Abstract
【解決手段】関心領域の自動的評価は、複数の撮像モダリティによって取得された複数の画像データ集合の特徴の判定(74、76、78)に基づく。実施形態では、評価は構造的画像データ及び機能的画像データの組み合わせから導かれる各々の関心領域についての1又は複数の特徴の判定(74、76、78)に基づく。一実施形態では、一組の構造的画像データは一組のCT画像データであり、一組の機能的画像データは一組のPET画像データである。自動式ルーチン、又は医師若しくは他の検討者による目視検査によって、構造的画像データ及び/又は機能的画像データにおいて1又は複数の病変を検出することができる(70)。

Claims (10)
- それぞれの複数の撮像モダリティにより取得された複数の画像データ集合において関心領域の1又は複数の特徴を判定するステップ(74、76、78)と、
前記1又は複数の特徴に基づいて前記関心領域を自動的に評価するステップ(80)と、
を備えた関心領域を評価する方法。 - 前記複数の画像データ集合の少なくとも一つは、1又は複数の造影剤を用いて取得されるデータを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記関心領域は、病変、石灰化、器官又は腫瘍の一つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記1又は複数の特徴は、血管特性、石灰化の程度、充実性、グルコース代謝、DNA合成、低酸素症、同化活性、異化活性、低酸素症の程度、分子種の存在、又は組織壊死の少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記それぞれの複数の撮像モダリティは、少なくとも構造型撮像モダリティ(30)及び機能型撮像モダリティ(12)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記それぞれの複数の撮像モダリティは、少なくとも第一の構造型撮像モダリティ(30)及び第二の構造型撮像モダリティ(30)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記それぞれの複数の撮像モダリティは、少なくとも第一の機能型撮像モダリティ(12)及び第二の機能型撮像モダリティ(12)を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記自動的に評価するステップ(80)は、可能性の高い癌病期、悪性腫瘍の確率、リスク・プロファイル、1又は若しくは複数の提案される治療、鑑別診断、又は進行判定の少なくとも一つを自動的に決定するステップ(82)の少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- それぞれの複数の撮像モダリティにより取得された複数の画像データ集合において関心領域の1又は複数の特徴を判定する(74、76、78)ルーチンと、
前記1又は複数の特徴に基づいて前記関心領域を自動的に評価する(80)ルーチンと、
を備えた1又は複数の機械読み取り可能な媒体。 - それぞれの複数の撮像モダリティにより取得された複数の画像データ集合において関心領域の1又は複数の特徴を判定して(74、76、78)、該1又は複数の特徴に基づいて前記関心領域を評価する(80)ように構成されている解析サーキットリ(26)を備えた解析システム。
