Abstract
【解決手段】脛骨側人口関節は、内側区画22にある内側関節面と外側区画24にある外側関節面とを含む脛骨側関節面を有しており、前記内側関節面が、第1の曲率半径と、第1の下上方向位置で前記脛骨側人口関節の前記後部縁の近くにある第1部位へと前記内側区画の後部面に沿って延びる第1後部部分とを有する第1の弓形軌道に従っており、前記外側関節面が、第2の曲率半径と、第2の上下方向位置で前記脛骨側人口関節の前記後部縁の近くにある第2部位へと前記外側区画の後部面に沿って延びる第2後部部分とを有する第2の弓形軌道に従っており、前記第2後部部分が、前記第2の上下方向位置が前記第1の上下方向位置から下側方向に所定距離だけ離間するように、前記外側区画の前記後部面に沿って下側方向に延びる傾斜を有している。

Claims (13)
- 脛骨側関節面を有する脛骨側人口関節であって、該脛骨側関節面は前記脛骨側人口関節の前部縁と前記脛骨側人口関節の後部縁との間に延在しており、前記脛骨側関節面は内側区画にある内側関節面と外側区画にある外側関節面とを含んでいる、前記脛骨側人口関節において、
前記内側関節面は、第1の曲率半径と、第1の下上方向位置で前記脛骨側人口関節の前記後部縁の近くにある第1部位へと前記内側区画の後部面に沿って延びる第1後部部分とを有する第1の弓形軌道に従っており、
前記外側関節面は、第2の曲率半径と、第2の上下方向位置で前記脛骨側人口関節の前記後部縁の近くにある第2部位へと前記外側区画の後部面に沿って延びる第2後部部分とを有する第2の弓形軌道に従っており、
前記第2後部部分は、前記第2の上下方向位置が前記第1の上下方向位置から下側方向に所定距離だけ離間するように、前記外側区画の前記後部面に沿って下側方向に延びる傾斜を有している、
ことを特徴とする、脛骨側人口関節。 - 前記第1後部部分及び前記第2後部部分の各々は、前記第1及び第2の上下方向位置間に前記所定距離を確保するためのピッチを有する共通の螺旋路の対応する部分に沿って延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記第1の曲率半径及び前記第2の曲率半径は、前記第1後部部分及び前記第2後部部分に沿って同じに維持されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記第1の曲率半径及び前記第2の曲率半径は、共通の中心から延在していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記共通の中心は、回旋の長手方向軸線上にあることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記外側区画は横方向に離間した境界の間の横方向幅を有しており、
前記外側関節面は冠状面に配置された溝を含んでおり、
前記傾斜は、前記冠状面に位置すると共に、前記横方向に離間した境界間の途中で前記外側関節面上に置かれた点からの線が前記冠状面に対して垂直な前後方向面と所定の傾斜角度をなすようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の脛骨側人口関節。 - 前記所定の傾斜角度は最大で約4°であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記所定の傾斜角度は約2°であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記脛骨側人口関節は、膝義足の脛骨側コンポーネントの脛骨側トレーに取り付けるための脛骨支持部材を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記外側区画は横方向に離間した境界間の横方向幅を有しており、
前記外側関節面は冠状面にある溝を含んでおり、
前記傾斜は、前記冠状面に位置すると共に、前記横方向に離間した境界間の途中で前記外側関節面上に置かれた点からの線が前記冠状面に対して垂直な前後方向面と所定の傾斜角度をなすようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脛骨側人口関節。 - 前記所定の傾斜角度は最大で約4°であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記所定の傾斜角度は約2°であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
- 前記脛骨側人口関節は、膝義足の脛骨側コンポーネントの脛骨側トレーに取り付けるための脛骨支持部材を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脛骨側人口関節。
