Abstract
【解決手段】上面にガス吸気口を開口したポンプケース1と、ポンプケース1内に回転可能に支持されたロータ軸5と、ポンプケース1内に収容され、ロータ軸5に固定されたロータ8の外周面に一体加工された複数枚のロータ翼10,10,…と、複数枚のロータ翼10,10,…間に交互に位置決めされ、ポンプケース1内に固定された複数枚のステータ翼11,11,…と、ロータ軸5を回転させるための駆動モータ9と、を具備し、ロータ8の内周面8bおよび外周面8aに無電解メッキによる腐食防止皮膜を形成し、かつ、ロータ8の内周面8bに質量付加手段15として、加熱により硬化する耐熱性および耐腐食性の接着剤15aを塗布する。

Claims (4)
- 上面にガス吸気口を開口したポンプケースと、
上記ポンプケース内に回転可能に支持されたロータ軸と、
上記ポンプケース内に収容され、上記ロータ軸に固定されたロータの外周面に一体加工された複数枚のロータ翼と、
上記複数枚のロータ翼間に交互に位置決めされ、上記ポンプケース内に固定された複数枚のステータ翼と、
上記ロータ軸を回転させるための駆動モータと、を具備し、
上記ロータの内周面および外周面には無電解メッキによる腐食防止皮膜が形成され、かつ、上記ロータの内周面には加熱により硬化する耐熱性および耐腐食性の接着剤または塗料が塗布されてなり、パージガス雰囲気中に曝される質量付加手段を有する
ことを特徴とする真空ポンプ。 - 上記耐熱性および耐腐食性の接着剤は、エポキシ樹脂、ケイ素樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂等から選ばれる合成樹脂接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 上記耐熱性および耐腐食性の接着剤は、SUS粉末、または酸化アルミニウム(Al2O3)、酸化ケイ素(SiO2)、酸化クロム(Cr2O3)等の金属酸化物からなるセラミック繊維が含有されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の真空ポンプ。
- 上記耐熱性および耐腐食性の塗料は、アルキド樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空ポンプ。
