Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、LP軸およびHP軸を有する多軸ガスタービンエンジンの補助機械を駆動するための装置に関し、この機械は、ギアボックス(7)中に搭載され、装置は、HP軸(3)とこのギアボックスの間に第1機械的伝動装置(5)を備え、LP軸(1)とこのギアボックスの間に油圧伝動装置(10)をさらに備えることを特徴とする。
本発明の解決策は、補助機械をLP軸を介して駆動することを可能にし、HP軸により与えられる負荷を軽減する。

Claims (15)
- LP軸およびHP軸を有する二軸ガスタービンエンジンの補助機械を駆動するための装置であって、前記機械はギアボックス(7、207、307)中に搭載され、HP軸(3、203、303)と前記ギアボックスの間に第1機械的伝動装置(5、205、305)を備え、LP軸(1、201、301)と前記ギアボックスの間に油圧伝動装置(10、210、310)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、装置。
- 油圧伝動装置が、第2機械的伝動装置(10r1、210r1)を介してLP軸(1、201、301)に接続され、油圧回路(17、217)を介して油圧モータ(15、215)に接続された油圧ポンプ(11、211)を有し、第3の機械的伝動装置(10r2、220)を介して前記ギアボックスに接続される、流体静力学的変速機を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 第3伝動装置(10r2、220)および第1伝動装置(5、205)がギアボックスに並列に接続される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 第2伝動装置(10r1、210r1)が減速ギアを備える、請求項2または3に記載の装置。
- ポンプおよびモータの少なくとも1つが容積式である、請求項2に記載の装置。
- ポンプおよび/またはモータが可変容積を有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 回路が、ポンプの下流に流体アキュムレータ(19、219)を備える、請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 油圧モータの出力を制御するための部材(13、213)を備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 第3の機械的伝動装置(220)が、ケージ、太陽ギア、および遊星キャリアの3段階からなる遊星ギア群(221)を有する差動ギアを備える、請求項2から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 遊星ギア群(221)の入力段、例えば太陽ギア群が、第4の機械的伝動装置(230)を介してLP軸(201)に接続される、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 油圧モータ(215)の軸(210b)が、遊星ギア群(221)の他の入力段、例えばケージ(224)に接続される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 油圧モータの軸(210b)が、減速ギア(210r2)を介して遊星ギア群(221)の入力に接続される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 出力段、例えば遊星キャリア(223)が、ギアボックス(207)に接続される、請求項9から12のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 油圧伝動装置が、一方で第2機械的伝動装置(310r1)を介してLP軸(301)へ、他方で第3伝動装置(310r2)を介して前記ギアボックス(307)に接続された、油圧カプラー(311)を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- カプラー(311)が、液体を充填するための制御手段(312)を備える、請求項14に記載の装置。
