Claims (10)
- 機械読み取り可能な媒体であって、
第1の撮像モダリティにより取得された第1の画像データ集合及び、該第1の撮像モダリティと異なる第2の撮像モダリティにより取得された第2の画像データ集合から生成された、組み合わされた画像データ集合における悪性腫瘍の1又は複数の特徴を解析するルーチンと、
前記1又は複数の特徴に基づいて前記関心領域を自動的に評価するルーチン(80)と、
を備え、
前記評価は、前記関心領域が悪性腫瘍である確率を計算することを含む、
媒体。 - 前記第1の画像データ集合における悪性腫瘍の1又は複数の特徴を解析するルーチンと、
前記第2の画像データ集合における悪性腫瘍の1又は複数の特徴を解析するルーチンと、
を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の媒体。 - 前記計算は、遺伝及び家族歴、臨床歴及び習慣のいずれか1つ以上の事前の臨床情報に部分的に基づく、請求項1または2に記載の媒体。
- 前記1又は複数の特徴は、血管特性、石灰化の程度、充実性、グルコース代謝、DNA合成、低酸素症、同化活性、異化活性、低酸素症の程度、分子種の存在、又は組織壊死の少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の媒体。
- 前記第1及び第2の撮像モダリティは、少なくとも構造型撮像モダリティ(30)及び機能型撮像モダリティ(12)を含んでいる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の媒体。
- 前記第1及び第2の複数の撮像モダリティは、少なくとも第一の構造型撮像モダリティ(30)及び第二の構造型撮像モダリティ(30)を含んでいる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の媒体。
- 前記第1及び第2の撮像モダリティは、少なくとも第一の機能型撮像モダリティ(12)及び第二の機能型撮像モダリティ(12)を含んでいる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の媒体。
- 前記自動的に評価するルーチン(80)は、可能性の高い癌病期、悪性腫瘍の確率、リスク・プロファイル、1又は若しくは複数の提案される治療、鑑別診断、又は進行判定の少なくとも一つを自動的に決定するルーチン(82)の少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の媒体。
- 第1の撮像モダリティにより取得された第1の画像データ集合及び、該第1の撮像モダリティと異なる第2の撮像モダリティにより取得された第2の画像データ集合から生成された、組み合わされた画像データ集合における悪性腫瘍の1又は複数の特徴を判定して(74、76、78)、該1又は複数の特徴に基づいて前記関心領域を評価する(80)ように構成されている解析サーキットリ(26)を備え、
前記評価は、前記関心領域が悪性腫瘍である確率を計算することを含む、
解析システム。 - 前記第1及び第2の撮像モダリティは、少なくとも構造型撮像モダリティ(30)及び機能型撮像モダリティ(12)を含んでいる、請求項9に記載のシステム。
