筒体13に相対的に中空ロッド12の他端部側に向かわせる衝撃力が加わったときには液体室31から液体室32に隙間34を介して液体が流れて環状ピストン30には制動力が加えられる。

Claims (9)
- 往復動機器本体に設けられた往復動ロッドの停止時における衝撃を緩和するショックアブソーバであって、
取付孔が形成され前記往復動ロッドが同軸状に取り付けられる中空ロッドと、
前記中空ロッドの外側に前記中空ロッドに対して相対的に軸方向に移動自在に同軸状に装着される外筒体と、
前記中空ロッドの外側に設けられ、前記中空ロッドと前記外筒体との間に形成されて液体を収容する空間を第1の液体室と第2の液体室とに仕切るとともに前記中空ロッドの前記外筒体に対する衝撃吸収移動時に前記第1の液体室から前記第2の液体室への液体の流れに抵抗力を加える環状ピストンと、
前記第1の液体室内に設けられ、前記中空ロッドを衝撃吸収前の元の位置に復帰させる復帰手段とを有することを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1記載のショックアブソーバにおいて、前記環状ピストンは前記中空ロッドの外側に一体に設けられ、前記外筒体の内周面と前記環状ピストンとの間に前記第1の液体室と前記第2の液体室とを連通させる隙間を形成することを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
- 請求項2記載のショックアブソーバにおいて、前記第2の液体室から前記第1の液体室への液体の流れを許容し、前記第1の液体室から前記第2の液体室への液体の流れを阻止するチェッキ弁を前記環状ピストンに設けることを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
- 請求項1記載のショックアブソーバにおいて、前記環状ピストンは前記中空ロッドの外側に前記中空ロッドに対して軸方向に摺動自在に設けられ、前記環状ピストンの外周面と前記外筒体の内周面との間に前記第1の液体室から前記第2の液体室への液体の流れに抵抗力を加える外側の隙間を形成し、前記環状ピストンの内周面と前記中空ロッドの外周面との間に前記外側の隙間よりも隙間寸法が大きく、前記第2の液体室から前記第1の液体室に前記外側の隙間とともに液体を案内する内側の隙間を形成することを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
- 往復動機器本体に設けられた往復動ロッドの停止時における衝撃を緩和するショックアブソーバであって、
取付孔が形成され前記往復動ロッドが同軸状に取り付けられる中空ロッドと、
前記中空ロッドの外側に前記中空ロッドに対して相対的に軸方向に移動自在に同軸状に装着される外筒体と、
前記外筒体の内側に固定され、前記外筒体との間で連通隙間を形成する中間筒体と、
前記中間筒体の内周面に摺動自在に前記中空ロッドの外側に設けられ、前記中空ロッドと前記外筒体との間に形成されて液体を収容する空間を第1の液体室と第2の液体室とに仕切る環状ピストンと、
前記中間筒体に形成され、前記中空ロッドの前記外筒体に対する衝撃吸収移動に伴って前記連通隙間と前記第1の液体室との連通面積が小さくなるオリフィスと、
前記第1の液体室内に設けられ、前記中空ロッドを衝撃吸収前の元の位置に復帰させる復帰手段とを有することを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のショックアブソーバにおいて、前記往復動ロッドに形成された雄ねじにねじ結合する雌ねじを前記取付孔に形成することを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のショックアブソーバにおいて、前記第2の液体室から前記第1の液体室への液体の流れを許容し、前記第1の液体室から前記第2の液体室への液体の流れを阻止するチェッキ弁を前記環状ピストンに設けることを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のショックアブソーバにおいて、前記外筒体の衝突端部に前記往復動ロッドを駆動する往復動機器本体に当接するストライカーを装着することを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のショックアブソーバにおいて、前記第2の液体室に液体を吸収するアキュムレータを組み込むことを特徴とするショックアブソーバ。
