Abstract
【解決手段】陰イオン交換樹脂、ガラス、シリカ、ゼオライト、活性炭のいずれかからなる微粒子にDNAを固着させた後、インク本質に含ませる。微粒子の表面は紫外線吸収剤を添加した保護層で覆う。インク本質にも、紫外線吸収剤や紫外線散乱剤を添加しておく。多孔質の微粒子にDNAを固着させることで、DNAを無数の孔内にDNAを多量に含ませることができる。孔内には直接紫外線が当たらないし、熱や酸・アルカリも作用し難い。DNAの回収も簡単確実で検出精度が向上して迅速な検出が可能になる。

Claims (6)
- DNAを固着した多孔質の微粒子を含むことを特徴とするDNA含有インク。
- 前記微粒子が、陰イオン交換樹脂からなる請求項1記載のDNA含有インク。
- 前記微粒子が、ガラス、シリカ、ゼオライト、活性炭のいずれかからなる請求項1記載のDNA含有インク。
- 前記微粒子の表面が保護層で覆われている請求項2又は3記載のDNA含有インク。
- 前記保護層に紫外線吸収剤が添加されている請求項4記載のDNA含有インク。
- インク本質に、少なくとも紫外線吸収剤又は紫外線散乱剤のいずれかを含む請求項1〜5記載のDNA含有インク。
