Description

The present invention relates to an opening frame with an air passage, and more particularly to an opening frame provided with an air passage for ventilation that promotes dew condensation of air containing water vapor that passes through the air passage and prevents moisture from flowing out of the room.

Conventionally, a so-called louver is attached to a fitting such as a door of a bathroom, for example, so that the air in the bathroom can be ventilated even when the door is closed.
However, since the interior of the bathroom is exposed to a relatively high temperature and high humidity atmosphere, mold is easily generated, and dirt such as dirt is likely to adhere to the bathroom. Therefore, cleaning is frequently performed, for example, in a shower.
For this reason, doors having shapes and structures that are easy to clean are preferred, and doors that do not have a louver (for example, two-fold doors) are preferred.

However, if the door is not provided with a louver, the bathroom will not be able to ventilate when the door is closed, and the bathroom will be sealed, so it will become heavy when the door is pushed open, or conversely the ventilation fan with the door closed. When is turned, the problem arises that the door opens due to negative pressure in the room.
On the other hand, a ventilation passage is provided in the upper frame of the sash so that ventilation can be performed even when the shoji is closed, for example, an outer ventilation hole formed in the lower portion of the shoji outer frame on the lower surface of the inner frame, and the shoji A ventilation device for a sash (opening frame) upper frame in which an inner ventilation hole formed in an inner portion is communicated with each other through a hollow portion in the upper frame is known (see Patent Document 1).
Therefore, it is conceivable to provide a louver on the upper frame of the opening frame, for example.

FIG. 13 is a longitudinal sectional view of the upper frame provided with an air passage in the upper frame of the bathroom opening frame obtained as described above, and is shown as a reference example. To do).
The upper frame 100 includes a housing side frame portion 110 for mounting on the housing K side, and an opening side frame portion 120 for mounting, for example, a folding door on the lower side of the housing side frame portion 110 and facing the opening. A ventilation path 130 is provided between the side frame part 110 and the opening side frame part 120.
The frame-side frame portion 110 has a rising wall portion 112 that constitutes a hollow frame body disposed on the surface of the housing K, and a hollow frame body 114 that is integrally formed is provided below the rising wall portion 112. Yes. An inclined wall 116 extending slightly upward from the upper surface 114a of the hollow frame 114 toward the adjacent chamber (in this case, the undressing chamber), and an end portion on the adjacent chamber side of the inclined wall 116 are provided in one step so as to be integrated substantially horizontally. 140 and a mounting wall 118 fixed to the frame member 142 on the frame K side. Further, a first baffle plate 114 b that returns water is provided on the side surface of the hollow frame 114 on the side of the air passage 130 so as to protrude into the air passage 130.

The opening-side frame portion 120 has a substantially rectangular first hollow frame body 122 for forming a crank passage bent in a crank shape between the opening-side frame portion 110 and the hollow frame body 122 below the first hollow frame body 122. The second hollow frame 124 is substantially rectangular and smaller than the second hollow frame 124. A second baffle plate 122c is formed integrally with the upper end of the first hollow frame 122 on the bathroom side so that the upper surface 122d of the hollow frame 122 extends as it is toward the bathroom. The lower end of the hollow frame 122 on the bathroom side is extended, and a guide rail 126 for folding doors is formed at the lower end of the tip.
The second hollow frame body 124 is provided such that the bathroom-side vertical wall portion 124a is shifted from the bathroom-side vertical wall portion 122a of the first hollow frame body 122 toward the undressing room side. The side wall portion 124b is continuously formed so as to be flush with the wall portion 122b of the first hollow frame 122 on the dressing room side.

The air passage 130 includes a vertical air passage portion 130a formed between the hollow frame body 114 of the housing side frame portion 110 and the bathroom side vertical wall 122a of the first hollow frame body 122, and a housing side frame portion. 110, the gently inclined air passage 130b formed between the inclined wall 116, the upper surface 122d and the baffle plate 122c of the first hollow frame, and the lower end of the longitudinal air passage 130a and the undressing of the gently inclined air passage 130b. It consists of first and second vent holes 132a and 132b respectively formed at the chamber end.

When the upper frame 100 with an air passage configured as described above is used, the relatively hot and humid air in the bathroom flows in from the first air passage 132a on the bathroom side as indicated by the arrow F1, and the vertical ventilation It flows to the dressing room side through the path 130a, the gently inclined ventilation path 130b, and the dressing room side vent 132b, contacts with the air dried at a relatively low temperature on the dressing room side, cools to the dew point temperature, and condenses. Therefore, water drops adhere to the vicinity of the dressing room side vent 132b (area surrounded by an ellipse in the figure), and mold and dirt are easily attached, and the dropped water drops wet the floor near the entrance on the dressing room side. There's a problem.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-152156

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem of dew condensation caused by ventilation, and the purpose of the present invention is in the vicinity of the vent passage exit on the adjacent room side when ventilation is performed with the door closed. It is to prevent condensation.

The invention of claim 1 is an opening frame in which an air passage is formed on an upper frame of an opening frame attached to an opening of a building frame, wherein one air vent of the air passage is a fitting housed in the opening frame. An opening is provided on one side of the partition, and the other vent is opened on the other side, and a dew condensation promoting member is provided in the ventilation path.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, when ventilation is performed by connecting a room between a room of relatively high temperature and high humidity with an air passage, no condensation occurs near the outlet of the circulation air passage on the adjacent room side. Therefore, the adjacent room side is not wetted with condensed water.

First, taking the bathroom door using the opening frame according to the present invention as an example, the overall structure will be described again.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a folding door for bathrooms using an opening frame according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a sectional plan view thereof.
As shown in FIG. 1, the folding door 1 for a bathroom is configured by incorporating a door body 3 including left and right door bodies 3a and 3b into a frame body, and the left door body 3a and the right door body 3b are in a state of abutting each other. , And are connected through a connecting member 4 so as to be freely folded. A vertical seal member 52 extending toward the door body 3 (3a, 3b) is attached to the vertical frame seal attachment portion 51.
Since the lower frame 6 and the left and right door bodies 3a and 3b are well-known ones, description thereof is omitted.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the upper frame 10 according to the first embodiment of the opening frame.
The upper frame 10 includes a housing side frame portion 11 for mounting on the housing side, and an opening side frame portion 20 that is disposed on the lower side of the housing side frame portion 11 and faces the opening. An air passage 30 is provided between the side frame portion 11 and the opening side frame portion 20.
The frame side frame portion 11 includes a rising wall portion 12 constituting a hollow frame body arranged on the surface of the housing K, a hollow frame body 14 formed integrally with the rising wall portion 12, and an upper portion 14b of the hollow frame body 14. An inclined wall 16 that extends slightly upward toward the adjacent room (here, a dressing room), and is provided at a side of the adjacent wall side of the inclined wall 16 so as to be integrated with the frame member 42 on the housing side. It is composed of a mounting wall 18 to be worn and a hanging wall 15 which is continuous with the end portion of the inclined wall 16 adjacent to the adjacent chamber and bent downward at a substantially right angle therefrom.

The opening-side frame portion 20 is spaced apart via a first substantially rectangular hollow frame 22 on the upper side, that is, the air passage side, and an extension wall 23 extending below the dressing chamber-side end wall of the hollow frame 22. And a second hollow frame 24 having a substantially rectangular shape and disposed on the opposite side of the hollow frame 22.

A second baffle plate 22b serving as a water return with the upper surface 22a of the hollow frame 22 extended as it is to the bathroom side is integrally formed at the upper end of the first hollow frame 22 on the bathroom side, and The lower end of the first hollow frame 22 on the bathroom side is extended, and a guide rail 26 for a folding door is formed at the lower end of the tip.

The upper surface 24a of the second hollow frame 24 of the opening side frame portion 20 is formed as an inclined surface inclined downward from the dressing room side toward the bathroom side. A dressing room side vent 32 b is formed between the side frame 11 and the hanging wall 15. In addition, the upper surface 24a of the second hollow frame 24, that is, the inclined surface is formed to slightly protrude toward the dressing room, receives water droplets falling from the vertical ventilation passage 30c, and flows down to the bathroom side. The end face of the dressing room side is bent upward to form a damming portion 24b that dams up water droplets so as not to fall to the dressing room side.
In addition, when a large amount of water droplets are received by the upper surface 24a in the vicinity of the connection portion between the extension wall 23 of the hollow frame 24 and the upper surface 24a of the second hollow frame 24, the discharge is as shown by the arrow in the figure. For example, a drainage means such as an opening with a check valve can be provided.

With the above configuration, the first vertical ventilation path 30a provided with the ventilation holes 32a is formed between the hollow frame body 14 of the housing-side frame part 11 and the hollow frame body 22 of the opening-side frame part 20 with an inclined ventilation path 30b. The second vertical ventilation path 30c provided with a vent 32b opened on the dressing room side between the inclined wall 16, the upper surface 22a of the hollow frame 22 and the second baffle plate 22b Respectively formed between the side walls of the dressing room of the hollow frame 22 and relatively hot and high-humidity air from the bathroom, as indicated by an arrow F, a vent 32a, a first vertical vent 30a, a horizontal vent ( In this embodiment, the air flows in the order of a gently inclined air passage 30b, the second vertical air passage 30c, and the vent 32b.
The air passage 30 is provided with a heat conductive member that is a dew condensation promoting member. That is, in the present embodiment, a large number of fin members 17 made of, for example, an aluminum material are provided on the inclined wall 16 and the hanging wall 15 of the vertical frame body 10 so as to protrude into the air passage 30.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of the fin member 17.
As shown in the figure, the fin member 17 is formed on a plate having a large number of concave and convex strips 17a and 17b formed on its side surface. This is to increase the surface area of the fin member 17 and increase the contact area with air, thereby further promoting condensation. In addition, the fin member 17 does not necessarily need to be provided on the entire inclined wall 16 and the hanging wall 15, and can be provided on one of the wall surfaces as long as necessary condensation can be achieved for the purpose.
In addition, the fin member 17 can be provided not on the housing side frame portion 11 side but on the opening side frame portion 20 side. However, in consideration of convenience such as removal and cleaning as will be described later, the fin member 17 is provided. It is preferable to provide on the side frame portion 11 side.
In the present embodiment, the fins of the inclined wall 16 of the frame-side frame portion 11 are formed with irregularities, but the hanging wall 15 is not formed with irregularities. This is because considerable dehumidification is performed in the fin member 17 portion of the inclined wall 16 before reaching the drooping wall 15, and it is not necessary to provide an uneven strip at this stage.

In the present embodiment, as described above, the air passage 30 is folded twice in a crank shape to increase the air flow distance, and a large number of fin members 17 are provided in the air passage 30. High-temperature and high-humidity air is dehumidified by condensation in the air passage 30. Therefore, when the air from the bathroom is exhausted from the dressing room side vent 32b, condensation no longer occurs.
Further, the water condensed in the air passage is naturally dried by the flow of dry air by subsequent ventilation or the like, and even if the condensed water drops fall on the upper surface 24a of the second hollow frame 24, that is, the inclined surface, It may be naturally dried at that position or, as already mentioned, if the amount is large, it may be discharged from a separate outlet.

By the way, although the ventilation path 30 is always exposed to moisture, it is easy to get dust, but it is difficult to clean because it is in the upper frame 10, and the washing water is sprayed by applying pressure from the vent on the bathroom side. However, the baffle plate and the crank do not reach the trap of the ventilation path 30.

Therefore, in another embodiment of the present invention, a part of the frame constituting the air passage is configured to be detachable from the opening side frame 20 so that it can be removed and cleaned.
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the upper frame 10 showing the second embodiment of the present invention.
This embodiment is an example in which the hollow frame body 14 portion of the housing side frame portion 11 and the hanging wall 15 with the fin member 17 in the first embodiment are detachable.
That is, protrusions (for example, pins) 14a and 14b are provided on the side surface of the hollow frame 14 at appropriate vertical positions, and upper and lower locking grooves 14c for receiving and guiding the protrusions 14a and 14b on the opening side frame portion. , 14d, or a locking plate having upper and lower locking grooves 14c, 14d is attached. The hollow frame body 14 is attached by inserting and guiding the protrusions 14a and 14b into the locking grooves 14c and 14d and locking the locking frame 14c and 14d. For example, the lower protrusion 14b is removed from the lower engaging groove 14d by lifting the lower protrusion 14b, and then the lower portion of the hollow frame 14 is turned outward to disengage the upper protrusion 14a from the upper engaging groove 14c.
Similarly, when the upper and lower locking projections (pins) 15a and 15b attached to both sides of the hanging wall 15 are also fixed to the upper and lower locking grooves 15c and 15d on the opening vertical frame side, and removed. Removes the locking projections 15a and 15b from the upper and lower locking grooves 15c and 15d in the same manner as the hollow frame 14.

In this way, by removing the hollow frame body 14 and the hanging wall 15 of the housing side frame portion 11, both end surfaces of the inclined air passage 30b on the bathroom side and the dressing room side are exposed in the housing side frame portion 11, for example, undressing By spraying the cleaning water from the room side with a shower or the like, dust and dirt in the gently inclined air passage 30b can be washed away. In particular, in this embodiment, since the hollow frame 14 and the hanging wall 15 can be attached and detached with bare hands, the attaching and detaching operations are simple, and the removed hollow frame and the hanging wall 15 can be sufficiently cleaned with separate washing water.

FIG. 7: is sectional drawing of the principal part of the upper frame of the 3rd Embodiment of this invention, FIG. 7A is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the upper frame in the state which assembled the ventilation path, FIG. 7B shows the state which decomposed | disassembled the ventilation path. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the upper frame shown.
In this embodiment, the hollow frame body 14 and the inclined wall part 16 are integrated into the body side frame part 11 in the first embodiment, and this is configured separately from the other body side frame part 11. The rising wall portion 12 is fixed with screws. Further, the hanging wall 15 with the fin member 17 is overlapped with the mounting wall 18 fixed to the frame member 42 on the housing side on the upper portion thereof, and these are fixed by screwing together with the bolt 40. For this reason, the hanging wall 15 is integrally formed with a mounting wall 15e formed in substantially the same shape and dimensions as the mounting wall 18.

In the case of this embodiment, the work of attaching and detaching the air passage portion 30 of the upper frame 10 cannot be performed directly with bare hands as in the case of the second embodiment, but the air passage can be performed with a simple operation by simply removing the screw with a screwdriver. Since the entire housing side frame portion 10 constituting 30 can be removed, cleaning and sterilization are sufficiently possible, and cleaning of dirt that is difficult to remove, such as mold, can be performed more completely.

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the upper frame of the fourth embodiment.
In this embodiment, in the third embodiment, a heat sink member manufactured by die casting injection molding of, for example, a copper alloy is attached instead of the fin member as a member for promoting condensation.
By attaching the heat sink portion, the relatively high-temperature air is cooled by heat exchange with the heat sink, thereby promoting dew condensation.
Other functions and effects are the same as those of the third embodiment.

As described above, the air passage configuration for preventing condensation and vapor in the air passage 30 from flowing into the dressing room side from the bathroom has been described. However, the moisture on the bathroom side is undressed by restricting the air flow. Another embodiment for suppressing intrusion to the room side will be described.

FIGS. 9A and 9B are cross-sectional views of the main part of the upper frame with a ventilation path for explaining the fifth embodiment. FIG. 9A shows a state in which the lid of the ventilation path is closed, and FIG. 9B shows that the lid is opened. It is a principal part cross-sectional view which shows the state performed.
As shown in FIG. 9A, the first lid 60a that opens and closes the vent 32a is provided so as to open and close between the horizontal position and the lowered position with the hollow portion 22 side of the opening side frame portion 20 as the center. That is, an enormous portion 62a serving as a hinge is formed at one end of the first lid 60a, and this enormous portion 62a is formed to protrude from the lower end of the hollow frame 22 toward the vent 32a. It is configured to be fitted into the recess 28a at the tip of the horizontal wall portion 28 and turn around the enormous portion 62a.
That is, in the free state, the first lid body 60a is configured so as to swing and hang downward about the concave portion 28a under its own weight to open the vent hole 32a.
A lever 62 pivotally attached to the pivot 62a is provided on the vertical frame 5 at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction below the first lid 60a. As shown in FIG. In the vertical position, the upper end supports the lower surface of the first lid 60a, the upper surface of the first lid 60a contacts the lower end surface of the hollow frame 14 of the upper frame 10, and closes the vent 32a. As the upper end of the lever 62 is lowered by rotating the lower end of the lever 62 to the bathroom side, the first lid 60a turns downward by its own weight to open the vent hole 32a.

On the other hand, the second lid body 60b for opening and closing the ventilation path 32b on the side of the dressing room of the ventilation path 30 is slidably attached to the lid fixing device 65 attached to both sides of the vertical frame 5 so that the ventilation path 32b is located above the ventilation path 32b. It is configured to open at the moving position and close at the lowered position.
Therefore, protrusions 61a and 61b are provided on both upper and lower sides in the longitudinal direction of the second lid body 60b, and two grooves 65a and 65b for guiding the protrusions 61a and 61b are formed in the lid fixing tool 65 vertically. Yes. In addition, projections 61a and 61b are hooked on the upper ends of the guide grooves 65a and 65b when the projections 61a and 61b are moved upward so that the lid 60b is not dropped. 66a and 66b are provided.
In order to attach to the outlet of the ventilation path 32b with the second lid 60b, the knob 64 formed on the second lid 60b is grasped, and the protrusion 61a of the second lid 60b is made perpendicular to the lid fixture 65. The guide groove 65a is inserted into a guide groove 65c that extends obliquely downward from the lower end of the guide groove 65a, is guided obliquely upward to the guide groove 65a, and is moved upward along the guide groove 65a, while the protrusion 61b extends horizontally. What is necessary is just to insert along 65d and insert in the guide groove 65b, and just drop to the lower end. When the second lid 60b is attached to the air passage 32b in this manner, the air passage 32b is closed.

In order to open the closed air passage 32b, the knob 64 of the second lid 60b is grasped and moved upward along the guide grooves 65a and 65b, and at the upper end position, the protrusion 66a of each guide groove 65a and 65b. , 66b. As a result, the second lid body 60b stays at the upper end position of the guide grooves 65a and 65b, and thus the ventilation path 32b is maintained in an open state.

When closing the ventilation path 32b, the protrusions 61a and 61b may be removed from the protrusions 66a and 66b by grasping the knob 64 of the second lid 60b and lowered along the guide grooves 65a and 65b.
As described above, the second lid 60b can open and close the outlet of the ventilation path 32b on the dressing room side of the ventilation path 30 by sliding up and down along the lid fixture 65. The opening and closing may be performed by removing or reattaching the second lid 60b by a procedure reverse to the procedure for attaching the second lid 60b to the lid fixture 65.

Next, a lid opening / closing mechanism according to a sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the upper frame with a ventilation path for explaining the sixth embodiment. FIG. 10A shows a state in which the lid of the outlet of the dressing room side ventilation path 32b is closed, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the main part showing a state in which the lid is opened.
As shown in FIG. 10A, the lid 60c according to the present embodiment is formed with a huge portion 62c serving as a hinge at one end of the third lid 60c, and the huge portion 62c is located on the dressing room side of the upper frame 10. It is configured to be fitted into a recess 15a formed at the lower end portion of the hanging wall 15 and turn around the enormous portion 62a.

A rope or wire 70 is attached to the lower end of the third lid 60c. The rope or wire 70 is suspended via a pulley 72 attached to the vertical frame 5, and an operation lever 74 is attached to the lower end thereof. It has been. A holding block 76 that holds the operation lever 74 is attached to the vertical frame 5.
Accordingly, the rope or wire 70 is pulled, and the lower end of the third lid 60c is pulled up to be opened as shown in FIG. 10B. In this state, for example, the convex portion of the holding block 76 is formed in the groove 74a provided in the operation lever 74. By hooking and holding 76a, the outlet of the vent 32b on the dressing room side can be kept open.
When the operation lever 74 is removed from the holding block 76, the third lid 60c rotates downward under its own weight and closes the vent 32b as shown in FIG. 10A.
In this embodiment, no lid is provided on the entrance side of the bathroom-side air passage 32a, but the lid 60a according to the fifth embodiment already described may be provided. In this way, by providing the lids at the entrances and exits of the air passage 30, the air passage 30 is more completely closed.
As described above, by providing a lid that can be opened and closed at the entrance or exit of the air passage 30, the air passage 30 can be closed when ventilation is not required, thereby reducing contamination of the air passage 30. be able to.

A seventh embodiment will be described.
FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the upper frame with a ventilation path provided with the filter according to the present embodiment.
As shown in the figure, a filter 80 is inserted into a recess 15 b formed at the lower end of the hanging wall 15 on the dressing room side of the upper frame 10. Here, it is assumed that the filter 80 uses a mesh, and the size of the mesh is finer than the water droplets, so that the air passage 30 can always pass air but water and water droplets are difficult to pass.
In this embodiment, the filter 80 is provided only at the outlet of the dressing room side ventilation path 32b. However, the filter 80 can be provided at the entrance of the bathroom side ventilation path 32a. Intrusion of moisture into the air passage can be more reliably suppressed, and by providing the filters 80 on both sides of the air passage, contamination of the air passage can be greatly suppressed.
Moreover, even if a mohair is attached instead of the filter 80, it is possible to suppress the inflow of steam and moisture directly to the dressing room side and obtain the same effect.

FIG. 12 is a plan sectional view of the main part of the opening vertical frame, FIG. 12A shows an assembled state of the air passage, and FIG. 12B shows an exploded state of the air passage.
As shown in the drawing, the vertical frame 5 on the bathroom side is used as a second ventilation path 50 that communicates with the ventilation path provided in the upper frame by using a hollow frame body, and condensation is promoted in the ventilation path 50. As the member, a ridge 51a provided with a number of fin members on the opening side of the vertical frame is formed.
That is, as shown in FIG. 12A, the vertical frame 5 is also composed of a housing side frame portion 5a and an opening side frame portion 5b facing the opening, like the upper frame, and the protrusion 51a provided on the housing side frame portion 5a. The ridges 51b attached to the opening side frame portion 5b are arranged to face each other in the air passage.
As a result, the air in the bathroom is condensed and dehumidified while flowing through the vertical frame 5 to the ventilation path 300 of the upper frame, and the ventilation in the bathroom can be sufficiently performed by passing through the ventilation path 30 in the upper frame.
Further, a part of the vertical frame 5, that is, the opening side frame portion 5b provided with the sealing member 52 is configured to be detachable as shown in FIG. 12B, so that the inside can be removed and the inside can be cleaned. As the means for attaching / detaching the opening side frame portion 5b to / from the housing side frame portion 5a, the same means as in the third embodiment described with reference to FIG. 7 can be used.

In the above description, the ventilation path provided in the upper frame is described as having a first vertical ventilation path on the bathroom side, a second vertical ventilation path on the dressing room side, and a gently inclined ventilation path that connects both the vertical ventilation paths. However, the vertical ventilation path on the bathroom side is necessary to prevent the ventilation path from being seen from the bathroom side or prevent the bathroom washing water from directly entering the ventilation path when washing the bathroom with a shower. However, the ventilation path on the dressing room side is not necessarily provided.
In other words, in the present invention, the dew accelerating means is provided in the air passage to promote the dew in the air and the air is dehumidified.
