Abstract
【解決手段】生体インプラントと照準装置との間の空間的方向性を確立する、着脱可能である医療機器、機器部品、及び方法が説明される。照準装置に対して接続される位置決めアーム、及び骨安定化プレートに対して接続されるか一体的に形成されるアダプタ装置は、互いへと繋げられる。これは位置決めアームの係合要素を用いて実現され、該係合要素は、アダプタ装置の取付け要素と結合され得るよう設計される。更には、位置決めアームがアダプタ装置へと繋げられ、最終角度位置に向かってアダプタ装置に対して回転される際に、連結要素において自動的に係合するよう設計される、スナッピング機構が与えられる。

Claims (22)
- アダプタ装置であって、
着脱可能であるよう設計され、生体インプラントと照準装置との間に、特には、前記インプラントを生体の内部部分に対して固着させるよう、骨安定インプラントと照準装置との間に空間的方向性を確立し、
取付け要素と、連結要素と、を有し、
前記取付け要素は、位置決めアームの係合要素が前記アダプタ装置へと繋げられ得るよう設計され、
前記連結要素は、前記位置決めアームが、前記アダプタ装置へと繋げられ、最終角度位置に向かって前記アダプタ装置に対して回転される際に、前記位置決めアームのスナッピング機構が前記連結要素において自動的に係合するよう、設計される、
アダプタ装置。 - 前記取付け要素は、前記アダプタ装置のボディから突出する突起である、

前記係合要素は、アダプタ装置の取付け要素に対して結合されるよう設計され、前記位置決めアームが前記アダプタ装置へと繋げられ得るようにし、
前記スナッピング機構は、前記位置決めアームが前記アダプタ装置へと繋げられ、最終角度位置に向かって前記アダプタ装置に対して回転される際に、前記連結要素において自動的に係合するよう、設計される、

請求項8乃至13のうちいずれか一項記載の位置決めアーム。 - 前記ロッキング装置は、回転レバーを有する、
請求項14記載の位置決めアーム。 - 前記位置決めアームは、前記照準装置と一体的に形成される、
請求項8乃至15のうちいずれか一項記載の位置決めアーム。 - 前記位置決めアームは、前記照準装置に対して着脱可能に接続されるよう適合される、
請求項8乃至15のうちいずれか一項記載の位置決めアーム。 - 着脱可能であるよう設計され、生体インプラントと照準装置との間に、特には前記インプラントを生体の内部部分に対して固着させるよう骨安定インプラントと照準装置との間に、空間的方向性を確立する機器であって、
請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項記載のアダプタ装置と、
請求項8乃至17のうちいずれか一項記載の位置決めアームと、
を有する、
機器。 - 生体インプラントと照準装置との間に、特には前記インプラントを生体の内部部分に対して固着させるよう骨安定インプラントと照準装置との間に、空間的方向性を着脱可能に確立する方法であって、
位置決めアーム及びアダプタ装置を、前記位置決めアームの係合要素が取付け要素に対して結合されて前記位置決めアームが前記アダプタ装置へと繋げられるよう、接合する段階と、
前記位置決めアームを最終角度位置に向かって前記アダプタ装置に対して回転させる段階と、
前記アダプタ装置の連結要素において前記位置決めアームのスナッピング機構を介入させる段階と、
を有する、
方法。 - 前記介入させる段階は、前記位置決めアームが前記最終角度位置に接近する際に自動的に発生する、
