Description

The present invention relates to an elevator type lifting / lowering platform (commonly referred to as a power gate) that is installed, for example, at the rear of a loading platform of a vehicle and is used as an auxiliary when loading / unloading loads on / from the loading platform.

Along with the downsizing of civil engineering works, many small machines have been used, and it has become more frequent to carry the small machines on vehicles such as trucks and to transport them between sites. In order to load and unload the small machine on the vehicle during the transportation, a lift type receiving platform attached to the rear part of the loading platform is used to raise and lower the small machine to the height of the loading platform (loading box). An elevating type load receiving platform is a device that lifts and lowers a plate-shaped load receiving platform on which a small machine is mounted by a hydraulic cylinder or the like.

In such a lift-type load receiving platform, for example, when loading and unloading loads equipped with wheels such as small rollers, if there is no safety device to stop the car, it may lead to an accident that falls from the load receiving platform. . In particular, small rollers for compacting asphalt pavement have oil applied to the wheels to prevent asphalt adhesion, so they are slippery on the load receiving platform and have a relatively high possibility of falling. Has been.

In view of this, there has been proposed a safety device such as disclosed in Patent Document 1 in which a car stopper is provided by providing a retractable stopper on the load receiving table mounting surface.
JP 2004-90876 A

The conventional safety device represented by Patent Document 1 is disadvantageous in terms of cost and difficult to equip with a retrofit because the stopper protruding and retracting mechanism is complicated and the number of parts is large. In view of this point, the present invention is intended to provide a low-cost safety device with a simple structure.

According to the present invention, a stopper is pivotally supported and stored in an opening formed in a loading surface of a load receiving table as a safety device for a lifting load receiving table used for loading and unloading of a load on a vehicle. A safety device is proposed in which when the end is turned and the rotated stopper protrudes on the placement surface of the load receiving table and resists movement of the load.

Alternatively, a stopper is pivotally supported in an opening formed on the loading surface of the load receiving table, and the stopper protrudes downward from the lower surface of the load receiving table with the other end portion sandwiching the shaft. The other end which is pivotally supported so as to protrude on the loading surface of the load receiving table and protrudes on the loading surface can resist the movement of the load. A safety device is proposed in which the stopper is rotated when one of its ends comes into contact with the ground and the other end is accommodated in the opening of the load receiving platform.

The safety device of the present invention can be configured with a simple structure in which an opening is formed in a load receiving platform and a stopper is pivotally supported therein. The stopper can be taken out and put in by a simple operation by holding the end portion by hand and rotating, and the structure and operation are simple, so the cost is low and the failure is difficult. In particular, when the structure is such that when one end abuts against the ground as the load receiving table descends, the stopper is rotated and the other end is stored in the opening of the load receiving table. Since a safety device that automatically appears and disappears as the robot is raised and lowered is provided, it is possible to realize a safety device that has a simple structure but is not forgotten, which is very useful.

A first embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. In contrast to the perspective view of FIG. 1, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the main part viewed from the X direction.

As shown in FIG. 1, the lifting / lowering load receiving platform 1 according to the present embodiment is mounted on the rear portion of a truck loading platform T <b> 1, and a safety device 10 is incorporated at the end of the loading platform 1. The loading platform 1 is raised and lowered by the operation of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 2, and the hydraulic cylinder 2 is attached to the rear end portion of the loading platform T <b> 1 through a fixed guide 3. The operation of the hydraulic cylinder 2 is controlled by a lift switch (not shown). Further, when the load receiving table 1 is not used, the load receiving table 1 is rotated and folded in an almost upright state. A small roller R shown as an example of a load is placed on the load receiving platform 1.

The safety device 10 of the present embodiment is configured by pivotally supporting a plate-like stopper 11 in an opening 5 formed on the placement surface 4 of the load receiving platform 1. In the case of this example, the opening 5 penetrates the load receiving table 1 up and down. The opening 5 can be formed by notching the end edge of the load receiving platform 1 or by forming a through hole inside the end edge.

The shaft 12 that supports the stopper 11 is attached to the inner surface of the load receiving platform 1 with a bracket or the like (not shown) so that the axial direction A is substantially perpendicular to the vehicle longitudinal direction B, and is passed into the opening 5. ing. Therefore, the stopper 11 is rotatable in the front-rear direction B. The stopper 11 is provided with a shaft 12 slightly shifted from the center of the cross section, and as described in FIG. 2 (a), the rear end portion 11a (one end portion) has a front end portion 11b (the other end portion). It is designed to be heavier than the edge. As a result, an urging force that always rotates the rear end portion 11 a downward is applied, so that the stopper 11 comes to rest in a state where it abuts on the edge 6 of the load receiving table 1 facing the opening 5.

2A, the rear end portion 11a protrudes below the lower surface 7 of the load receiving platform 1 and the front end portion 11b protrudes on the placement surface 4 of the load receiving platform 1. Since the rear end portion 11a abuts against the edge portion 6 and further rotation is prevented, the front end portion 11b on the opposite side across the shaft 12 has a small roller R placed on the mounting surface 4. When the vehicle tries to move backward, it functions to abut against the wheel RW and resist movement. Therefore, the small roller R can be prevented from falling.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2B, when the load receiving platform 1 is lowered and its lower surface 7 comes into contact with the ground, the rear end 11a of the stopper 11 protruding from the lower surface 7 is pushed up in contact with the ground. The stopper 11 rotates in a direction away from the edge 6. By this rotation, the front end portion 11 b on the opposite side is housed in the opening 5. When the stopper 11 is housed in the opening 5, the upper surface of the stopper 11 is substantially flush with the mounting surface 4, so that there is no resistance against the movement of the small roller R, and the small roller R is placed on the receiving platform. It becomes possible to take down from 1.

In addition to the stopper 11 as described above, the safety device 10 according to the present embodiment further includes a non-slip sheet 13 that is thermally welded to the placement surface 4. This anti-slip sheet 13 has a sliding resistance value of 40 BPN or more, and is a heat-welded sheet mainly composed of pine resin. The sheet is bonded to the mounting surface 4 and heated by a burner from above. . Since it adheres firmly by following the unevenness | corrugation of the mounting surface 4 by carrying out heat welding, the durability of the non-slip sheet 13 is sufficiently high.

As described above, oil is applied to the wheel RW of the small roller R to prevent asphalt from adhering, and it is easy to slip, so that it can slide down only by placing it on a bare load receiving platform without any safety device. There is sex. According to the safety device 10 of the present embodiment, since it is difficult to slip by the non-slip sheet 13 and the movement is restricted by the stopper 11, the safety against dropping is remarkably improved. Moreover, since the stopper 11 is simply structured to be pivotally supported in the opening 5, since it has a small number of parts, it is less likely to break down and is low in cost, easy to operate, and can be retrofitted at low cost.

In order to load the small roller R on the loading platform T1 using the lifting platform 1 described above, first, the loading platform 1 is lowered by operating the hydraulic cylinder 2 and grounded. Then, the rear end portion 11a comes into contact with the ground, the stopper 11 rotates, and the front end portion 11b is accommodated in the opening 5, so that the small roller R can be placed on the placement surface 4 of the load receiving platform 1. it can. When this is placed, the non-slip sheet 13 is placed as a target position. When the small roller R is placed on the non-slip sheet 13 and the load receiving platform 1 is raised by operating the hydraulic cylinder 2, the stopper 11 rotates according to the weight of the rear end portion 11a as the load receiving platform 1 moves away from the ground. It will be in the stationary state which the rear-end part 11a contact | abuts to the part 6. FIG. As a result, the front end portion 11b protrudes on the mounting surface 4 and resists the movement of the small roller R, so that loading can be performed more safely than in the past. If the load receiving platform 1 is raised to the height of the loading platform T1, then only the small roller R is transferred.

On the contrary, when the small roller R is lowered from the loading platform T1, the stopper 11 is automatically rotated by the weight of the rear end portion 11a when the loading platform 1 is rotated from the folded upright state to a substantially horizontal state. As a result, the rear end portion 11 a comes into contact with the edge portion 6, and the front end portion 11 b protrudes on the placement surface 4. When the small roller R is transferred onto the non-slip sheet 13 on the mounting surface 4 in this state, the small roller R is prevented from dropping by the protruding front end portion 11b of the stopper 11 and the non-slip sheet 13. In this state, the cargo receiving platform 1 can be lowered. When the load receiving platform 1 is lowered until it comes into contact with the ground, the rear end portion 11a comes into contact with the ground, the stopper 11 rotates, and the front end portion 11b is accommodated in the opening 5, so that the small roller R can be lowered.

The first embodiment described above shows an example of the safety device 10 including the stopper 11 that automatically rotates due to its own weight. In addition, a manual rotation type as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be used. It is also possible to do so.

The safety device 20 of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 3 is obtained by pivotally supporting a stopper 21 in an opening 5 formed on the mounting surface 4. In this case, the opening 5 does not need to penetrate, and may be a bottomed recess. Further, the opening 5 in this example is not formed by cutting out the end edge in a “U-shape” as in the first embodiment, but is formed in a hole shape opened inward from the end edge. . The shaft 22 that supports the stopper 21 in the opening 5 is attached to the inner surface of the load receiving platform 1 with a bracket (not shown) such that the axial direction A is substantially perpendicular to the vehicle longitudinal direction B. The opening 5 Has been handed over. Therefore, the stopper 21 is rotatable in the front-rear direction B.

Since the stopper 21 is pivotally supported by the base end 21a, the stopper 21 is stored in the retracted state if the tip 21b of the stopper 21 stored in the opening 5 is turned up by hand. It can be made to rotate to a protruding state. In the protruding state, the upper surface 21c of the stopper 21 comes into contact with the edge 6 of the load receiving table 1 facing the opening 5 and stops, and the tip 21b protrudes on the mounting surface 4 to resist the movement of the small roller R. become. In this protruding state, the tip 21b of the stopper 21 is positioned on or below the line connecting the central axis of the wheel RW of the small roller R and the shaft 22 of the stopper 21, so that the stopper 21 is It can withstand the movement without rotating.

In the safety device 20 of this example, when the stopper 21 is housed in the opening 5, the lower surface 21 d of the stopper 21 is stopped so that the upper surface 21 c of the stopper 21 can be stopped at a position where it is flush with the placement surface 4. A stop piece 23 that abuts and supports is provided inside the opening 5.

As in the second embodiment, the safety device 30 of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 4 has a stopper 31 pivotally supported in an opening 5 formed on the mounting surface 4. However, the safety device 30 differs from that in the second embodiment. The rotation direction is reversed. Other configurations are substantially the same as those of the second embodiment.

The stopper 31 that pivotally supports the base end portion 31a can be rotated from the housed state in the opening 5 to the projecting state by rotating the tip end portion 31b with the hand. In the protruding state, the upper surface 31c of the stopper 31 comes into contact with the edge 6 of the load receiving table 1 facing the opening 5 and stops, and the tip 31b protrudes on the mounting surface 4 to resist the movement of the small roller R. become.

The safety devices 10, 20, 30 of the above embodiments are configured by providing an opening 5 in an extension base 9 welded to the original slope part 8 of the load receiving base 1. By connecting the extension base 9, the slope angle when loading and unloading the small roller R can be made smaller than the slope angle of the original load receiving base 1, and workability can be improved. In any embodiment, the anti-slip sheet 13 can be included.
