Abstract
Description
(2)二光子吸収型として開発されたπ電子共役分子を適用する方式
ここで、(1)の方式については、アゾベンゼン、スピロピラン、ジアリールエテンなどの光異性化材料を二光子吸収材料に転用して用いていた(例えば、非特許文献1参照。)。また、(2)の方式では、ポリアセチレン、ポリジアセチレン、ポリアリレンビニレン、ポルフィリンなどの三次非線形光学材料を二光子吸収材料として用いていた(例えば、非特許文献2参照。)。

Claims (24)
- π共役炭化水素ユニットとホウ素原子が結合している有機ホウ素化合物を含むことを特徴とする二光子吸収材料。
- 前記有機ホウ素化合物が下記の式(1)または式(2)で表されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二光子吸収材料。
- 前記有機ホウ素化合物が下記の式(4)で表されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二光子吸収材料。
- 前記有機ホウ素化合物が下記の式(12)で表されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二光子吸収材料。
- 前記有機ホウ素化合物が下記の式(20)で表されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二光子吸収材料。
- 前記有機ホウ素化合物が下記の式(28)で表されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二光子吸収材料。
- Jは置換基を有していてもよい炭素原子、窒素原子または硫黄原子を表し、Tは置換基を有していてもよい炭素原子、窒素原子または単結合を表し、Qは置換基を有していてもよい炭素原子、窒素原子または硫黄原子を表し、Mは置換基を有していてもよい炭素原子、窒素原子または単結合を表すことを特徴とする請求項3ないし6のいずれかに記載の二光子吸収材料。
- Dは、炭素数が3以上、6以下のシクロアルキル基;炭素数が2以上、3以下のアルケニレン基;炭素数が1以上、10以下のアルキル基、または、炭素数が1以上、3以下のアルコシキ基で置換されていてもよいフェニル基;1個の水素原子が、炭素数が1以上、4以下のアルキル基で置換されていてもよいフェニル基または炭素数が1以上、4以下のアルキル基で置換されていてもよいアミノ基;1個の水素原子が、炭素数が1以上、4以下のアルキル基で置換されていてもよいチオフェニル基;チオフェニレン基を表すことを特徴とする請求項3ないし15のいずれかに記載の二光子吸収材料。
- Eは、1個または2個の水素原子が、炭素数が1以上、8以下のアルキル基で置換されていてもよいフェニル基;1個の水素原子が、炭素数が1以上、4以下のアルキル基で置換されていてもよいチオフェニル基を表すことを特徴とする請求項3ないし15のいずれかに記載の二光子吸収材料。
- Gは、水素原子がハロゲン原子で置換されていてもよいメチル基;n−ヘキソキシ基を表すことを特徴とする請求項3ないし15のいずれかに記載の二光子吸収材料。
- 下記の式(1)または式(2)で表されることを特徴とする有機ホウ素化合物。
- 下記の式(12)で表されることを特徴とする有機ホウ素化合物。
- 下記の式(20)で表されることを特徴とする有機ホウ素化合物。
- 下記の式(28)で表されることを特徴とする有機ホウ素化合物。
