Abstract

Claims (8)
- エーロフォイル部(12)と、
前記エーロフォイル部(12)と反対側に配置され、外側表面(44)を備える蟻継ぎ部(16)であって、前記外側表面の少なくとも一部は複数のピーニング動作による残余圧縮応力を有する蟻継ぎ部(16)と、
残余圧縮応力を有する前記外側表面(44)の少なくとも一部の上に配置された銅、ニッケル、およびインジウムを含む磨耗コーティング層(42)と、
銅ニッケルインジウム磨耗コーティング層(42)の上に配置され、鉛を含んでいない潤滑剤コーティング層(46)とを備えるガスタービンエンジンブレード(10)。 - 前記ブレード(10)がファンブレードである、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンブレード(10)。
- 前記磨耗コーティング層(42)は、0.0089cm(0.0035インチ)から0.0127cm(0.005インチ)の範囲の予め選択した厚さを有する、請求項2記載のガスタービンエンジンブレード(10)。
- 前記ブレード(10)が圧縮機ブレードである、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンブレード(10)。
- 前記磨耗コーティング層(42)は、0.0102cm(0.004インチ)から0.0178cm(0.007インチ)の範囲の厚さを有する、請求項4記載のガスタービンエンジンブレード(10)。
- チタンまたはチタン系合金からなる群から選択された材料を含む、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンブレード(10)。
- 前記磨耗コーティング層(42)は、35重量%から38重量%のニッケル、4.5重量%から5.5重量%のインジウム、最大1重量%の結合鉄および不純物、ならびに残りは銅を含む、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンブレード(10)。
- 前記磨耗コーティング層(42)は、35.5重量%から37.5重量%のニッケル、4.7重量%から5.2重量%のインジウム、最大1重量%の結合鉄および不純物、ならびに残りは銅を含む、請求項1記載のガスタービンエンジンブレード(10)。
