Abstract

Claims (8)
- 螺旋形に巻いて一連のコイル状巻線にした細片で構成されるステントであって、細片は少なくとも2本の側帯を有し、少なくとも2本の側帯がそれぞれ、一連の曲げ部を備える蛇状パターンで形成され、細片の少なくとも2本の側帯が横支柱によって互いに接続され、横支柱は、形成されたステントの縦軸に対して平行に配置されるように、細片の長手方向に対して垂直でなく、かつ、細片の長手方向に直交する方向に対して少し斜めになり、ステントが拡張すると、少なくとも2本の側帯の曲げ部が開いて、細片を螺旋方向に伸張させ、細片を有意に解くことなくステントが拡張できるようにし、前記細片が2つの端部を有し、少なくとも2本の側帯が細片の2つの端部で互いに向かって収束し、したがって細片の2つの端部が先細になることで完成したステントの端部が直線状となり、管を化学エッチングすることにより製造されることを特徴とするステント。
- 螺旋形に巻かれるステントを形成するために用いられる細片であって、
蛇状パターンで形成される少なくとも2本の側帯と、
形成されたステントの縦軸に対して平行に配置されるように、細片の長手方向に直交する方向に対して少し斜めになって前記2本の側帯を接続する横支柱とを備え、
前記細片が2つの端部を有し、少なくとも2本の側帯が細片の2つの端部で互いに向かって収束し、したがって細片の2つの端部が先細になることで完成したステントの端部を直線状とすることを特徴とする細片。 - ステントを形成するために細片が螺旋形に巻かれたときに、横支柱がステントの縦軸に対して平行となることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の細片。

- 平坦な金属から作成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の細片。
- 螺旋形に巻いて一連のコイル状巻線にした細片で構成されるステントであって、
細片は、一連の四角いセルで形成され、拡張されない状態において、四角いセルの側部が、蛇状パターンとなるように潰され、
横支柱によって互いに接続される少なくとも2本の側帯を備え、
横支柱は、形成されたステントの縦軸に対して平行に配置されるように、細片の長手方向に直交する方向に対して少し斜めになり、
前記細片が2つの端部を有し、少なくとも2本の側帯が細片の2つの端部で互いに向かって収束し、したがって細片の2つの端部が先細になることで完成したステントの端部が直線状となることを特徴とするステント。 - 前記四角いセルの側部は、蛇状パターンで形成された側帯からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のステント。
- 前記側帯は、横支柱によって接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のステント。
